As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Miguel and Tuck, store is very well maintained and organized, Very knowledgeable crew and brought the parts that I needed in a orderly fashion, highly recommend, will come again!!

Allen and Tuck were on top of it from the moment I came in!! This was the best experience I have ever had at an AutoParts store. They Helped answer my questions and then went the extra mile. me going to autozone for over 15 years now on 9th street and bridge. This one on 50th and bridge is by far the worst one I ve visited. For being a new store it should have good management team . Went there on Sunday and this kid with long hair , I asume was the assistant manager was super rude and disrespectful. Asked him to check and see if another store had the part in stock as I needed it that same day . And he replied with . My system says we don t have it , so we do not have it, you might wana try advance auto parts instead. Instead of him checking . He just stood there. And proceeded to help the next customer. So I will be taking my business to advance auto parts and will not be returning to this store . This is what happens when you put little kids in charge.

Had an excellent experience again tonight went in looking for a part and Aaron Phillips the sales manager, not only guided me towards the correct part and explain the warranty to me and was very knowledgeable and helpful but also experienced some of the best customer service I ve had in a long time. Thank you so much I will be back.
