First off, the location of this, Discount Tire is less than 45 seconds from my work. So it s super convenient to say the least. I called today to make an appointment to have my tires rebalanced and rotated, the same tires I bought Discount Tire. The lady that answered the phone was unprepared to take any phone call, behaved as if I was putting her out and was VERY eager to get off of the phone, ( we don t accept appointments , she blurted out before hanging up. I literally hung up and called the other Discount Tire across town, and had it scheduled immediately.That is a prime example of how you can lose a customer before you even see them.

Amazing work so happy that they were able to work on my vehicle with swollen lug nuts. They ordered my replacement tire and took really good care of me.

GO TO PEERLESS THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!Went there with a slow leaking tire, told Tiffany who was "helping me" that it had a slow leak and I filled it up to 40 psi so that I could ensure getting to them. Tiffany then said she'd take a look, and she looked at the tire and I mean just looked with her eyes and then ( she did check the psi) said "it's at 40 psi and looks good, if it leaks again bring it back." I told her I was going on a trip and wouldn't be ale to bring it in anywhere other than here before that.. she said oh okay well if it's low in the morning you can bring it in.So I promptly left, stopped at peelerless. They listened to me, immediately took my tire off to put it in water with some soap to see if it bubbled. Low and behold, it did have a hole in it in the center of the tread invisble to the naked eye. They patched me up and I am safe to go on my trip!

I've always had great experiences with discount tire techs, and they've always been helpful and informative. We went to this discount because it was closest for a slow leak. They didn't really talk to us, just brought the truck to the back of the shop and checked all the tires. They mentioned corrosion on the rims interfering with the seal, and charged me $35 for the service. Came home and saw my tires bubbled out and when I checked the pressure it was 50psi. The tires are 35psi, written on the sidewalls... Go to a real discount store, skip this one because they refuse to talk to anyone about what they do. I prefer to be kept up to date on my truck, not shut in the dark hoping they don't break a vehicle I need.Edit: my front tire blew out, literally, on the highway. Even at recommended pressure, the damage is done and I am furious. I have to replace all my tires, and looking for a manager, I find that even though they use discount tire's branding, they're a completely different company. I'm staying with the discount tires I know from now on.

Came in on a Saturday Morning at 830am. Wasn't busy and was able to buy tires and have them put on with in an hour. Friendly girl at counter and informative of Road Hazzard Warranty. FYI, they now close at 12pm, and while this place says Discount Tire they are not a chain affiliation store but an independent store. Their prices were not much different.

I stopped in to this location yesterday and was helped by a nice young man who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to try and help get me a new wheel and tire for the best possible price and came in way below the other quotes I had gotten before. I will be going back to have him do the work because of his amazing attention to detail his understanding of human interaction and what his customer wants was on par. Professional and caring were some other was to describe him. I could not have been more pleased.

Young Lady at the front doesn t know how to take notes, also doesn t under stand how tire sizes work. Got told one day it will be $120 to mount four tires and the next day, it s $160.. at these prices you might as well go to a real discount tire, where they at least treat you with respect and understand how tire sizes work.

I have always used discount tire for my tire needs. Just moved to Brighton last year and needed tires so went to discout on bridge st. This discount tire is the best by far. Very friendly people. And got it in and out quickly. Also very fair on prices as well. Thanks guys!!

Got us right in, one black Silverado and one white Silverado. Both with a leak in the rear passenger tire. Fast friendly service at a good price. Best place in town to take a leak.

I cant give it any stars as their store didn't open on time Saturday 4/29.There was no movement in the store and the bays were not open.I understand things come up,... its just the last thing I want is someone coming in rushed, swamped, possibly hungover (it was Saturday) working on my tires.Lots of tire shops so another one got my business.

DO NOT GO HERE. The tech that worked on my truck stole $500 out of my truck on top of a brand new pack of cigarettes. Tires are not balanced & they told me to come in to get a free alignment and I scheduled an appointment for that following Tuesday, came up there on Tuesday & told me I never scheduled an appointment. Very unprofessional establishment.

