Oil change was ok, but all employees looked like they hated there Jobs and didn't care about anything. I know when i used to work at this shop we always gave a full service. Clean the windows, vacuum the floors and set tire psi to what the customer wanted. It was even a slow day. Definitely disappointed in the level of service and will be going to another location for now on.

Been here for years. Dwayne was a great manager, but he moved to Thornton CO. Now- no one acknowledges you are waiting. I requested oil and filter. Nothing else. Said an hour wait so got something.to eat. Came back and truck was in the bay. 20 minutes they pulled it out. Didn t look for me. Didn t acknowledge me at the counter. Up charged me with synthetic and air filter and cabin filter. Didn t vacuum. Didn t clean. I m not going back any more. Good guy is gone.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Skipped reset oil change light...and not paying attention for all details.. no washer fuild. Employees were nice and brought out containers washer etc and now I am home. M manager said Employees were green . You should have a leader that teaches new bee

I needed my oil changed and tires rotated and I tried to call about an hour+ after I dropped my car off, no response, I called again, no one answered. I go to pick up my car because they close in about half an hour, when I pick my car up the oil had been changed, the window was not cleaned, the tires hadn t been looked at. They present that they offer these services but I ve been bringing my car here for about 2 years and I am truly unsure if any of these services have ever been completed. There have been times where I m unsure if they actually changed my oil. I d rather do it on my own, don t think I ll be coming back.

Just got my oil changed at this location, it s been awhile but I typically have a positive experience. This time was a little different. I arrived and all the garage doors were closed, kinda seemed like the place was closed. Someone popped their head out then let me in, they offered me a tire rotation on top of my oil change and I accepted. Fast forward to checkout and I was given the total for just my oil change. When I asked if the tire rotation was done the guy looked uncomfortable and said they couldn t do it because there were 3 other cars there. When I asked why they offered me a service they couldn t do and reminded them that I was the first customer there before anyone arrived (I was there for about 15 minutes before the next car pulled up) he didn t answer. I asked two similar questions and the guy never responded to me.It was a very odd and frustrating experience, as I now have to make time to get a tire rotation done even though I was offered it today.

Stopped by after work to get an oil change, there were 2 cars in the bay and 1 outside I talk to the person outside and let him know I wanted full synthetic and a vacuum he advised me they don't vacuum anymore (okay), wrote my name on a piece of paper put it on my windshield and took my keys, about 20 minutes later a truck and a car pulled up to get services, when the car was out of the bay I was glad to know it was my turn, boy was wrong, they took the other vehicle that pulled in after me didn't say one word to me so, I went to the front of the building and asked if it was getting an oil change and they said yes, this is after me waiting about an hour. I just asked for my keys and left. I have used this location since I moved to Brighton and will now be finding another place. This place lacks communication.Note: I went to FullSpeed Automotive Survey and this location is not there.

My experience was horrible.1) They didn't do the same service I previously had. They did the most expensive one. When I asked whythey said they got rid of the other service options. So, it was neither the one I got or the basic service. REALLY!2) No sticker for the service on my windshield. It was under the windshield wiper. Why? Because the doors were locked when they went to put it on.3) Oil Change Required message appeared when I started the vehicle. Why? Because all the vehicles are different so they couldn't figure out how to change mine Two service technicians tried to Google video instructions, but they still couldn't figure it out. They said all of them working had very little experience so I could try coming back tomorrow.So, am I confident I got the service that I paid for, NO!I will I go back, NO!

Horrible I brought my diesal in for an oil change as well as fuel filters. I repeatedly told them I needed fuel filters and they just said ok. At the end they didn t even know the difference between oil and fuel filters. I ll never bring a vehicle back there. This used to be a good place to service my vehicles

Didn't realize that oil SERVICE meant the oil itself,is NOT INCLUDED, never paid for oil, separatelyand never knew I needed 6 qts either. So 144.00 later, after only changing the oil and a new air filter at $40,(which they never mentioned prices) its really ridiculous. Also, about 2 yrs back I had a headlight out and it was in glovebox, just hadn't changed it. They told me they'd change it free of charge, since I had the bulb. Been there twice since and this time had the bulb,which they changed but said next time there would be a "service charge" to put it in and, that I should just buy the headlight bulb FROM THEM, costs about the same...I doubt that. Another complaint is that, they always forget to reset the odometer. If I don't ask, it doesn't get done. Customer service, is mediocre. But I'd be better off changing my own oil from now on. A little bit of a pain but can get oil WAY CHEAPER by doing it myself. It was only done because my hand is messed up right now.I used to like Grease Monkey before, when exterior windows were washed at least, floors vacuumed, they actually checked differentials, now it's only done if you ask.The prices are sky high now(didnt realize synthetic SERVICE was $93 or wouldnt have gone there). I don't think they do half the things they check off. Drove to Pueblo from Brighton, right after oil change stopped at a gas station only to find out all my tires were at 40 psi and it clearly says 30 psi right inside the door now windows washed, nothing. Good thing I stopped to check, could've had a blow out! It's just not the same place I was going to, a few years back. Very very disappointing. Good thing I'm a Veteran and got 25%off, but it only brought it down 8 dollars and really it's not.worth.it. Don't reccomend.

