I would not go there for anything had my daughter take in her truck in for alinement they didn t set the steering angle sensor when she took it back to have it set they gave attitude and said they didn t know how . Set up appointment on a 120 th they set the steering sensor and the front end differential is do to no gear oil in it I had just checked it when I did the front end parts .as you can see no leaks.

David was awesome. I brought my wife s car in because our dealership claimed her car needed maintenance that I wasn t too sure about. David volunteered to have it checked out and it turns out, the dealership lied to us. They went above and beyond to bring some clarity to the situation and I can t recommend them enough. 10/10

When I called it was easy to schedule a drop off of my vehicle and when I arrived was greeted promptly, check in was easy. But they kept my car longer then anticipated so I had to call to find out they needed to keep it till they got approval from my insurance and then I picked my car up and they told me I needed to take my car to a dealership for service. They were polite and helpful

On February 19, 2024, my significant other and I got a flat tire on a very busy Interstate 25 south of Denver. We got the spare on, and drove to Brighton, Colorado, where we had a hotel reservation. I found the address for Firestone Complete Auto Care in Brighton, and we drove there, arriving about 3:30pm. An hour later, we were on our way, with a fixed tire, which the staff put on. These people were amazing, and they only charged us 20 dollars! We want to say a very grateful thank you Lucille and Bill from Minnesota

I would leave 0 stars if i could. Poor service, zero customer service, even worse customer service at a district and higher at claims levels. The manager refused to deal with me after an alignment i had done when the tires were clearly towed in at the top they left it wise than it went in. They agreed to do another alignment at this time i had the new tires installed, they stripped a wheel stud and blamed it on me. Also didn't clean the wheels before putting the weights on I'm not sure how many we lost going home, but many fell off in my driveway. Returned is the truck after 6 hours past the agreed done time. Mixed up the paperwork then gave me back the other paper work which was pencil whipped with the wrong tire size and other information about the truck. Told me i would get a full refund for the services and only refunded $25. District manager Choctaw me after a bad review i left even though all pervious attempts to reach him were ignored until a public viewed review was left. He pushed me off to their claims department and ignored me after that. Claims reached out said they were needing pictures and information which i got, and delivered via email. Said they were going to send out a independent contractor to look at it and give fed back before we went further. It's been 1.5 months and counting with Munro attempts to contact them, and email's all attempts at bring ignored at this point. My tires have worn down 55 percent in less than 3 months and they refuse to help me with it. All i was asking for was 2 tires replaced and fix the alignment again. All front end parts were replaced prior to the first alignment and it shouldn't be eating tires if it was serviced right.Stay away from this Firestone or distressing in general. I refuse to do business there and highly recommend anyone i know or you know to do the same, all locations.

I had made an online appointment for 10:00, arrived at 9:30 and was promptly greeted. Reviewed work that was requested and was told that it would take approximately an hour. Work was completed in under an hour, Zack thoroughly reviewed work performed, as well as discussing tire replacement which was recommended within the next 1-2 months. Overall, this was an excellent experience.

We mistaking took our car there for routine services, oil change and tire rotation, etc. finally took it to a real mechanic and they found a stripped lug nut and a bound up lug nut. Almost certainly caused by this Firestone location.We also got brakes replaced by them and they still felt completely unbalanced when decelerating, the whole car shakes.Never take your car here, they will actually make any issue worse. Pathetic excuse for a shop, they should be ashamed of the service they provide.

Excellent service! They ran a diagnostic and helped with a complicated shortage issue with my Mazda. Surprisingly fast turn around for how booked they are. 10/10.

I want to start off by saying that the store associate Zach made my stressful situation feel very peaceful. To explain how lucky this branch is for having him represent them is very difficult to fit into this review. What I will say is that however much Zach is getting paid, Firestone isn t paying him enough (Give Zach a raise)! To anyone thinking of having a service done and wants to get the excellent customer service I received, simply ask to work with Zach directly!I want to personally thank you Zach for walking me through it all and taking the time to make sure I knew the options I had when options were scarce. Coffees on me next time!

