John by far is the best mechanic I ve had in Colorado. His customer service skills are unparalleled, truly felt I was in good hands every step of the way. I really enjoyed getting a link sent to me outlining all the things my Escape needed, as a visual learner, it really helped. John was very patient with me from the start and even spent time explaining and showing me the actual parts that he replaced. He doesn t just want to fix your car or find problems with your vehicle, he wants to educate you, educate you, earn your trust, and save you money in the long run. Definitely will continue to go here for any of my future vehicle needs.

Found a low tire, called John and he got the car in immediately. I reviewed tread wear and decided to replace all 4 tires. John repaired the flat (a screw) at no charge, ordered 4 new tires and replaced them the next morning. Friendly, responsive and professional service when you need it. Highly satisfied!

On 1 to 5 basis I'd give John's Auto Care a 10! Yesterday my husband and I were driving and his oil light came on. We gave John a call and he said "Stop the car immediately". With this particular car we were confused about how to get a reading on the dip stick. Sensing our confusion, John asked where we were parked and he drove several miles to reach us prepared with several quarts of oil. He explained that he just had a customer who had the same symptom (oil light flickering) and she ended up burning her engine out causing thousands of dollars of damage and he did not want that to happen to us. We were lucky and this didn't happen to us. But imagine someone caring enough to stop what he was doing and travel to make sure we didn't damage our car. Wow. This is a consistent experience with John's Auto. He will never do work that is not needed. Never. Where other auto service agencies have said... oh you better have that fixed... only $1,300. He has said no not necessary. He is always on the customer's side. He has always done a complete check up of my car to make sure everything is in good working order and not dangerous. He also has on hand a loaner car if you can't wait for servicing. So if you want: Pleasant Staff. Honesty. Integrity. Fair Pricing. This is the best car place in the front range. John is such a kind person who goes out of his way to make sure you're safe if your car breaks down on the side of the road. Once my car made it to the shop, he gave me a ride to where I needed to go. Also picked me up when my car was ready. Truly helped to ease some of the stress of my car breaking. Grateful for this place!

A recent snow storm left 8 inches on my unplowed street and it tore loose the undercover off my Prius. John the owner answered the phone himself when I called and told me to bring the car right over for him to take a look at it. An hour later it was fixed for less than $60. This sort of personal, quick and reasonably priced service is far too rare these days.

John is the best, and most importantly, trustworthy. I had a number of items that needed to be addressed on my 152k mile GMC, and he addressed them all. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. It was a great experience I went there to get my back brakes done and I pointed out of stuff that I need to get worked on but they didn't try to sell or force me to get it done right then and there they were super nice and I appreciate that I was at another place before this and they're actually talking bad about other customers while I was standing there which is very unprofessional so that's just why I went to John's Auto Care

Amazing! We were traveling through on a road trip, and our alternator went out. We barely made it to the parking lot before the battery died. They were able to get it fixed before the end of the day!!!! Super friendly, happy, helpful crew. And wow, exceeded my expectations for speed!!! Very happy and would recommend to others!!

Take your car here!!! They definitely earned my trust. I was on road trip when our alternator started acting up. We first went to another auto shop and they told us they were scheduling a week out and could "maybe" see us the next day. So we went to John and his team, they took care of our car and got us back on the road by the end of the day. A big THANK YOU to John's Auto Care!!!

I had this vehicle inspected by John's prior to purchase. The inspection was conducted promptly and thoroughly and Robert briefed me on trouble spots as they were detected. When completed, I got a written report of the inspection, together with a written estimate of suggested repairs and scheduled service. The price was very fair. I was highly satisfied that I had the basis for a go - no go decision to purchase the car.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I have been taking my 2001 Ford Taurus SEL, with over 200k miles, to John's Auto Care for a variety of minor and major repairs for many years, and have found them to have a true sense of integrity about the relationship with the client as well as the vehicle. This business is great! All the people who work there are kind, helpful, but most of all thorough! I took my car to them because of a reoccurring issue that two previous shops didn't bother taking the time to catch, and now my car is technically totalled. John, the owner is actually one of the kindest most genuine mechanic/business owner I've ever gone to in my whole life, and I'm 67!He even gave me a ride, and would come pick me up, if need be. I have unfortunately had numerous things wrong with my car had have used John's autocare twice for repairs and replacements. Most recently, John's replaced a faulty oil pressure sensor after an oil change on my ML320. Just prior to that they did an oil change, tire rotation, and trip check on my RX350. I also have a much older Ford truck and a 2007 Dodge Diesel truck that I take to John. It is hard to find a mechanic that is both really good at what they do and totally trustworthy. The thing about John is that if he doesn't get the problem the first time, he will stay with it until he does and always stands behind his work. I've been taking my autos to John for a very long time, lost track of the years. SueService: General repairs & maintenance
