WASTE OF TIME. Also known as the Johnson Auto Plaza. I live 80 miles from this dealer and had contacted Katey Gibson in the internet sales department first thing in the morning so I would not have to make a trip for nothing. So much for that.I completed their online trade estimator through their website. Which resulted in $38k to $41k. By the way The "trade in" estimator report from KBB directly and JD Powers for the factory truck is $39K to $42K with their zip code. Buyer beware of this trick. After that was completed Katey asked me to provided all the picture's and information about my trade in before I drove there.The truck I was trading is consider to be in very good to excellent condition. It is a 2021 Tacoma TRD Off Road with under 23000 miles. They offered me $38K.Oh it also has over $13k in upgrades that were not valued and they gave $0 towards the trade in. But we all know that they would have included all those upgrades when selling it to jack the price up.I expected to be at the higher end of the trade in value due to the condition of the vehicle. I did not expect to get the full value of the upgrades but at least 30%.Way to waste my time and try to rip me off.

We were traveling through Brighton from out of state on a family vacation when our vehicle broke down on the side of the interstate stranding my family with 2 young children. The dealership put us in contact with a local wrecker service who got us to their service division. AJ showed extreme generosity and consideration of my family's situation and got my vehicle in immediately. The technicians were able to source out the cause of my vehicles malfunction and get us back on the road in no time at all. If AJ is representative of the character of the employees in this dealership then you can't go wrong with giving them your business.
