I was at O'Reilly's today to get windshield wiper blades and the assistant manager, David, was the one helping me. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had to go in the back and search for a couple of the blades and he did it with good cheer lol, not like some other places I can think of. I recommend this O'Reilly highly.

Nice store and helpful staff I have been going there for many years, HOWEVER their prices have gone thru the roof! One Qt of oil $12 @Amazon $6 Wiper blades $38 @Amazon $24. I want to shop and support locally I cannot at this store Sorry.

What happened?? This location used to have very knowledgeable staff but they all seemed to have been replaced by a bunch of kids who are polite but have very little automotive knowledge. They keep selling me the wrong parts, which never used to happen.

The assistant manager, Richii was so helpful and courteous. He and the staff went above and beyond to get me in and out of the door quickly. Thank you Richii for helping me with my headlight!

Israel came out to my car and installed a few different replacement bulbs and really helped me get all my brake, back-up, and turn signal lights functioning perfectly and was very professional and polite throughout. Thank you Israel. Jay

I visited O'Reilly for coolant, and Richie provided excellent assistance. He not only helped me find the right coolant but also poured it into my car and even checked for leaks. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and definitely plan to return.

If I could give a six star review, Andre and Juan would definitely get it! The whole team is so helpful. Every time I go in there I get the job done quickly and efficiently had a great price.

Service seems to have gone downhill at this location. "Israel" wasn't that interested in helping customers.To echo a previous review, will probably just buy off Amazon next time.

This store went from being one of the cleanest, best managed stores in the state to an absolute dumpster fire.There is no one in the front to help, manager yelling at an employee in the back, and absolutely nothing is put away.

The battery was almost dead. Got it replaced and on my way in a short time. Wish I remembered the guys name that helped me. Batteries have gone up in price, just like everything else, but I wasn't expecting over $200. Oh well, at least I'm not stranded somewhere with a car that won't start.

O Reilly auto on baseline and foot hills parkway is a gem of a place. The folks working there are are friendly and extremely helpful. Yes it s a chain, but it has a neighborhood vibe because of the staff.

I've been coming here for years and they have good stock with good prices. They are usually very helpful. Andrey is a good guy and goes above and beyond to take care of you!

Alex was incredibly helpful in diagnosing my car. I had small problems with my transmission and a shop told me to replace my transmission but when i went to oreilly alex said it was just a sensor. He ended up being right and saved me a ton of money!

Girl at the front desk doesn't know what she's doing.. I went to check why my check engine light was on, she put the device to check and told me there was nothing wrong.. I took it to discount tires and they told me otherwise.. Never going to OReilly again..

Went in here for coolant since my Subaru seems to constantly be losing coolant. I asked the young man who was working if he knew what could ve been causing it and he immediately told me if the car wasn t leaking coolant but it was disappearing anyways it was a blown head gasket. In all honesty I didn t believe it very much as it s an auto parts store and not an auto repair shop but he explained it s a common issue with a lot of Subarus, I had a shop diagnose it and it was in fact a blown head gasket. I have to rate it 5 stars because the young man Soren knew what he was talking about and even went so far to recommend some local shops who would fix it. I would definitely recommend this store over any other auto parts store as the people actually know what they re talking about. Soren is very knowledgeable thank you for helping me out!

new review: Lord, do I miss the days when OReilly's employees knew how to do more than just read the names and prices of products off a computer screen. Just absolutely apathetic and borderline useless. Way of the world these days. I'll buy off amazon, next time.old review: Stopped in to borrow a code reader, learned way more about my error code than i expected. Great crew, authentic service, above and beyond with the recommendations offered. O Reilly brand should be proud of this store.

O'Reilly is always amazing! Their customer service is superb. Any time I have an issue with my truck, they are willing to go outside and help me if I need it. Excellent variety and quality of products in the store, very knowledgeable and courteous staff! Plus they give a military discount which is always appreciated. O'Reilly is always my first choice.

Nothing but great experiences at this O'Reilly location. The staff all seem to be crazy car enthusiasts and offer personal advice which may be contrary to buying a more expensive part. I find this very refreshing and have always enjoyed interactions with the staff.Prices are similar to other do-it-yourself shops, and they even offer a free tool lending program!Employees may not be as polished as a top tier service shop, but I'll take rough around the edges and personal recommendations over profits any day. I'm a customer for life.

We needed late evening assistance with a blown headlight while passing through Boulder. Kevin at O Reillys s was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He found us the correct bulbs and then he even installed them for us on a chilly Boulder evening. Highly recommend!

I've been going to this Oreilly's for about 4 years now, and I've always been pleased with the customer service.Their employees go above and beyond to help. One time they even brought around one of their personal trucks to jump start my car! And just now I received an empty box to my home, and they replaced the contents on the spot and even helped install my windshield wipers blades! I didn't get the guys' name, but he was patient and very helpful during the process. He should get a raise or bonus or something! Thanks!

I ve been to this place before and have had them help me out and was satisfied. This time I went in with my father and asked one of the employees about a part we needed. He responded like he was annoyed with us saying they didn t have it and then my dad asked if they had Freon and he was extremely rude saying they absolutely didn t carry it and that it was the worst and didn t help us after that at all. I was confused why he didn t proceed to help direct us to whatever else product we might need. I walked around the store and saw the same man helping a white couple being really polite- even his cadence was much more jubilant. I honestly felt like this man treated us differently because my dad and I are Latino...

Alex and Soren helped me a lot with my toyota prius, I had a dead starting battery and they went as far as even replacing the battery for me.

Recently needed a new car battery. A relative and the guy who charged my dead battery both recommended O'Reilly. I drove over (once charged) and got immediate service from a pleasant, knowledgeable employee. He installed my new battery in nothing flat and off I went. Great store and service - I'll be back!

I was surprised to see this rating. They have always been helpful before and had better prices on most items I've needed than the other local auto parts stores. I'm heading up there in a few moments to purchase something I called about and found out they had again at a better price than the other shops. On the phone I gathered needed advice and found the person on the other end of the call very patient & helpful.I'll check in after I return for my final assessment.

Unfortunately that was my third experience of lackluster customer service at this location but, it almost seems like a cultural thing within this company at most of the branches that I visited here in Colorado. Although there were a few individuals who were helpful but, I did not start off with them. Until proven otherwise, this will definitely be a last resort for my auto part needs!

On September 9th 2021 Ian was our hero.We've had nothing but grief with a battery, requiring multiple trips to the mechanic and O'Reilly.Frustrated and about ready to admit defeat we were able to get our problem solved thanks to Ian's knowledge and service. Thanks dude, you really pulled through for us here. Our car has been working without problems for the first time in weeks. THANK YOU.
