TLDR: Simon & Mike are nothing short of angels on earth who appeared during a crisis and resolved it with patience, determination, skill, and compassion. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement, and you will see from other reviews that this is simply how they do business. These are the people you want to show up for you, and to call anyone else for help would be a massive mistake IMO.The long version of my story is that after hitting a patch of black ice, the front half of my BMW ended up hanging over the edge of a guard rail. This occurred while driving back to Iowa from Utah, so to say we were in a terrible situation is an understatement. We got lucky and Simon appeared about 5 minutes after the crash, pulled over to check on us (we hadn t even called a tow company yet mind you), and immediately called the state troopers to report the accident for us and figure out solutions for extracting my car. While a local sheriff, firefighters, and EMS checked us out, Mike showed up with his flatbed. Mike & Simon spent no less than 30 minutes carefully maneuvering my car down from the guard rail while meticulously working to preserve my front bumper, which they had warned me might come off during the removal. Simon directed my friend on which ways to move the wheel while he ran around the car moving and adjusting wood blocks under the tires so that my front bumper would remain intact. Next, we got to spend several hours with Mike as he brought us to a local gas station to get warm and decompress for a few minutes after the accident. As someone in my early 20s who has little experience with insurance, Mike helped me navigate the claims process and ensured that the towing I needed to get to my rental car would be covered- he selflessly spent over an hour on the phone with insurance for me. Mike then drove us to our destination in Denver, all while uplifting our spirit and making sure we were okay. Not once did he complain about the claims process which ultimately took several hours, nor the drive to Denver. If all that isn t enough to convince you, Mike even helped me arrange transportation of my car back to Iowa. These guys are the real deal and I m lucky to have benefited from their decades of experience

I was in an accident on Eisenhower Pass last weekend slid across the highway and into a snowbank. My airbags deployed and my car was listing at an angle in 4 feet of snow. As soon as I got off the phone with 911, a tow truck pulled up, driven by an angel named Mike. He was patrolling up and down the pass, and when he saw my car, he stopped and immediately came to check on me. He let me know that state patrol was on the way and made sure I was warm enough. He offered to help me out of the car, but we couldn t do it without another pair of hands. He came back to the car to let me know the ETA of the emergency team. I had never been in an accident, but he talked me through every aspect of it. After I was able to get out of my car, he let me stay warm in his truck, then drove me to the tow yard and waited with me until my husband got there to pick me up. I know that I was a bit in shock and full of adrenaline, but he just let me chatter and made sure I had what I needed.I am in awe at the kind and caring manner in which I was treated. Mike didn t just tow my car (they actually had two trucks there working to get the car out), he showed me care and concern, mitigating any fear or anxiety I would have otherwise felt. It takes a special person to bring peace to someone in crisis and I am so grateful. Thank you, Mike, and thank you Eagle Vail Towing!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Eagle Vail towing is top notch. My car decided to die on I70 less than one mile from the Eisenhower tunnel in heavy ski traffic. The first tow company my insurance reached out to never came or called me so I sat there by myself freezing for 4 hours in the dark with no hazards & a black car. Then my friend sent Eagle Vail to the rescue. They got in contact immediately & updated me frequently with an eta on the truck arrival. My driver Mike was awesome. He loaded my car in a minute then took myself & my vehicle down the mountain north of Denver. It was a horrible experience being stuck up there but after a few minutes in the truck with Mike it made the experience a million times better. Thank you Mike, Amir & John for taking such good care of me & getting me home safely to my daughter

My wife and I were involved in a small accident during a snow storm with our rental vehicle. Miraculously, Carl was pretty close to the crash site and saw everything at the moment it happened. He approached us in a very professional and caring way and assisted us with the entire process. Right after we finished with everything and our rental was loaded on his truck, he dropped us off in Vail which was our original destination. Carl and this company deserve nothing but the best, they are truly one of a kind!

The coolant hose on my semi truck blew on i-70 going up Vail mountain. One of their trucks pulled in behind me when I was putting my reflective triangles out, took a quick look and said they could fix it on the spot. All they had to do was go and get some coolant and parts. I called my company and they said go for it. Another driver showed up and took the hose to the auto parts store to get a replacement. While they were working on it, another driver showed up in the semi tow truck. There was a clamp that needed replacing as well, and thankfully this company was well stocked. Great job!! Very worth the money. Stay safe out there!

Mike went above and BEYOND. I am so grateful for his service and help today. My car broke down numerous times today and yesterday on I-70. A different towing company tried to help me yesterday but was unable to. That s when my hero and knight in shining armor (Mike) showed up and saved the day! I am overwhelmed with his kindness. He followed my car down the off ramp when it died to make sure I was safe and then helped me make sure I could find a solution. He opened his home to me while we figured out the maintenance issues and continued to try to figure out the issue way after he was off the clock. I cannot express how unbelievably grateful and humbled by the professionalism but more than that the kindness and genuinely in this man s heart. Thank you, thank you eagle towing! I will tell everyone about the incredible Buzz Lightyear level above and beyond service.

Mike was amazing! After my friends and I slid into a guard rail and got stuck, Mike and his team helped get our car out. Mike went above and beyond and even took us to Denver where we planned to stay with friends. He genuinely wanted to make sure we were all good and took care of us first. I can t say enough good things about this experience! He made the stress of crashing and all the things that come with that event less stressful.

We were traveling back to iowa from Utah during a big snow storm in Colorado and got stuck over a guard rail! Mike and Simon were amazing and got the car out without much damage to the car! Mike then went above and beyond to ensure we got to where we needed to go safely!

