After leaving several messages on their answering machine over a three week period, these folks never returned my calls. After reading some of the more negative reviews about them, I can see that this isn't new. Looks like I dodged a bullet on these folks. I will be taking my issues elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

$180 just to show up then a 5 minute evaluation gets billed for 30 minutes for another $80. I used you to supposedly reseal my roof a few years ago and now it is rotted out beyond repair below. Really disappointed, not sure how your wife wrote the wrong address down so you wasted lots of time driving in circles sounded like. I like you Don but this is ridiculous in my opinion.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. My dog loved everyone he met. He's a tough one to impress too. The lady estimated many weeks to fix my washer/dryer combo. It only took a little over a week. They also work with you in getting the costs under warranty if the repairs fit the requirements. I will definitely be bringing my RV to them if I need repairs and in within driving distance.

DM RV Repair is one of the most established RV facilities in town - They have been around for over 15 years in Loveland. They are owned and ran by a husband and wife team - So completely family owned & operated. Don, The owner has more knowledge than any other Tech in this area when it comes to troubleshooting. The facility has 3 MASTER certified RV Technicians who know their stuff! They do it ALL - Body repairs, roof replacements & repairs, same day services, Winterization education, insurance claims, warranty with almost ALL major manufacturers and The friendliest most easy going staff in the county. They really are a great repair shop. Give them a call if you want to see for yourself. Not to mention they have the best availability in town hands down. No 2-3 month wait at DM! They maintain a 3 day - 2 week timeline for appointments (even same day if an emergency). They also cater to full time RV residence as well with several 30/ 50 AMP & water hook ups on site to hook up and stay while you get repairs completed. Small enough to still care but large enough to get any repair job done. Give them a chance and give them a call!

Great pricing on parts, friendly family feel bringing my truck here. Have hard to find vintage RV parts your looking for? Call these people. Stores can only squeeze ya for so much before looking for an alternative to the price hike. This shop welcomed me and my dog over to purchase some parts and I am considering some maintenance. They've made me feel at ease with their extensive knowledge and compassion.

DM RV Repair service was awesome. Took our motorhome down to them to have the problems evaluated and scheduled for service. Instead of scheduling a time for repair, they just repaired one of the problems right there in the parking lot. And it wasn't a fifteen minute fix. It took nearly 3 hours. Very reasonable on the cost too. Also, they lined us up with a generator guru. We got that fixed too, but not the same day. We highly recommend this family owned company.

Nothing but 5 stars for DM RV! I unfortunately have an RV that needs a lot of attention and Don and Marianne and their very knowledgeable and capable staff have taken good care of me. If I am anywhere in Colorado or Wyoming, I will travel to DM RV in Loveland because I know I can trust them. No upselling or replacement of parts that don't need replacing, just good honest troubleshooting and repair. They even fixed my furnace that 3 other RV repair techs could not figure out, including the furnace's manufacturer! I've also had them do some upgrades (solar panels as well as a "lift" to give my RV higher road clearance) that I'm very happy with. Keep up the good work!

I have spoken with Don on the phone several times and he is helpful and gives great instructions on how to try and fix what you have without having to bring the rig in. I think his goal is to educate RV'ers in order to be more self sufficient and only need to bring things in for the big items.Yesterday we went in on short notice with a slide not working. He got it evaluated in the morning and despite having a full docket of rigs needing repair, he got a tech freed up in the afternoon to complete repairs. We are back on our way.Not sure where the negative reviews come from. There isn't an RV service anywhere that isn't overbooked and overloaded with rigs needing something. At least these folks were honest, value priced, we got out with $200 repair when the large repair sites wanted to do much more and charge 6 times more.I would come back.

So frustrated with our experience with this business. They are overpriced and were dishonest in their charges. We were charged $90 for them to give us an estimate! (for which they never mentioned there would be a charge or I would have never done it!) We were given an estimate of $600-750 to complete skylight and generator work on our RV. We left specific instructions for them to call us if things were going to be more expensive or if there were additional problems found. We were then shocked when they handed us a bill for $1400!!! Over $900 in labor charges ($90 for the estimate as mentioned above). The only honest part of their bill was the generator work which they outsourced to someone else. They were unwilling to discuss the bill, immediately very defensive and degrading in their communication. I DO NOT recommend this company for you RV needs. We will drive farther to use someone else in the future. So disappointing.

Very disappointed with the service. A good friend had referred me to this place with good results. They had thier work done two years ago and was treated great. I took my 2013 Tiffan in to have work performed on it. 32 days later no call from them. I called and was put on eternal hold call after call or went straight to the answering machine for three days. I was called to pick it up on the fourth day. After I stood around for 1.5 hours I finally payed the bill and got my keys. As I entered the coach I had dirty shoe prints leading inside. One of the jobs they had worked on was over the dash and the dash was full of dirt and debris. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. This place was an hour plus from my home. The owner seemed nice However he was not checking his guys sloppy work, that's for sure. After getting home I realized that at each area they had worked had incidental damage in those areas. I called the owner to tell him how unhappy I was with their work and how sloppy my coach was left inside. The owner did apologize and said he talked to his guy about leaving the units a mess. He offered to re schedule a time to bring our unit back to look at the other items that I was unhappy with. But I would not ever go back to this place. I am sure the owner is a good man, however his business is getting to big and nobody good is checking the work of his crack team of professionals.

