Matt and Titan Vans beautifully customized our high-roof, 2019 Ford Transit van. We could not have been more impressed with the attention to detail on every installed system. Above & BeyondI m the second owner of a 2017 Sprinter 2500 which was built out in 2018 by Matt & his 2 man Titan team (since grown in personnel and space). Ryan, Matt and the entire team- from front desk to back office- have shown incredible professionalism, combined with being extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I had electrical issues which they took great pleasure in trouble shooting, as well they always made clear the options available to me. Some service items were done, and other minor repairs made as well. Titan is the only company that has worked on my rig, and I ll be back every time- thanks team Titan!

This will be me and my husband first van conversion, and we couldn't be more delighted with the outcome. Opting for Titan's timber conversion, we were drawn to its simple yet elegant design, which we know will be ideal for our upcoming adventures. Working with the entire team was an absolute pleasure, and we were impressed by the swift turnaround time for the timber conversion. From purchasing the van to its transformation, we hit the road in under three months. We wholeheartedly recommend the Titan team for anyone considering a van build-out!

This is my 2nd conversion van and chose Titan and couldn't be happier. Matt and team have come up with smart and efficient designs. The engineering of the systems are amazing; perfect balance between form and function with an emphasis on function. Systems are exactly what is needed and they are easy to use and well thought through. The whole team has been super responsive to any needs or questions we have had along the way. The build quality is super high and after two years we have basically had zero issues - some very minor items that they took care of immediately that were likely more user-error than anything on Titan's end. We were very impressed with the Titan Van build online and at the Bend Adventure Van Expo. Chandler found us a build spot the end of October. We decided on the Classic build with some upgrades. They completed our build on time and Matt and Chandler came in on a Friday when they are usually closed to accommodate our pickup. They even took the time to give us a tour of their facility. The fit and finish are excellent. We are very happy with the build quality and function. We experienced a malfunction of our battery monitor on the way home and Ryan was very patient and helpful in walking me through the diagnosis and solution, since we live a state away. I am very excited to get out and use our van. It kept us very comfortable driving home and camping overnight, without external power, in temperatures down to 4 degrees F without our window coverings. I liked their build enough to travel a state away to have them finish our van.

Titan vans really knows how to get things done. They built my Transit classic. Easy to work to with, I got exactly what I needed to suit ny purpose for the van.Recently, Ryan got me in for a component replacement, quick turn around at a reasonable price. Thanks Titan Vans. If you dont see exactly what you want, talk them, you will not regret it.

Highly recommend Titan Vans! We bought a van already built out but wanted to do some upgrades. Ryan and his team were super easy to work with and did great work. We will continue to use them as we make mods to our van. (Ps check out Spruce Confections for a coffee and bite to eat while you wait!)

This company is on the road to being the largest custom Van dealership/builder in the Country. The people and Company s philosophy support that opinion! Our van build out is a year old and we had a minor problem and this company went above and beyond to correct the problem. In addition, in this age of technology and less customer service- their front line service folks are awesome - helpful and courteous. I can t say enough good about this Company. I am the CEO of a company in New York and my partner and I, for balance, enjoy wilderness guiding in the Adirondack Mountains and Whites of New Hampshire and this van is everything we wanted for the support of our adventure lifestyle. We go off grid, completely, for weeks at a time in this van with no issues. We chose Titan over all the East Coast companies we interviewed for our buildout because of Matt s knowledge and vision for his company and his customer service. You will not go wrong choosing this company for your Van purchase/buildout/needs. Happy VanLife!

I had a great experience at Titan Vans! I did a DIY build in my Ford Transit van but when it came to installing a heater, I was a little out of my depth. The team at Titan Vans was very knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. They consulted me every step of the way to make sure I felt comfortable which I really appreciated since, up until this point, I had done the whole build myself. Once the heater was installed, Ryan took the time to walk me through how everything worked. Since my visit, I've tested the heater (Wabasto Evo 40) multiple times and it works perfectly. Great experience!

I recently took my Storyteller Overland Beast here for a warranty repair. I was really happy overall. They took care of everything with Storyteller so I didn't have to be the middle person. And then they communicated to me the problem, solution, and estimated timeline and then they hit it. This shop is very busy and so it might take some time to get to your van, but it is obviously because they do great work. I am really happy that I brought it here and I will use them in the future.

Man Titan is the spot! The whole crew is really awesome, but Ryan spearheaded our install. I had some big delays with paints, and orders getting shipped to them at different times making the whole process more convoluted then it needed to be - but they made it a breeze.Got me in quickly when things showed up (multiple times), and were super responsive getting back to me on anything I had questions about. Great company and great crew taking care of the project. Even though the just did a rack install for me, their build also look really rad. Definitely my first point of contact now if I need anything done. Thanks Titan!

