Bought a car from Ridgeline this past fall. Justin was amazing. I bought the car sight unseen. Justin got me many picture, videos and we had a few FaceTime conversations.He even worked with the cars previous owner to get me some additional items.

This place is one of the best places to buy a car. Justin was so helpful in getting us into a 2013 fiat best car dealership in town I highly recommend Ridgeline auto Brokers for your next vehicle purchase they also sell bikes but you gotta pay cash for those all vehicles are inspected by them and they also provide maintenance for all purchased cars

Justin found me a great starter car for a younger sibling and walked me through suggested small repairs since it is a car with more history. He was very communicative, professional, friendly and transparent during the entire process. He makes buying a car so easy! I won't hesitate to turn to him in the future, it's rare to find someone so genuine.

Sold our car to Ridgeline Auto Brokers and it was the smoothest, fastest and easiest transaction we have ever had when dealing with a car. Justin was awesome! Went above and beyond and was very helpful during the transaction process. Replied back to emails in a very timely manner and made the entire process very easy. He even made himself available outside of business hours to accommodate our schedule. We would definitely recommend going to Ridgeline Auto Brokers for all buying and selling automotive needs!

I worked with Justin at Ridgeline to sell my old car before moving out of state. I was referred to Justin by 5th Gear Automotive, and I'm so thankful! Justin was super responsive and easy to work with. He accommodated us coming up to complete our sale transaction on the weekend, when Ridgeline wasn't even open, because we were coming up from south of Denver. I got a way better offer for my car from Ridgeline than I did any other brokers or salvage yards, and it felt great to hand it off to Ridgeline knowing they were going to fix it up and find another good home for it. I highly recommend buying or selling a car with Justin at Ridgeline!

I had a great experience purchasing a full size SUV through Ridgeline. Justin is hands down the best salesman I've worked with in all the times I've purchased a vehicle. He's honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and to the point. He answered all of my questions and was willing to work with me to come to an agreement that worked for both of us. After I got the vehicle home I had a small issue with a bad sensor which had to be replaced. Justin followed up with me throughout the repair process and made sure everything was taken care of without any out of pocket cost to me. Next time I'm looking to purchase a used vehicle, I will check with Ridgeline before I look anywhere else.

Justin at Ridgeline Auto Brokers is awesome. I was moving out of state and I needed to sell my Jeep. I posted on Facebook marketplace and Justin saw my ad and made me a great offer. The process was so simple. I brought my car down, he looked it over, and I just needed to give him the title and sign some simple paperwork and I was on my way. The whole process took about 10 minutes. If you re looking to buy or sell a car I highly suggest Ridgeline. Thank you Justin!

I recently purchased a highlander from Justin and it was a super easy process! He was very thorough with all of the maintenance that had been done to the vehicle prior to selling it to me. All of the tires, brakes, rotors, oil change, and touch ups were done in advance. The car was genuinely ready to rock and roll. Im confident that if any issues were to hypothetically arise, he would take care of it. Not only that, if i need repairs in the future, i trust that his mechanics would do a great job at an affordable price. I would definitely be reaching out in the future if i ever needed anything. When you purchase a car, they include your first oil change free of charge so they can look at the car to make sure everything is still running properly.

Spent more than 3 hours with Justin today and unfortunately didn't make a purchase with him. He was very professional, courteous, and nice. I came to see him to hoping to find a car for my daughter after seeing all these great reviews, but it just didn't work out. Justin was very patient with me. He answered all my questions and educated me on many topics related to the cars I have test driven. He's really as good as all those reviewers have advertised.

Ridgeline Auto Brokers is a great dealership. I worked with Justin last October to buy a 2007 Subaru Outback. We had a great experience. I was buying the car remotely so I had friends come & test drive it and check it out. Justin facilitated a pre-purchase inspection (I paid) and got me all the information I needed. He is an honest person to work with. There were some things he could have lied about but he was honest and forthcoming. The price was fair and he helped set up everything because I was buying the car from out of state. The Outback is great - I love it.Justin is the best. All in all a fantastic experience with Ridgeline Auto - highly recommended!

I bought a car here recently and Justin was amazing! I am a college student and he said that he would do anything he could to get me in car that fit my price range. He worked with me and allowed me to get the car in my name without having any credit. He was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

This is the best place I've ever encountered to buy a used car and also have it serviced. It's a small local business, with very friendly and dedicated service at an excellent value. Having my car serviced and repaired here has reduced so much stress in my car life. The availability of a free loaner car, so I don't have to sit and wait for hours or rent a car, is so helpful and saves me so much money and hassle. I can't recommend Justin and the customer-centered business he has built here highly enough.

