Shout out to Daniel, the manager at this location. He was able to get me taken care of right away and resolve my car issues. I have some other work coming up that my car needs that Jiffy does not provide. Daniel gave me lots of good info and pointers for finding a good place to get that work done. I really appreciated that he took the time to give me good guidance for my other car needs, as well as making sure my car is up to date on regular maintenance. Thanks, Daniel, you're awesome! :)

Forced to buy an in cabin filter ! I literally purchased one online and had it waiting on my counter at home I did NOT need one, considering the one I had on was replaced by ME only six months prior! so I was waiting. The guy talked SO FAST, and he thought I agreed with him to replace my in cabin filter AND some sort of other flush! Thankfully I caught it before they started the $150+ flush service!! I still had to pay over $50 for a in cabin filter I DID NOT NEED. I m not even sure what they did to my car for $180 since they did NOT provide me with a receipt. God, please protect people from this place or teach the people at this place better. God, make them pay for anything unethical they may do, and transform them to be decent human beings and great at what they do for their profession. Amen.

John did an excellent job of helping me out! I came in for a simple oil change and he found an issue with my coolant fluid. He talked me through the issue, provided a lot of great information for how to take best care of my van, and the cherry on top was offered to replace my coolant for free! My van is my baby and I fully trust these guys to take the best possible care of her!

John was very helpful when I came in for an oil change. He showed me all the tests he ran (including test strips) and explained why I should consider replacing a few other things on my vehicle. He discussed cost with me and worked with my budget to get me in and out with a well functioning vehicle!Will definitely come again, thank you :)

They're great! I went at a busy time and was still in and out in ~30 mins for an oil change and coolant. John was awesome, and did a good job explaining what my car really did and didn't need which I really appreciated. Will make this place my regular spot now.

Had an amazing experience with Danny at Jiffy Lube today. I've been coming here since moving to the boulder area and have loved the service here every time I show up.I never have to wait more than ten minutes (I rarely schedule an appointment before coming) and the oil change is quick and efficient. Always appreciate the work these folks put in, and I appreciate the fact they have fun while doing it.

Don't go there , they didn't change the oil on my cadillac, I called and talked to the manager and he was going to check the "cameras" and never called me back to confirm that, so that means they didn't change my oil and now I have a clicking noise coming from the engine after I drove it for 2 weeks i took it somewhere else and find out the oil was dirty and never been changed

Come here for any car needs great or small. John is a gem. He & his team took care of our snow-lodged detached skid plate in less than 20 minutes. Kind, knowledgeable, affordable, & the best Jiffy Lube location I ve encountered. Thank you, John!

UPDATE: The leadership team reached out to me the day I posted this and provided reimbursement for the damages incurred. I greatly appreciated this gesture.I visited this Jiffy Lube on 2/24/2024 ahead of a cross country road trip for an oil change and radiator fluid refresh. The next day, in the middle of rural Kansas, I started to hear an intermittent scraping sound. I pulled over to find that the undercarriage of my Nissan Rogue was not properly bolted back and was partially hanging off, and now severely damaged. I should have suspected something was wrong the moment the mechanic raced after me the day prior indicating they had forgotten to reinstall the radiator filter.I attempted to contact the store 3 times but have been unable to reach anyone. I have filed a complaint with Jiffy Lube corporate and await their reply, but will not be returning to this location, nor any Jiffy Lube as I now am facing $700+ in damages of the scraped parts and an extra mechanic visit to properly reinstall the parts.

Danny and the guys were super friendly! I barely managed to make it there because my car was having issues after a long trip. A friend riding with me told me it was a low oil issue. When I arrived the guys set me up with what I needed and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! They didn't even charge me! Unbelievably great service!

Got an oil change and break bulb replacement. Oil spewing everywhere and bulb not replaced. Came back next day for the bulb is already paid for and to have the oil checked. Oil still leaking and they are out of bulbs. Have to come by a third time and they kept trying to re-charge me or advise me to buy my own ( which I ended up doing) despite my already paying. I can t say I m completely surprised. It s jiffy lube. But it was close to work and easy to do over lunch. Didn t think it would become an ordeal.

I always have great service at this location! Usually I'll come in, make a cup of coffee & before I'm finished with it my oil change is done! Stellar & fast service.

The service was quick and respectful. Danny and his crew were very kind and did not charge me for my oil change when I had brought my own oil and filter. As a college student, I am super grateful for them! Makes me less stressed in my everyday stressful life!

I brought my Subaru Legacy to the Boulder Jiffy Lube for a Lyft inspection today and was very impressed with the service I received from Juan and the crew. He was efficient, polite, and respectful of my car. He completed the inspection quickly and sent me on my way with a smile on my face. I ll be returning again in the future. Stopped by this Jiffy Lube for the first time for an oil change. You can tell John is passionate about what he does and they took great prompt care of my car. Transparency note, they offered to change a $25 light on my car for free if I gave a 5-star review.

Shout out to John, for thorough and fast service. I appreciate the attention to detail and that the system keeps track of what services I ve done and mileage-based recommendations. Unlike some other places in town, they seem to be fully staffed and can do whatever the car requires.

Agree with the other posts appreciating John for his customer service. Jiffy Lube was busy when I arrived, but they run a tight ship, had me out of there in less time than expected, and STILL offered a significant discount for my trouble (i.e. waiting time).

On Thursday I received some of the best customer service of my life. My battery died and would not hold a charge afterbeing jumped. This happened at a major intersection and I was holding up traffic. After being told that it would take at least 90 minutes to be towed, I called Jiffy Lube and they offered to come to my car to assist. Not only did Jesus and Juan get me out of the busy intersection, once they determined at Jiffy Lube that my vehicle could not be fixed onsite, they let me use their portable jumper system to go to another location while they provided an escort! They could not have provided more exceptional service and it all occurred without a charge!