Really disappointed in the work these guys do. You can most definitely tell they move cars in and out without regard to safety or quality checks. Got rotors and pads changed and immediately had an issue with my cruise control. My sensor was fine until the brakes were fixed but apparently it was bad timing and I needed another sensor. That on top of numerous brake issues after paying for new rotors. My brakes would literally slip like when you are driving on ice. That after and I quote: we had a challenge getting them to fit so that s why it took a little longer . The lack of empathy is very irritating. Don t work with the public if you don t have basic customer service skills. Do not bring your car to these men. All they care about is getting the job done. Whether that s half way or done right it depends on how they are feeling that day. Your safety after you leave with work they just did is not their priority.

Overall, their friendliness, their expert knowledge, and fast service was 10 Star and way more personable than any corporate office that I have ever experienced!I had one of the best and most personable experiences here at this discount tire store, 1820 East Bridge St. in Brighton, CO yesterday.I purchased my tires from discount tire. I wanted to get my tires balanced, but I mistook this location for a corporate office. Upon my visit I discovered that this is a family owned discount tire store.The staff was uber friendly, and listened to all of my concerns about a vibration issue that I was experiencing. They offered me expert advice for the potential causes of the issue that I was experiencing and I didn t have to wait to be scheduled. They fixed it the first time, unlike another shop that I had already visited for the same problem. I m definitely going back the next time I need tires or brakes! They nailed it!

Definitely recommend this place. These guys could have made money off of me today by swapping my existing tires out with some tires I purchased elsewhere. Instead, the man saved me money amd time with valuable information, and great advice. I'm definitely going back!

Needed 4 new tires. 1st visit here because I live in Highlands Ranch, 50 miles 50 min drive and was interviewing for a new position at Detention center so I figured this is convenient. Tire installation was easy. 2nd time I brought it back for front end alignment was told couldn t get it done because I needed work done before they could do it. Brought it back with an appointment set was told 3 hours, waited almost 4 hours and now I have to bring it back again because Car is not aligned correctly! I m not happy car is pulling to the right! Now I need to make another damn appointment! I should ve just done my business closer to my house! Matt is the only thing that makes me not so angry having to go back because he s very friendly and an asset there! I hope this time the mechanic gets it right!

All of the employee's that helped me out today we're very friendly, very helpful and I was in and out with a tire fixed in 30 minutes tops! I went to 2 other tire shops prior being they were on the way to where I was going and both said 2hrs wait, so 30 minutes plus all the guys were very nice and knew what they were doing and did it quickly is 5stars for sure! And prices are comparable. Thanks discount tire guys for making a stressful morning a whole let less stressful!

Very accommodating staff. Only shop in the area to have the unusual size tire I needed. Great job! Did 2 vehicles for me in 1 afternoon with no appointment. The best part was price. Quality and affordable.PS: Oreo is to cute!

Went in to have tires mounted and balanced today. Jason was more than helpful getting this taken care of along with the speedy service they found a hole in the sidewall and got me fixed up with another tire for a great price. Their customer service and prices are outstanding!

Awesome employees there and very helpful .Every time I've been there when I needed air they right away fill all my tires. They have great tires and can order the ones you want if they need to .

Came in to fix my tire and get an oil change. They told me no I could not get my oil changed since they were training 3 new people.. If you aren't able to do a service why offer it? Pretty upsetting considering I already waited a half an hour.

We brought in a single tire to be replaced with a tire purchased somewhere else. Even though these guys made very little profit from me they performed the work without complaint and where very courteous and professional. Next time I need 4 new tires. I will definitely go to these guys.

I've gone here with my grandfather for a while now. We are always greeted and helped promptly and one gentleman in particular really goes the extra mile to help. I am very appreciative of this establishment and will continue business here for my tire needs.

I came in on September 17, 2018. Joey and his crew are amazing. they are super fast . I had came in with a spare and they put that back under my truck for me. everyone here was very friendly. i will go back here for sure. Joey even asked me about what side I wanted my tires to show with the lettering. I didnt even know you could do that. I love the all black look. thank you!

We always come to this location for all of our tire needs. I showed up 15min past closed (not realizing it) with a 7psi tire with a rivet in it and one gentleman STILL helped me out. You just can't find better customer service than that! Thank you!

I brought my 2016 F250 work truck in for new tires. Joey was very knowledgeable with what he had in his shop, and had no issues with getting the tires I needed by the time I got there two days later for the appt. I highly recommend this tire shop to anyone, because of their professionalism and knowledge alike.
