I come to Baseline O Reilley s for everything. Vannah, has worked most of the times that I was there and has been super informative to the products I need to keep my vehicle lasting as long as possible. They re all great there.

We got stuck in the parking lot tonight with a toddler in the car. Glen was the only one working and was really busy. He still made time to come outside and help us solve the problem with a smile on his face the whole time. He was amazing. Give him a raise for sure because his customer service was unmatched!!! Thanks Glen!!

I needed a new headlight. Colette greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and was very helpful in showing me all of the options available and making recommendations. David was also super helpful in installing the new light and explaining to me how to do it myself in case I ever needed to do it on my own. This is my go to auto store, and I have always had prompt and courteous service. Thank you!

Had a great experience at this O'Reillys. Helpful staff. Sometimes, as a woman, I get treated like I'm stupid at auto stores. Not here. Friendly, knowledeable, helpful.

David was fantastic helping me out with my truck battery. He tested my old battery, advised me on the proper replacement, and installed the new one in about 10 minutes. He was very knowledgable and gave me some great tips for my truck. He was super nice and courteous. Great experience.

Came in to get a new rear wiper blade, and asked for help installing it. John, the employee assisting me, bent my wiper arm back hard enough to break it. Now I need a whole new wiper arm.

I was having trouble with my Subaru 2020 forester battery after not driving the car for two months.After having to boost the car twice in one day, I came to O Reilly s and was helped by a man named David.He came outside to test the starter and alternator, and then asked me to shut my car off to test the battery.I was a little nervous to shut the car because the battery had failed twice that very same day.He talked me through the problem and all the different options. He educated me with much enthusiasm And without condescending and took time to make sure I understood how to determine my next step.In the end It turned out I did not need a battery today the car tested fine and restarted.Thank you again David for your earnestness patience and perseverance. I will definitely come back the next time I need any car parts.I cannot recommend O Reilly on baseline at foothills highly enough. If you re looking for something that feels like great small town customer care this is the place to go.Thanks again David

I am blown away by the helpfulness and kindness of the workers at this shop. I came in with flat tires on my bike, and they helped me pump up the tires, even though that's above and beyond what they are there for. I'm so grateful, and I highly recommend this O'Reilly.

Dan at O'Reilly Auto Parts was really helpful. I had a break light out and needed help picking a long lasting bulb. He also helped me install it which required some tools that I did not have. He was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Very young and green staff, I haven t seen anyone over 30 behind the counter. Which, of course is fine, but most of which appear to have never turned a wrench in their life, making it difficult to discuss and try to diagnose a problem. I brought back a starter I purchased from them and had to walk the employee through operating their own testing machine.Additionally, besides the basics (oil, coolant, etc) the equipment they sell in store is sub Harbor Freight quality, like jack stands, seat covers, etc. I ve had to trade my starter motor in 3 times within the past 2 years because of premature failure. My guess is that it s due to going with the lowest cost motor rebuilder. They warranty the replacement at no out of pocket cost, but it s still a waste of time.That said, the employees do tend to try and be helpful and it s a pretty big store, they ll likely have an oddball component you may need. Totally fine store to go to out of convenience if you need to pick up some oil or wax, but if you want to talk shop/diagnose a problem, you ll have better luck at Advance on 30th or 33rd.

Connor was so helpful! He really went out of his way to help me get my license plate on so I can drive and take my child to his medical appointments. The help I got there really was a lifesaver, for the love of God give this man a raise!

Nathan was very helpful when I needed a diagnostic for my Service Engine Soon light. He got me the code and the price for the part I might need and was super informative about what was happening in the car. Will definitely keep coming back here for sure!

Very easy to pick up the part I needed for my car which is a light bulb for the headlight on my car. A little more expensive than I wanted to pay but I never have issues with O'Reilly auto parts any store I go too. My car takes an H13 bulb and I needed a single pack. They do carry it. Thankfully I got the last one they had on the shelf. Never a bad experiences with O'Reilly

The door was locked and they lights were on 10 minutes before close. The sign says 9, it was 8:49 when I pulled the handle

Great customer service. They always make sure I'm buying the correct parts and offer easy exchanges and returns when I make the wrong purchase. They are also always very kind and respectful towards my service dogs, which I deeply appreciate.

Bad customer service a bunch of 18 year old kids all I needed was battery hardware they sent me to look through a pile of bolts for 10 minutes then after I asked them again they showed me where the hardware was.

Came here twice for an oil filter for a car and they still can t provide me with accurate information to which filter I need. Guy proceeded to take calls while I was there waiting already too long and than had zero customer service or acknowledgement of what type of anything for a car you need. It s a bad sign when dude is uhhhing in front of a computer for 15 minutes and is like I think this is the right one.. like no it wasn t and how had cost me well over 65 dollars and two hours of time. Thank you oreily, I will never visit again except to exhange another item you were incorrect about.

I ve been a fan of this store in the past, and have been a frequent customer for a couple years, but this is the second time I ve come in and no one was wearing a mask, or maintaining any kind of precautions. I m not going to call out specific employees, because this is clearly a management issue, since no one is ever wearing a mask. This is not only foolish, it violates Boulder ordinance. I care for a medically vulnerable person, and will be finding a new auto parts store.

I thought I needed oil for my car doors. They didn't let me waste my money. They came to the car and gave me good advice. My local Honda dealer tried to sell me an inner tube for my tires. They also tampered with the electronic on my tires so I destroy them more often. I won't let them touch my car. I think I'll come here more often....

The staff initially seemed helpful, but that impression quickly evaporated when they misinformed my wife when she needed to purchase a vital piece or equipment TWICE!Both times, my wife bought the incorrect product and left the store as it was closing (due to work schedule). She was thus left with:1. A burnt out headlight (a death sentence in the middle of this cop infested city)2. No heat, in the dead of winter, when she WORKS IN HER CARWe eventially got everything fixed (for the time being) but it was quite a hassle. We even ended up out about $35 all because we somehow lost the packaging for one of the incorrect products before we could return it.Do your own research before you visit this store. Or, better yet, bring your own expert because there's no guarantee the information you'll recieve from the staff will be correct.