Had major water damage in my travel trailer. They knew exactly what to do, communicated effectively with me and repaired the who mess in a reasonable time. The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond by giving great advice on maintaining the trailer. Extremely happy with DM.

I set up an appointment with them a month in advance for 7/14 and when I brought it in I was told that several people were ahead of me and they couldn't look at it until 2 days later 7/16. I was also told that they would call me on 7/16 with and estimate of costs to repair it. 7/16 came and went and no call. I called several times on 7/17 looking for my estimate of costs and nobody called me back including a call I placed to the owner. So far I am not happy with the service nor being lied to. Hopefully it will get better. Stay tuned.

I brought my pop up camper in for refrigerator repair for an intermittent problem. Since the problem was intermittent, after the repair it worked for a trip and then the problem came back. Had trouble getting them to warranty the original work since it had been a few months. We ended up paying $400 over three repair jobs and the fridge still doesn't work. I realize that intermittent problems are very tough to solve for sure, but considering the cost I would have liked a longer warranty on the work.And they left the camper up during a rain storm followed by dust, so we spent the first two hours of our next trip cleaning the camper.Bottom line, if they do work for you, make sure the use the camper a lot right away to see if the repair was done right.

Very shady. Con artists as far as I'm concerned. Work that needed done would be sent to an outside vendor. DM RV quoted $700 for repairs + labor to remove and replace part. Also told 3 weeks before he could get to it. Removing leveling jack took 2 hours. Took the leveling jack to the very same machine shop used by DM RV (NorMak Machine & Hydraulic) and paid $350. Had it back and re-installed in 10 days and didn't have to give DM $350 for driving 27 miles from Loveland to Wellington.

Five Stars...They Were Available When We Needed Them, Professional, Courteous, And Very Helpful & Patient. They Even Took Time Out To Explain How & What To Expect When We Bought Their Parts To Install Ourselves...Definitely Going Above & Beyond To Get Our Water Issue Resolved.Keep In Mind That RV Repairs Can Be Difficult For Even The Most Experienced Of Technicians..Its Not A Game Of Magic Folks.We Would Recommend DM RV Repair & Mobile to Anyone & Everyone, We Will Certainly Call Them Next Time We Need Any Repair Work Done..!Thanks You Two, I Sure Like Having A Potty That Flushes....!!!!

I've used these people before. They may charge a little more and take a little longer...It's Worth it!!!! I had an old pull behind in 2011. Now I have a 2001 Roadtrek that I'm trusting in their care. I have No doubts or concerns on the quality of work.

Fantastic company! Both our skylights broke in the Scottsbluff hailstorm, we called DM RV Repair, they ordered new parts, and by the time we got to them the parts were in - they replaced them perfectly, even patched small hailstorm holes they found on the roof. Really nice, very professional!

Don and Marianne were such a great help with taking the time to answer my questions, and understand my particular needs with my RV. I went in for a few repairs, and came away armed with knowledge about how to survive winter. If you are looking for individualized care and a breadth of expertise provided by caring folks, this is your place.

Dreadful experience from start to finish. They gave verbal quotes for prices without mentioning the labor - got a bill double what we were led to expect. Missed the completion dates that they said they would be done by, and certainly not because they were focused on quality. You need to check every single thing they do for you. They don't even stand behind the work they do. When there was a problem with some of the work they had done they tried to pass the blame along to the original dealer, perhaps angling for us to pay even more. They also quickly developed a negative attitude, perhaps they get so many complaints they are just hardened to it.

DM RV is wonderful. They are all very knowledgeable and do excellent work in a timely manner. The BEST customer service, and always keep you updated on the status of your rig. I wouldn t go anywhere else. I highly recommend!

Don and Bill got us into the shop when our electricity on one side of Coach was not service. These guys have decades of experience and it really showed in our case! Very professional and polite. Highly recommend! Thanks RM RV!!!!

We had the Aqua Hot on our Monaco go out, it was cold, and in a after a few days for parts and to get it done, it has been working great for years now, he was very nice and let us stay there in our rig while he worked on it, we did'nt have a tow car at the time.

Shop is totally disorganized and takes forever to get info from them. Dropped off a generator to them, tech got back to me separately with what was wrong, and i requested repair and replacement price. He forwarded on to office. that was a Friday morning. The following Thursday morning I called and asked for a price, they called me back that evening with the numbers.They charged me for a part that didn't even exist on the motor ($60) and kept raising the price, then after they told me there was a 1 year warranty, when I was singing final paperwork I read there was only a 90 day warranty.Bottom line stay away from this place. They take forever to get anything done and add in parts that don't exist.

Don and Marrianne are excellent to work with and provide skillful, diligent, personal, and efficient service. I would recommend them to anyone that has a RV and wants repair and service they can trust. We love them.

I would give them zero Stars if possible. From the time I arrived the time I left was 30 minutes total and they charge me for 45 of Labor. They are cheats and swindlers. None of them seems that bright either. Stay away if you're smart.

Saved me about 300$ that the RV doctor was trying to charge me, love these guys!! Plus they ARE open during the stay home order and dont act like it's such a hassle to help. Definitely reccomend

They are open!!! They are amazing people I called having furnace issues to set up a house call and they promptly got me on the phone with their technician and he helped me fix the problem over th phone saving me potentially 300 plus dollars to have another company come out and fix a 20 dollar part 10 out of 10 would recommend they went above and beyond to help me out in this time crisis
