Needed new headlights. I purchased and didn t have all the tools so a gentleman grabbed his personal tools and helped me out. Thanks again.Mark

Do yourself the favor and order online. Parts come faster and shipping is cheaper. Paid $60+ for shipping when ordering in store and received/ordered wrong parts. On top of that parts were poorly handled (pics below). O yeah, i still haven't received a refund on the wrong parts.

Got the wrong oil filter and I have bought the same one multiple times guy no paying attention to what the customer is asking and not able to return the filter cause got oil in it have to end up using my same old oil filter on order to work my car the lack of attention and experience on this place is unacceptable

11/22: Since the last time I was in here, it has much improved. The aisles are clear of obstructions, they are easy to move through and navigate. It is a lot cleaner. A much better experience. Even the stock area was clean. My only complaint would be the man behind the counter when I arrived. I will not say his name here, but if the owner would like to know, I will share it with them. I was there to pick up one package. I did not need to purchase anything or ask any questions. He asked me what I needed, I told him, and then he said, "Someone else will have to do that because I am going on lunch." So, is it really going to cut into his lunch by grabbing my package which I could see from the counter? So when the next person came to help me, guess what the total time was, from request, to departure? 45 seconds. I can't imagine that being a big deal to leave that duty to the next employee. But, that is just one person and not all of the employees. The rest are great.This place does not seem very clean at all. I walked in and the store just gave off the impression of being dirty. The aisles are so narrow with so much crammed into them. Sure, the locations of the items make sense. From the parking lot, to the entrance, and to the inside of the store, it does not feel very inviting or clean.

Very very sad I've been a long time customer of advanced autoparts and I spend thousands of dollars a year with this store. just in the last year I bought a battery from this store and unfortunately not knowing and relying on the team to sell me a good product the battery they sold me was sitting on the shelf for at least 3 years before I purchased it. I had nothing but problems with the battery all year not knowing so I decided to take the battery back to hopefully get it exchanged. and all they could say is its out of warranty and there's nothing we can do. Its really sad you just lost a good customer over $130.00 definitely will no longer do business with the advanced auto in brighton.

In my experience the staff have always been extremely helpful, without making you feel dumb. They have helped several times from wipers and lug nuts to explaining and resetting service engine codes. Shout out to Robert who is amazing! I will only shop here for my automotive needs.

Paid 140.00 for a AGM battery for an ATV to have it go bad in 8months. Typically they should last 3 to 5 years. I took it back to the store and they said it only has 3mo.warrenty! Will never buy a battery from them again.

Did not know it was a UPS pickup point? Made it very convenient. They also are very helpful getting the right part for your car.

Consistently irritating to try and give money to. I seriously try and they make it harder and harder to take my money each time.They can never find parts (even an oil filter on several brands) every other store in the area has 5-8 on hand and multipacks and thos store shows they have it but can never find anything.Bad inventory is the biggest sign of severe mismanagement. This is not the first time and the lady with the bad 80s hair style has a serious issue with harassing people because they return parts or decide to go somewhere else because she wants take you pay for it (this is in town no shipping involved) because she "doesn't wanna have to return it back to her warehouse" if it's wrong.The lack of knowledge makes autozone look good. Not even gonna try anymore advanced has a serious management issue and covid is not to blame

Good prices on good products. Ill admit, I just usually order what I want online and pick it up, so I cannot speculate on the customer service much.. they always seem nice. Anything they don't have in stock usually shows up in a day or two.

Yer average auto parts store. I came her based on price. You MUST shop around for auto parts as the price deviation among all the these parts stores is mind blowing. my price range for a starter was between 61 bucks at the low range to 293 bucks at the high end with prices everywhere in between. I called 5 stores in brighton colorado and these are the quotes I was given and since I was going off of price alone, this advance auto parts store won out as the cheapest. I can't review about quality til this part proves itself over time. But overall I highly recommend you give this place a try it at least give them the opportunity to quote on yer price. I'm giving em 5 stars.

I brought in parts to see if I could return them because they failed after two months of time. The lady at the counter was rude said nothing was warranted. She would not even look it up in the computer to confirm after I told her I knew that the brakes for a fact were warrantied. She argued with me and refused. I left the store later found my receipt where it says there have a warranty.

There is probably 20 customers in line and 2 guys working the counter. There is 2 other employees stocking shelves. Iv been in line almost 45 min. This is crazy.

Used to be Friendly, and helpful nobody smiles in there. They offer battery testing and other services. However when you ask for one if these services they seem to get annoyed. New staff is not knowledgeable enough to really help anymore beyond basic parts.

I used to really like AAP. But I learned my lesson today. I only buy items that have a LifeTime Warranty. So I bought a radiator a few years back, it started leaking. AAP lost my warranty. "We updated our systems, and all old warranties are gone". Luckily the store manager remembered this purchase, because she delivered it to the dealer for install. But I also have many other parts that had been purchased over the years. I had a catastrophic failure of a upper ball joint. It also took out the lower ball joint when the tire leaned over on the knuckle. I just want a refund at this point, as I had to buy parts at another location since they couldnt find my warranty. But nope. No warranty. No refund. Not even a exchange. Looks like I am going to go buy parts at Autozone, even thou they have inferior parts. They have a far superior warranty system, and a way to track them.

Bought a battery charger pack from their Thornton store. Charged it overnight, went to use it the next morning; the air compressor part worked but the charger didn't work. I went to return it and they said they wouldn't refund me only exchange for a new one. I don't want this piece of garage boat anchor charger. So I have a $87.00 charger I have to drive and exchange every time it doesn't work. Thanks advanced auto, your Brighton store convinced me to never buy from your company again. All I got was "to bad" response from the dark haired lady I worked with.

I walked and was never even approached if I needed help. I would have been spending 100 to 150 but no help. Keep in mind I was in the store for 8 mins.

All of the people working here are very well trained and experienced. I have 4 vehicles of various makes and models and they seem to know everything about of all of themOn rare occasions, they do not have what i need, but always have it by the next day if not later that day.

Bought a battery here 2 years ago, had a 5 year warranty on it. When I came in with my dead battery they told me I had to have my receipt. I asked them to look up my purchases and they said they had me in their system but couldn't see what I had purchased. They are the only company in Brighton that sells my kind of battery-I went to every other auto store to be sure. Will never return here.

I'm in the middle of a transaction at the counter with the manager of the store and she takes a phone call to help another person and makes me wait, this happens here all the time. I'm going to use another parts shop because I'm fed up with having my time wasted.