Was looking for a used vehicle and had been recommended over to Ridgeline by a local mechanic. Upon checking out the website I found several cars that seemed like the perfect fit for me. My family and I went in to discuss with Justin what these vehicles looked like, what kind of work had been done to them and decided to look into a Matrix he had available. Justin was upfront and honest about any service work that needed done (most had already been performed pre purchase, and he completed anything else prior to pickup), it didn't feel like he was pressuring me to buy his vehicles, I felt like he was very truthful about what kind of work each vehicle we inquired about may need, he wasn't trying to hide information that would've influenced a purchase.Justin was overall great to work with, and I will be recommending him to anyone I know who needs a used car in the future. I'm so beyond happy with my purchase with Ridgeline and knowing the vehicle I bought will last me years.

Justin is fabulous to work with!! No pressure sales (which is a must), great followup (a must), conscientious conversation (an addition I discovered is a must), and he laughed at my jokes (very cool). He's gone out of his way to answer my questions post buying my Honda from him. The dealership has a small town feel that is friendly, transparent, and trustworthy.And who doesn't need to know where to find that in a car dealership?! Go to Ridgeline! But don't bring everyone you know at once, please. To be transparent, I still want Justin available to help me in my times of trouble! I did buy a Honda, so that's not that often... All y'all come on then.

Was able to test drive, trade my car in and complete all the paperwork within an hour. Was given the complete vehicle Carfax on the car I wanted and didn't have to deal with any haggling which I find head ache inducing. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a new car.Update: Roughly a week into having my used car I noticed a pop sound coming from the front axle. I contacted the dealership and instead of turning me away because the suspension isn't under their warranty. Justin took the vehicle back anyways and rebuilt/replaced all of the faulty parts. Easily $1,000+ dollars of parts and labor, they did everything in their power to make it right. They went above and beyond what was needed to have a satisfied customer and I will definitely be coming back here if I want another vehicle

I went with my partner to Boulder just to go to Ridgeline, as he had heard Justin Smith on a radio show.We found the perfect car & Justin just happened to stop by the office as my partner decided on which car he liked the best.It turned out the office wasn t open, but Justin was there for the next hour. He let us test drive two cars and took his time with us, explaining everything and going over details very thoroughly. No high pressure sales tactics, no fake persona! Justin was extremely low key, helpful & informative! I would highly recommend going to see him in Boulder, the next time you are looking for a previously owned car! We drove from Denver & my partner lives in Colorado Springs.

Justin is an honest, knowledgeable, and dependable car salesman. I purchased a Tacoma from him in February, the truck is wonderful, and the service has been absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Ridgeline to anyone looking for a used car in Boulder!

Justin was absolutely amazing in helping me buy my first car! He made everything so smooth and talked to me like I was a person, not a sale, making it no where near as intimidating as other car dealerships that I tried to work with before finding ridge line. It s an hour drive from me, but I 100% will be coming back. Couldn t recommend them more!

Owner is totally committed to good service. I didn't even realize he was the owner until I asked because he's so focused on being honest and getting you into the right car. There were never any annoying sales tactics and all the car's history and issues were disclosed and some fixed for free. Totally refreshing car buying experience that I would fully recommend.

Found a car I liked looking through CarFax at Ridgeline Auto Brokers, reached out to make sure it was still available. Justin was prompt and fast in responding and when I arrived to look at it, he was helpful and honest about the condition of the car and what had been done to it. Paperwork was fast and easy and I was out the door on new wheels quickly!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. After looking at a few trucks they all turned out to need some major work so I had to keep looking. Luckily at Ridgeline they do a very through inspection and repair every thing they find on the car. Justin and the whole crew made me feel very comfortable and confident in the truck I was purchasing and I drove off the lot without a question in my mind that the truck would last and be perfect for my business. Even to this day Justin and I keep contact when I have questions about the truck and he is always there to answer my questions. I will continue to work with this team to do all the maintenance on all of my work vehicles because of the trust and support I feel from them. I can not say enough how amazing this dealership is and I will be purchasing all of my future vehicles from them. Thanks again to the whole time! You guys are incredible.

My husband and I are so well pleased with our experience at Ridgeline Auto Brokers!! Their vehicles have been thoroughly serviced prior to selling. Compared to the five dealerships we visited in Denver, we are so thankful to have discover Ridgeline! There are no hidden purchasing fees; rather, they offer to do your car's next oil change for $1! It's a very customer-oriented dealership with trustworthy and knowledgable employees!