John showed up within 20 minutes of my call. I had a flat tire on vacation and the rental company wanted to bring a new vehicle and charge me to tow the old vehicle back for an unimaginable amount of money. John was super friendly and awesome and had my tire patched within 15 minutes. I could have done the job myself, however, the quick work and peace of mind John and his company provided was well worth it. More family time and time on the slopes was worth it!

We got a flat tire in a rental car on I-70 up in the mountains in the middle of snow storm. We were lucky enough to come across Mike s tow truck. Mike was great he helped us deal with the rental car company and gave us a ride back to our hotel, which was quite a ride.Mike is a lifesaver!

Where do I even start?!Ok, Phil B may not look like an angel but I assure you, his wings, are tucked and hidden under the reflective vest. I was stranded on a mountain pass and my truck was dead . Spitting coolant everywhere! Getting a little nervous because there was no cell service and it was getting really cold . 35 degrees and colder. I had a photography class to teach on the pass and it looked like I was not going to make it. Then, Phil happened. He pulled over and with a smile and a wave asked if I was ok. I explained the situation and long story short, Phil B, spread his wings and got me to my class and then the next day made sure I made it into town. I kid you not, on the man s lunch break, he skipped potential family time and a meal to come help me at the local part shop replace the part that needed replacing. Wow . For real. I could just cry grateful tears writing this. Not saying to technically request the guy, but if you get the opportunity to do that, do it.Service: Special vehicle towing

Mike was a night in shining armor! We had a bad experience with Turo while on vacation. Mike went out of his way to get me another rental car and drove me to pick it up! He truly did an outstanding job making my day better! Thank you Mike!

My kids were driving to Steamboat when their tire blew is a very sketchy spot on the highway. It was dangerous so they stayed put in the car. They were on hold with the insurance company to get a tow truck and we were on our way to them. Mike C. was in his tow truck and saw them and stopped to help since he could tell they were in danger. He calmed them and told them he would get them safely out of the area. I am so thankful for this amazing human. THANK YOU for being such a great person and taking care of my babies!

I got locked out of my 4Runner after quite a bit of snow in the mountains. they got here, and had it open in like a minute and they had great communication! Super thankful for them! They were also KIND which is hard to find as well! Just amazing.

John O. Is a life saver and all around amazing guy and employee. I spun out and lost a tire. John happened to be driving by, he stopped for me which i didn t expect. He went above and beyond and changed to my spare tire, especially in the condition the weather was in. He is a knowledgeable, wise and very kind person. He got me off the dangerous roads and thanks to him I was able to get home before it got much worse. 10/10 employee 11/10 person

My wife and I got stuck in the snow storm at the top of Vail Pass. Carl happened to pull up behind us as we were looking for towing companies. Carl got us hooked up in no time and made us feel super comfortable. He even called a hotel and reserved a room for us while he was towing us to the next town. Absolutely NEXT LEVEL service and kindness to these East Coast snow rookies. Thankful to Carl for getting us to Frisco safely.

If you can avoid please do. Terrible service, they managed to help however I have never felt so unsafe with a truck driver. He very rudely refused to take us where we asked even though it was nearby. He tricked us into thinking that leaving the car on the lot instead of driving us to where we wanted to go was cheaper. Which was completely not true as we ended up discovering when the bill came. There was so much more but being so young I believe he took advantage of us. No thank you

Thanks to Eagle Vail towing they save us today. We broke down on I70 close to Silverthorne and they dropped our car to Frisco with no cost because we don t have money to pay a bill.Thank you so much and stay safe up there.

The guys did really a great job to me and my family. The car was stuck in the snow, and Eagle Vail came and helped us. Sam was on the phone with me all the time. Really great customer service and support!!!Really recommend it

Mike in the Breckenridge location was absolutely amazing. In the middle of a snow storm, he willingly towed us to DIA and provided us with the upmost respect and service. I hope we will never be in this situation again, but if we are- we will call Mike!

I am so grateful for this tow company. I was in a small accident with my car, but it had to be towed back to Denver. They gave me an incredibly fair price and showed up within 20-25 minutes of my phone call requesting the tow. Carl, the driver, specifically made my experience and day just so much better. He was very understanding and kind. He even stopped at a gas station so I could get some refreshment and use the bathroom. His greatest concern was getting my car and me home safely. I highly recommend them.

Our rentals transmission decided to give out as we were pulling into the walmart parking lot on our way into town from denver leaving us in the middle of the entrance, John happened to be driving by and asked if we needed help and pulled us out of the way and into a parking spot. He spoke with the owner of the rental car and had all the information sorted in minutes. Not even 10 minutes later Carl arrived with the flatbed to save the day. Carl drove us 20 minutes out of the way with the rental on the back of the rig to drop us off with all of our gear that was inside. Easily the most relaxed towing experience possible. Mathew was amazing in communicating with us from the start and towing wise. My Range Rover got stuck in the snow and Mathew was extremely helpful and nice. I recommend him for your towing needs.

I had to tow a rear-wheel drive car in Avon. Amir showed up in the spot promptly and kindly explained what needs to be done. He knows what he is doing and finished his task very efficiently & quickly. I also got a confirmation from the rental car location after he dropped off the car as he handed over the car with all necessary information. Great experience!

These guys towed my truck and trailer off of Vail pass eastbound on I 70 after my radiator blew up. They were timely and very professional! Their heavy truck driver Simon was there and with his skill got me down the mountains and to Golden to a hotel in 4.5 hrs. Please give that man a raise and big bonus. He was kind and very helpful and had great suggestions as to my situation. I cannot thank him enough for his service. Thank you Eagle Vail towing for all that I guys do for us.