The people at the brighton firestone are amazing. They are always up front and honest about the work. I never have surprise charges and they always do there best to get me the lowest price

I purchased tires online and had them install them, took them a while but they got them on and they ride perfectly. A week with them on and no issues. The staff was also pleasant to work with. Would do business with them again.

I had my brakes and rotors replaced at the Brighton location two months ago. I've continued to have squeaky brakes and each time I've gone in I've been told they're still wearing themselves in and that's normal. Each time I'm told to give it a few weeks and it may be faulty parts. Today was my sixth visit, they told me they heard the squeaking but can't fix something they can't see. I told them it's still under warranty and another Firestone said it was not normal and they would replace them for me. I absolutely do not recommend the Brighton location.

This is the worst Firestone to come to. Got here a little before 11. It s after 3 now and my husband and I are still waiting for a simple oil change! If you are looking to save some time I recommend staying far away from this place. Also try to see how much longer and no one can give us the time a day. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Went in a few months ago to get my winter tires swapped onto my wheels and for an alignment. They called a while later saying they did the alignment but couldn't do the tires because their machine that could handle my type of wheel was broken. The wheels are OEM 20s and the tires are OEM 275/55/20; Not low profile or anything difficult to do. Significantly--and a tire shop should know this--alignments are traditionally done after new tires, not the other way around. The alignment left me with an off-center steering wheel (apparently a known thing with my truck, which there are TSBs for...). And I had to go to another shop to get the tires swapped over, because despite telling me the Hunter guy would be there in a week or so and they would call me as soon as it was up and running so I could get the tires swapped, the machine was never fixed (I called) and they never called me to come back.During the same trip, I also asked them to do a cabin air filter because I didn't feel like doing it myself. They installed it wrong and failed to properly put the glove box back together, leaving the retracting cable detached, ostensibly because it is king of annoying to reattach. I only discovered this when I took it apart for another reason. A picture of how the filter was installed is attached.The last part of that trip was an oil change. I have not yet checked the filter to see if it was indeed done, but they couldn't be bothered to give me a sticker or anything to remind me of mileage, nor did they even bother to reset the change oil message.Finally, I called them to see about getting a quick alignment on my truck because I had just put a small 3.5" lift kit and 35s on it. I didn't have a ride home and this store is within easy walking distance, otherwise I wouldn't have even called. I was immediately told they simply can't align lifted trucks (they didn't get any more info about the size of the lift, etc.). It's been a while since I have aligned a car myself but, in my professional experience, a small lift doesn't significantly change the geometry, nor how the alignment is adjusted. Unsurprising that Les Schwab, just down the street, took care of it for me without issue.I have not had a good experience here. They do not seem to be able to get the basics right, so I definitely will not be returning.

Very poor service, had my car over an hour, it sat in the lot for 30 minutes after done while I was in the lobby waiting. Then they said the tie rods are bad and they couldn't do alignment. No charge, but my valuable time was waisted. Won't go back to them

Great shop. Zach always answered the phone and was very helpful. Reasonably priced as well. They diagnosed my cars cooling system and found what they think is a blown head gasket. Although they weren t able to perform the repair, they were nice enough to keep my car at the shop until I found a mechanic that could.

Brought my vehicle in for the hub assembly bearing and they replaced something but not that as another mechanic has replaced it and they blamed the noise on my transmission. Which after the hub assembly was replaced properly the noise has gone and my transmission is not making any noise. They spent several hours working on my car, I just don't know on what. Poor diagnosis, poor work, great customer service.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Absolutely impeccable service. I came in today to have a tire inspected for a leak. DJ and Zack took really great care of me. They didn't find a leak, but they sent me with a clean, filled tire and a quote for a spare free of charge as per my warranty. Didn't have to wait long and I didn't call ahead. Very impressed and satisfied. Thanks guys!
