New to the area so this was my first time using the Brighton Ford Quick Lane. I scheduled the appointment with Elizabeth who also was in the day that I came in which was for them to check my battery which I received at another Ford dealership three months ago. Elizabeth was amazing! So professional, knowledgable & friendly! She arranged the courtesy shuttle for me and was great with communication throughout the whole process! Both shuttle drivers were equally the same as her! Very friendly and professional! Definitely different than what I have experienced at other dealerships! They replaced my battery for me! Thank you, Elizabeth! I will be back! :)~ Caryl

The service department lacks communication. I dropped my vehicle off on March 29th, 2024, for an appointment on April 1st, 2024. I wasn't assigned an advisor until I called and explained that I didn't have one. There's no way to track the service progress of your vehicle, and you have to pay for the use of a loaner due to a recall. When I had a Subaru and I went in for a recall l, you didn't have to pay for the use of the vehicle since it was a recall. The environment at the service department doesn't seem friendly at all and makes you feel uncomfortable as well as unwelcome. With this experience, I just my vehicle fixed and not to come back.

Working with Maynard and Marc was an excellent experience. Both gentlemen were fair and honest and made the purchase process seamless and painless. Johnny in their title department was incredibly helpful as well. Hats off to the entire Brighton Ford team for superb customer service! Thank you kindly!

Maynard and Marc at the Brighton Ford dealership in CO were amazing people to work with. They were both very honest and personable. We got the exact vehicle we were looking for and they made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend working with them if you are looking for vehicles at this dealership.

I had the appointment for a month?"I have been taking my F150 here for a couple years (purchased from another dealer). So when I needed some warranty work and light repair on my 23 FORD Mach E. I dropped it off for 2 days so they can order all the parts. Then they let me know that they cannot work on electric vehicles that were not "sold by this dealership". The other dealerships in town said they had never heard of this? They have now lost my 4 vehicles and all my company's vehicles for any service.

Run far away from this dealer for service. Entrusted Brighton Ford for a simple oil change and they scratched the factory coat on my door.The GM stated they DO NOT insure vehicles that come in. Their excuse for the scratch was that they hire, young, inexperienced techs in the Quick Lane.and accidents happen. Thanks Monica for that one piece of honestyI'd trust 10 minute quick lube shop over this "factory" service center. If you want Ford factory service, go somewhere else.

New 2018 Mustang GT350 Shelby, motor blowed up at 5K miles, Brighton was superb to deal with to get a new long block (entire engine) and get it installed. Have 17K miles on new engine-flawless performance. There is nothing like having 540 HP-with CAI-under your right foot

Justin, the sales manager, is a bold faced liar. His subordinate Kelly is also a liar and completely incompetent to even read the texts sent to her. Without question the worst service department in Colorado. To say they are utterly useless would be too complementary to the truth of it. Justin, the sales manager, said the only problem with his job is the customers. He doesn t want any. So don t be one. If you buy or send your vehicle here, it will be to your own peril if you ignore the many warnings. What a complete and utter failure met at every step with this clown show of incompetence. Beware.

Just bought a truck from Maynard! Awesome guy best service Ive ever had at a dealership definitely recommend shopping here. But make sure you ask for Maynard! He stayed late and worked his butt off to make the process as streamlined as possible!

This was the best car buying process we have ever had. Maynard was easy to work with and made the whole process easy and less stressful. We were dreading going to a dealership due to past experiences but Brighton Ford defied the historical norms associated with dealerships and made this a great experience.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would, but you actually have to leave at least one star or your review won't post. On 12/18/23, I was interested in trading in my 2011 Ford F150 for a new truck and spoke to Zach in new car sales. He told me he had to talk to his manager about a trade in value and called me and offered me $10,000 for my truck after Brighton Ford sold it to me for over $20,000 not even 1.5 years ago. Zach then told me the used car market has been volatile the last few years and I told him if anything, the value of vehicles has gone up over the past few years, not down. Zach also told me the retail value and what they sell it is always more than what they'd pay for it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I will never, ever buy another vehicle there again.

Just purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport from Maynard on 12/15. Great guy, I never felt pressured and the negotiations were friendly. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and the price I paid. Highly recommended.

Best car buying experience we have ever had!!! 2 weeks ago I was searching for cars on-line. I saw a Ford Edge listed but no pictures. I did an online inquiry and within minutes, Nathan called me back. He explained that the car was not on the lot yet, but he expected it later that week. He said he would be in touch when it arrived. Wednesday he texted me pictures and asked when I would like to come see it. We couldn't get up there until 7pm. Nathan had the car up front and cleaned and detailed for us. Joe Arellano took over and accompanied us on a test drive. We proceeded with purchasing the car and we were in and out in under an hour! The entire sales team was amazing. We will definitely be back.

once again they let me down. salesman ghosted me on a deal so I sent an email to Josh Mead. A different manager got back to me within a few minutes. me offered me 56k on my trade that I just bought from them for 70 1 year ago. I told them I would buy their truck if they could get the payments $8 less (anout $800) on there used 23 f350. after waiting 3 days I decided to contact Ken Graff for in Fort Collins, not only did the offer me 59,700 for my trade but they sold me a brand new F350 with same options for 4500 under MSRP. that made the payments less that BF used one with 9100 miles. would really me nice to work with my local dealer but they have been unreasonable since 2020.