I had a really positive experience with my van build at Titan. Matt, the owner was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had and make valuable recommendations. Another van builder told me I was on my own with the heater when I drove out. Titan not only warrantied the heater but assured me they would service it after the warranty if needed. My 144 high roof blew around in the wind a lot so we consulted with Titan. Ryan, the Service Manager recommended a suspension kit which we had Titan install. This was a great recommendation as my van is much steadier, not impacted by wind as much, tracks straighter and leans a lot less on mountain road corners. I'm happy I added that upgrade. And I think that illustrates what makes Titan special. They have the experience and knowledge to make recommendations but they also care about their customers. I would build with them again in a heartbeat.

Matt is a stand-up guy! He helped me source a couple parts for my self converted Ford Transit and went above and beyond to work through some supplier issues and make sure I was happy. I am a very small customer with their business but was treated like the best!

I've had my Titan Van for about 6 weeks now. I have over 10,000 miles on it. Everything is holding up nicely, fit and finish are tight, no rattles. Recently dropped off the van to add some additional storage and galley items, same day service. Highly recommended.

Great work on my promaster camper. I had Titan install a lift kit to better tackle high clearance roads that were previously off limits to me. The van performed great this summer on a variety of terrain. Thanks to Ryan and everybody who did the work.

We ve had our van for 2 years and almost have 19,000 miles on it. It s been super solid with minimal maintenance and high dependability. It s been so much fun! I highly recommend the Titan team.

I m a now-retired physician. I met the Titan Vans team at a van expo in Chattanooga one year ago. They focus on quality, don t have high volume, so it was a six month wait for my builddate. Delivered my empty 19 foot Sprinter to them in June. Matt talked me through my build options, and steered me toward the features that I need. I like that they don t give the customer a blank sheet of paper to start designing their van. They have several basic floorplans that they have perfected, and built repeatedly. ( mine is the Metis). That means that the templates can be standardized in the cabinet, upholstery, electrical and plumbing shops (as opposed to designing each van from scratch). I think they have the best electrical system in the industry. I picked it up late July, and have put 4000 miles on it. All of the systems are working flawlessly. The fit and finish is amazing. It is a handsome camper van inside and out.These guys are in it for the long-haul. They have stable staffing, an R&D cycle, good financial policies ( Pricing is not cheap, but I think less than a W Revel would ve been). I want a company that is profitable, healthy ..one that will be around a long time to provide support if needed. In short, professional all around.

Titan Vans installed a Webasto Gas EVO40 in our Ford Transit and did a great job: professional, skilled, helpful, & friendly! We've since enjoyed winter camping. I'd recommend Titan Vans to anyone looking for high quality work on a camper van.

Titan Vans has been amazing from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and curiosities, have solved several issues in my van that they didn't build out yet were so helpful in problem solving, and they've been nice, thorough and attentive. I am so grateful to have them helping me learn how to better live a great van life. Thanks team.**Update: I have been back a couple of times now for new problems and the team remains committed, creative and curious about how to get me running successfully. Thanks again Team. Also, they installed a gorgeous window on the slider door that we LOVE.

We decided on Titan Vans based on the modularity and functionality of the the Classic 3.O build. We had Matt and his crew install an SCA pop top on our van to give us a bit more room for the family to sleep. Which turned out great, gives the kids a traveling treehouse and adds the nostalgia of a VW bus.These guys are great to work with and produce an awesome product that looks great. I appreciate that they are happy to build out the base model without any pressure to add every feature in their a la carte menu. (Those will come overtime.) Matt and his crew have figured out the best possible electrical system that they are able to configure for each van and the owners needs.We are very pleased with our new adventure mobile and we look forward to taking many trips in the years to come.Thanks Titan!

My entire experience with Titan Vans was wonderful. In contrast to other van companies with which I've had experience, they are very well run, professional, competent and deliver as promised. Ryan helped us solve so many problems we have had since we purchased our van in Montana. They have earned our confidence as our van service company into the future.

Titan Vans knocked it out of the park with installing a bench seat in my DIY van. I threw every hurdle at them - I had 1.5" of insulation, a 1/2" sub-floor, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring that they had to take into account during the install. They created a custom mount bracket to account for the depth of the floor so the seat could be installed in a safe manner, and cut through the LVP without impacting the seams of the LVP. Extremely high quality work at a very fair price. I'll be going to Titan Vans whenever I need a professional to do a specific job during my DIY van build, and I highly recommend you do the same.

These guys are top notch! I went in to have my Webasto heater serviced and they noticed / explained everything that was wrong. Most impressive was the fact they had everything in stock to complete the service on the same day.

Matt has been excellent to work with and their quality and attention to detail are unmatched. I've had Titan Vans do some minor carpentry, wiring, and work on my Webasto heater and it's always done timely. They even have super neat tricks to optimize interior space and water tanks that can fit over the wheelhouse. Highly reccomend!!

Needed warranty work on a Storyteller Van which Titan vans did for us. They did a great job and we have had no further problems. Thank goodness for a Storyteller repair shop in town.

Excellent communication. Good service. Titan was very clear on exactly what to expect and was always available via phone for questions which is very rare these days. Had them fix my Webasto heater on my van. The original installation was done by someone else and they did not run the exhaust hose properly. Titan fixed it up and it is running great now. Great job Titan! Keep up the good work.
