Awesome great team work Very professional check my engine compartment knew what type of oil my vehicle was required. New cost very stressless experience. I highly recommend this location. they also had a clean bathroom

Used this location in the past and it was good. The last time they did not give me a sticker didn t complete stuff. They said they did. I decided I would give them another shot. This time was not any better again no service sticker. No recommended maintenance did not top off the coolant left oil spilled all over the motor, also got in with dirty hands got the steering wheel dirty. I will not be going back to this location. You can see the picture of my hoodie how dirty it is that s from wiping the oil off the steering wheel the other picture attached is the oil spilled on top of the engine that they did not even try to clean off.Service: Oil change

Not that great on customer service. Most grease monkeys have friendly staff who will talk to you show you your air filter and give a run down of any issues they found or what they recommend and tell you what fluids they topped off ect. Not here, I think maybe 10 words were spoke and the Ora when leaving was just not a good one ,Not to mention I have never paid 150 bucks for an oil change on a gas truck ever. It's usually 107 for my oil change. So not a good experience there and feel ripped off. I guess there is a reason this location never seems busy and the other locations are always packed. I won't be back . Hope they work on having better customer service in the future .

We went last night to have our oil changed and when we came home oil was all over my drive way and street. This is my husbands car so he had to drive my car to work and I had to walk. He called this morning and my daughter took it back in. I wasn't going to write a review but the fact that they gave me a coupon for my next visit is just messed up. I would have gladly took a discount on the current job you did. Since we have to do the work of cleaning oil stains from our drive way. But a coupon for next time? Why should there be a next time? Please don't respond with ... I'm sorry to hear that response and for me to contact you via email. I already contacted you, and that was your decision. Give me a discount on this job and then we can talk.

The 3 technicians were extremely quick servicing my Ram Sport 1500; however, the shop s interior & restroom was both alarmingly dirty and unkept. There wasn t even hand-soap available to wash with.

Something was wrong with my truck and they said they couldn t do anything said their lift is too small to lift my truck ( I drive a ram 1500 stock suspension) so they wouldn t look at my brakes or anything for that matter. Turns out it was a wheel bearing, which is very dangerous to be driving. And they did NOTHING to help or try to send me somewhere else. They simply said we can t help! Would not recommend!

Asked if they checked my tire pressure which is part of full service oil change. They said now and gave me attitude about it. Spent $128 for oil change I expect my full service.

I had a oil Change done here, they did not tighten the oil plug, all oil leaked out , i had the engine seize and had to replace it. Grease Monkey denies any wrong doing and denied my claim of dmg. Horrible service from their company ; They dmg my car.

They did not secure the access panels after changing the oil. I gave them a coupon stating I wanted the $10 off, but he ran the free pizza coupon code & could not change it. I never received the email which would give me instructions for the free pizza. They did not even wash the windows. Poor service.

My car is leaking oil. I was really worried that it will cost me tons for repair or replacement but Ms Crystal and her team took their time to check what's the issue and able to fix it with no additional charge. I will surely come back for any car services at this branch. By far the best car service I have since I moved in Colorado.

I asked for a service for the first time for a new vehicle. The truck is very hard starting now. I asked for new wipers, not done. Didn't wash the windshield, didn't check the air in the tires. And, the place was in disarray; bathroom looked damaged by a flood, with no paper products anywhere. This store operates two bays and has the manpower to service two vehicles at a time. Left Fort Lupton store to come here because they were backed up with one bay operating

DO NOT GO TO GREASE MONKEY!! I went for an oil change. The next morning, my car had leaked oil all over the floor of my garage. I went back to Grease Monkey to have them tighten up the oil pan. They wanted to charge me to top off the oil!! The oil still leaked the next day. Now, I will be taking the car to the dealer because GREASE MONKEY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!

Leaky Oil Change! Took vehicle in on Friday for a routine oil change, and turns out due to carelessness, oil had been leaking and dripping.... leaving oil stains on my driveway and garage!! We went back in to have it looked at and the manager apologized and offered a discount for next oil change plus a bottle of spray nine. Only thing is, what was supposed to be an routine oil change, has led to aggravation and more time, money and effort spent on scrubbing and cleaning out driveway and garage..... and the kicker is.... the stains are still not gone!! Debating on whether or not a purchase of a water pressurizer is needed... (and they are not cheap!!)....UPDATE: We got in contact with Ron, who was very understanding of the situation and told us he would get in touch with Ted, the location store manager, to come clean up our stains. I was very surprised of this offer of a solution.... but it all worked out! Ted, then contacted us and was very apologetic and told us we should ve never had to self-clean in the first place and it would be his honor to come clean up the stains... Ted came by the next morning and got the job done and offered us a complimentary oil change, performed by him next time if we would be so willing to give them another chance. We ended up sharing a homemade brunch and beer together. Ted is an upstanding guy, who knows the value of a customer. We will be seeing him for our next oil change for sure!

See Update below; Don t go here! Service was awful and they did not replace my undercarriage plastic engine and under-body covers correctly. This caused them to come loose and drop off while driving. Plus they said they put full synthetic oil in, and charged me for synthetic, but still stated on invoice next service in 3000 miles rather than 7k to 10k miles which is the minimum norm for synthetic oil.UPDATE: Grease Monkey's District Manager reached out to me and offered to pay for repairs. I think this new DM can help turn this store around. A shout-out to Christian Brothers Auto who helped put my car together and order parts for repairs.

Awesome; knowledgeable and quick. Not all Grease Monkeys are created equal. I generally go to the one on 64th Avenue in Arvada across from Dairy Queen. But I need one in Brighton sometimes too. Fortunately I found Crystal and her crew on Bromley. The other Grease Monkey on Bromley is short on staff but sound good. I'd suggest this one on the East side of Brighton for now. And so far as the customer that waited over an hour, try showing up during the week. Saturdays will be busier and Sundays are closed. No matter what, I take mine in and let the professionals do it because they do the right thing with the old oil. I can do the job. But responsible oil disposal is important so I end up somewhere to dump the oil. Thus I may as well just let Grease Monkey do it all. These people are my second set of eyes on all of my vehicles. If I have a turn signal out or a running light not working, they find it. And they check air pressure. Last but not least, they do windows (clean them).I recommend Grease Monkey and I specifically recommend Crystal's team in Brighton.
