Friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased two used 50cc scooters from them, a Kymco several years ago and recently a 2022 Genuine RoughHouse Sport for $2,000. Their used inventory is more than what is shown on the webpage.

JP and the team at Sportique are scooter WIZARDS! They're friendly and knowledgeable whether you're shopping for a new scoot or getting some repairs or upgrades done. Service was fast, accurate, and affordable. I wouldn't trust my Vespa with anyone else!

My scooter wouldn't start and I called Sportique. Thank GOODNESS JP just over the phone was able to diagnose and help me start it! I came in after that and he thoroughly helped me ensure that my bike was all set. Really grateful for this place and the caring people that work there!

Awesome shop and service. Went on a Saturday to test ride some e motor bikes, and it couldn't have been a better experience. JP helped me out and is super knowledgeable about all types and styles of bikes. He went out of his way to give me multiple options and perspectives. Best part is that he is so honest, and with this experience of different bikes, his opinion was super valuable. It was one of the best customer experiences in recent memory.

I can't say enough good things about JP and everyone at Sportique. I brought them a very complicated repair job on an old Honda scooter and they took it on when no other shop would. They even had to fabricate some parts to make it work. The job took a while -- just as they warned me it would -- but in the end I am 100% satisfied!

Went in yesterday (6/21/22) to have them look at the back right turn signal light not working on my Honda Metropolitan. JP fixed it in 5 minutes, didn't charge me a penny! These folks are the best... really know their stuff and really take care of their customers. Highly recommend this shop. Sanford - Boulder

Below average/ just okay in every way. Needed to purchase a programmable Vespa key, was sold a regular key at a the higher programmable key price ($20 vs $50) and given the run around regarding why the key wouldn't work. Now I'm at a different shop needing to buy another new key, go get it cut, pay for their programming service, etc.If you call them you'll get sass and attitude, but they act okay in person.This last couple of years, I really don't trust them that much, after many years of going.

I have never had any issues with their work. For anyone that ~reads~ the reviews : They have undergone a change in ownership in the past month(s). Previously, Customer Service was ( as other reviews might indicate ), lackluster - putting it kindly. I have been going there for close to 9 years - and I can tell the difference now... Good luck to you guys - love my scooter - we need you! :)

Amazing service from a great, knowledgeable staff! They figured out how to get my Kymco People 250 back into tip-top shape without hurting my wallet. They checked everything during the diagnosis and gave it multiple test drives to make sure it was actually performing like it should - they care about scooters here and want to help you get back on the road.

This place is great! Had a wonderful experience getting a new battery and learned a lot from the mechanic in the process. Will be back when I need any service or repair! FYI this was for a motorcycle (Honda supercub) not a scooter, wasn t sure they could help but they sure could!

JP and the guys at Sportique are knowledgeable and friendly! They have answered my questions and shared advice even when I wasn't sure I was buying anything, and now they take great care of my 50cc Kymco People. It's clear that they love scooters, and they'll make you love them too.

JP is a STAR! I can t emphasize that enough.He diagnosed a problem with my 300ccKymCo, (quickly), fixed it, and even added air to my tires .NO CHARGE!!!I ll see him for ANY future problems!Ann

Great sales team and good service. Whatever you do. Get a great lock and ALWAYS lock it to something. Mine got stolen after about 6 weeks in downtown Boulder, which is much more common than I thought according to the police. Don t leave there without a strategy to lock your bike at all times.

I bought a scooter with Sportique in 2009. For the past 10 years the Sportique crew has been excellent to work with. They're patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to work with. They've kept my scooter in great condition every step of the way. Thanks, guys!

I have nothing but good things to say about JP and the Boulder location of Sportique. I just bought a 2008 Stella 2t and JP went out of his way to make sure it was up and ready. I was going to pick it up on Tuesday, but after we got there, it had a little malfunction. JP asked if we could return the next day, and I was fine with that. JP not only fixed the Stella, he ordered some new parts for it, had a new battery installed and all at no extra charge. I had a great experience at the Boulder location. Thanks JP and Mike for everything.

I brought my scooter into Sportique after waiting 2 weeks for a tune-up appointment... The guy at the desk was very unpleasant to talk with and right off the bat told me my TGB (Taiwan Golden Bee) scooter was basically Chinese crap (it's most definitely not!!!). He also boldly accused my last repair shop, which I highly trusted, of scamming me.Furthermore I've never even had to pay a dime at any shop until I got my scooter back but they wanted a $150 deposit for a $120 tune-up which makes absolutely no sense to me at all. Any semblance of good, friendly customer service was completely non-existent. He could have just smiled and kept his mouth shut but instead my visit was quickly turned into an unpleasant debate.I cannot speak for the quality of their mechanics because I am taking my business elsewhere.Also their scooters seem to be priced up to twice what they should be.I highly recommend checking out other shops before you deal with Sportique.

I've had a great experience with Sportique Scooters in Denver, but can't say the same for the Boulder shop.My Genuine Buddy 50 was recently stolen in Denver, so I went into the Boulder shop to see their selection. The worker at the front desk (dude with glasses, can't remember his name) was very unpleasant to talk with - unhelpful, condescending, and made zero effort to assist me or sell me a scooter.Since the shop in Boulder had different colors of the Buddy 50 than the one in Denver, I was curious if it would be possible to buy one in Boulder and have it shipped to the shop in Denver for pickup. When I asked the worker, he seemed offended and told me 'no' without explanation.The whole experience was pretty bizarre - hopefully, management here finds workers who actually want to sell people scooters!

I just dropped in and the head guy there was super nice and incredibly informative. I hate being "sold" by typical salespeople, and I did not get the feeling he was "selling me" at all. Love that! I'll be buying my scooter from these folks.

Floyd was great. Let me take a bike for a spin no questions asked. Told him I'd be back the next day and didn't hassle me about it. I came back the next day and bought the bike.

I ve had a great experience here. The guys really know a ton about the gamut of scooters out ther and I am confused to see any bad reviews. Maybe it was an different staff? Will be recommending my friends here.

Very nice and convenient! The main guy was helpful, seemed quite honest and tuned up my scooter in less than a day. Also, and more importantly, my scooter runs much better.