I will never go back to this place, (the one on West Bromley in Brighton) These guys have no idea what they're doing. What's worse is I had Jose, supposedly a manager there who worked on my truck. I've had my Toyota for five years and never had an oil leak, until I let him work on it. I guess that's what I get for being lazy. From now on I'll do my own work on my vehicles. Also be careful what they charge you for and the work they do.

Quick service. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I said tire rotation the associate rolled his eyes. I just told him to forget it he tore rotation since it seems to be an inconvenience and he never said another word about it. He wasn t knowledgeable when he showed me my air filters. I asked about his and he stared at me for a few minutes and another associate intervened and helped out. I usually enjoy going here, I realize if you are new it is a learning process.

Absolute ridiculous experience. Run by a bunch of incompetent idiots. Zero customer service. Waited for 15 minutes before someone would even acknowledge that I had entered the business saw another person pull right up and drive their vehicle in front of mine and then they proceeded to tell me that because my car is a 2024 model it wasn't in their system and couldn't do anything for me. Will never be back to this location ever absolutely absurd what just happened

Took car in at 1030 to get a oil change. Keep in mind my car is a dodge dart... Nothing special. They finally pulled the car in at 1130. They gad 2 cars in the bays when I got here. 1 bay wide open. Very very slow. I would be embarrassed as a owner for how slow this place is. Takes half the time for Walmart to change oil. Guy running the counter to pay way rude and didn't care. I would recommend thw owner do some training for his employees. Not only will I never wast my time here again. But our work trucks will be going somewhere else from now on.

Had oil changed at this grease monkey. A few days later a cover the under the car dropped down. Had to drive home with it like that scraping on the road. Took it to a body shop. They removed that cover and said the other major cover that protects under the whole engine is missing. This cover needs to be removed to change the oil. Talked to the Grease Monkey assistant manager. He said the cover was missing when the work there was done. He said they were going to mention that on the work order but wasn t on the order and no one mentioned it to me. I have eight different receipts from previous oil changes from Grease Monkey and not one of them mentioned that the cover under the engine was missing. You would have thought that one of those techs throughout the years would have mentioned the missing plate. Something fishy here or incompetence and poor customer care at best. Will cost me over $600 to get this fixed. Will never use this Grease Monkey again.Very unsatisfactory conclusion to this problem. Talked to store manager. He sent my complaint to his District Manager. She said to sumit to Grease Monkey insurance. Went back a week later. Store manager had heard nothing. Gave me the District Manger email addres. I wrote with documentation. No reply. Went back to store manger. He hadn't heard anything either. I then called the corporate office. They took information and would get right back to me. Never did. I called again. They gave me the insurance agent (Intrepid Insurance). He said I can't prove that the cover under the engine was ever there and denied the claim. That's what insurance adjusters are suppose to do. I guess I was supposed to take pictures all around my car before taking it in for an oil change. I had sent 10 prior Grease Monkey receipts showing them doing oil changes and not one ever said the plate was missing. Terrible customer service. Terrible outcome. Bottom line, I will never use Grease Monkey again.

Super uncomfortable experience. The people here have zero customer service skills and didn't even discuss prices or service before taking my keys and pulling my car in to dtar4 servicing it. I had to go back out to the garage to ask them for that conversation. They also didn't even reset my service due sensor. Overall a super sketchy experience and I will never come here again. Please train your employees on basic customer service and communication

I was VERY shocked with Price Hike!!! Stating they had to use a certain oil in my vehicle which cost nearly $ 100.00. I used to walk out using a $10.00 or $15.00 coupon bringing my total to $50.00 todays visit came to $176.00 which did come with Air filter and cabin filter. I will not be coming back because of this HUGE price increase in oil changeService: Air & cabin filter replacement

From pulling up, couldn't even tell me where to go. How hard is it to tell someone to pull up behind someone else? Gave me wrong sticker to tell me when to come next time. I will pay more & go somewhere else! I worry what else they did wrong since they couldn't even do that right!

I always come here it's close to home and the people here are great. But every time I check out the guy says it won't take my 10% coupon. This is my third visit and second car where this has happened. Why have the coupons and why send me the coupons if I could never use them