I recently purchased a new 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak. I ve had my Bronco Wildtrak only a few days and I absolutely love it! This was my first time purchasing a Ford vehicle. I was very impressed with the organization, communication, and overall care that I received. Isaac Richmeier and Matthew Settergren were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They went way above and beyond any usual dealer experience I ve encountered.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BRIGHTON FORD. My 22 Expedition went in for warranty work for a leak in my CV Axel.When attempting to picking up my vehicle after about 20 mins I was informed the vehicle would not go into gear unless it was in 4WD. They pulled the vehicle in to the shop and determined the WRONG part was installed on my vehicle. I spoke with the service manager. After another week of them having the vehicle I was treated as if it was my fault by their Service Manager Justin Ostby. Justin was rude and dismissive of my issue when I requested a letter indicating what had happened. Justin made claims such as "I checked security cameras your vehicle was never driven" "I am not going to risk my job for you to have documentation" Justin lied about my vehicle being test driven (I watched them drive my vehicle across the lot), I believe he lied about talking to ownership and he refused to give me a letter or proper notes indicating what had happened.In fact on pickup of my vehicle Justin's service department sent my wife home with the incorrect invoice. Luckily I have a very clear and concise voicemail indicating they are at fault. This was not the first issue I have had with them I took my 22 f150 in over the summer for an issue with a turn signal, during that time of them repairing it they bent my side view mirror and took nearly two months to have it replaced with no communication or returned calls from the department or their service manager Justin Ostby.

The staff are respectful, knowledgeable and direct. Every question asked was answered completely and directly.I was here for service. They took the time to learn what was up, took care of the warranty details, notified me of a new recall and swapped the part while the car was there. Then they dropped my car back off at my home.

This dealership is a complete scam. They will try to work you for every penny they can get. They flat out lied and never ran my pre-approval certificate so that they could finance me through their own bank to get a huge cut. Don't fall for their warrenty offers either. You'll pay thousands on a warrenty that will expire before you even use it.They act real nice til you catch them. This is legal stealing and completely unprofessional. They upped the interest by almost 5% from what my pre-approval certificate was for. It's worth taking your business elsewhere.

Batteries in both of my key fobs went out. They replaced both batteries at no charge. I realize this is not a big expense but still a very nice gesture and was greatly appreciated.

Called and spoke to Luis the service advisor about getting an alignment done on my vehicle , I was told they were able to budge me into the schedule when I got their we received nothing but friendly service and honesty, Luis was very helpful and letting us know what was done to the vehicle. Awesome experience! Customer service exceeded all possible expectations. Julia was phenomenal, her empathy, patience, communication and time management skills were key to getting my business and I back on road. Kelly our diesel tech was amazing, diagnosing our issue almost immediately and effortlessly resolving it. These ladies were the epitome of professional, efficient. Taking your Ford vehicle to anyone else in the Brighton area would be a disservice to yourself. Thanks again gals!

I came in on 4/6/21 because I received a call that a truck I was interested in, a F250, was in and available. Joe was awesome and was very prompt and even had the truck up front and ready for me. I didn t have much time, so this was awesome service.He showed me the features of the truck and then got my license and information so that I could take it for a test drive. I drove the truck and really liked it.We discussed a trade in value for my existing truck and then the numbers on the new truck to see if we could work out a deal. 3 hours later after back and forth with financing and the sales manager Johny, we arrived at an agreed upon price.I gave Joe my fleet account number to receive my Ford benefits and he said he would be right back after he gave it to his sales manager. He later returned and said that unfortunately the sales manager was not able to honor the agreement at this time. This is not a new agreement and my company has had this with Ford for years. I wasted 3 hours of my extremely valuable time here just to be told that they don t honor a valid program. I hope that small amount of time that it would have taken in paperwork to do the fleet deal was worth losing a customer.The sales manager Johny wouldn t even come tell me why, apologize for the time they wasted, or offer to make it right. I emailed the general manager to follow up and see what was going on and what happened and have still never received a response.Joe gets 5 stars, but management was poor. Will update the review if they bother to reach out and remedy what took place.

Went there a couple of times looking for a new ride,(been close to a year since I've last gone this interaction made them lose any and all business from me) held the door open for some of the salesmen asked them about trade in for my truck for something else they asked me my trucks year and the rest of the info and told me that I can leave as it, and i wasn't worth their time, thought they would take older trucks mine was a 2010 ford f150 with low miles for the year.Honestly pretty rude and embarrassing With how they put it and acted infront of other customers.

Took my Ford Fiesta in for repairs only to find out they can t get the part so I decided to browse the used cars. Test drove a 2014 Toyota RAV4 Limited. This car is so nice I never thought it would work out, but Maynard Morrison works magic and now I am driving that super nice RAV4 everyday.

Friendly staff. Easy sales team to work with. Completed the purchase of new vehicle easily! Finance department had everything square quickly and got me in and out fast. Sales took the time to tour the dealer upon completion of sale and introduce me to service team etc. overall pretty smooth transaction.
