New owner Jeremy was super helpful with my Kawasaki Ninja 250 and getting some small pieces that I needed that would've cost me money and time I didn't want to spend. Will definitely be coming back for assistance with future issues.

I took my KTM 690 R to replace a defective speedometer and chain and sprockets. Jeremy s team did excellent work and finished ahead of time. Price was lower than the estimate. Very satisfied with the service and will come back for future repairs and bike rentals.

This is by far the best place for a tune-up on all your ski/snowboard gear. They offer hand waxes at really reasonable prices, fixed the core shot In my board that I got riding bones at Big Sky and their turn around time was by far faster than anywhere else in town. In addition, Jeremy - the owner - Is an outstanding human! He has a beautiful quiver of motorcycles and does great work on those as well! Pretty much my go-to for year round adventure tune-ups!

I had my ski's waxed and tuned up at House Of Motorrad. I needed my ski's to be ready within a few days of when I initially called. Jeremy, the owner of House Of Motorrad went above and beyond throughout the entire transaction. Jeremy and his team were friendly, professional, welcoming, communicative and timely. My ski's rode like a dream with a fresh wax and sharp edges. I highly recommend taking your ski's/snowboard to House Of Motorrad for your next tune up. 5/5 stars!

Took my bike here, spent $100 on a diagnosis. When i got the bike back, they recommended that I try to scam someone online and try to sell it. They said that they couldn t find any issues and the battery was dead when I got it back from them. This was my first bike so i was confused on what to do and looking for some help. They took my money, left me with a dead battery, and told me to try and scam someone. All it ended up needing was a new carburetor.

I trust the crew at House of Motorrad with any of my bikes, and my skis too. They have high integrity and were really communicative in helping solve some problems on my 2012 BMW G650GS Sertao. They got it in tip top mechanically and then helped me outfit it to fit me with handlebar risers, a new handlebar, and barkbusters. I'm a pretty solid home mechanic and I make my bike work hard so I can tell when good work is done and these guys are solid.Then just as ski season is about to start they picked up my skis at home got them dialed in and tuned and delivered them right back to my door so I'm ready to roll tomorrow and go skiing.

HOM did a fantastic job with my fz07. New tires. Oil change. Wire replacement. Took 3 days and I was back on the road. You can tell these guys just love bikes and that s what matters when someone is working on your baby.

Dealer shops wouldn't fix my 2005 bike and tried to sell me a new motorcycle. Motorrad diagnosed the problem and told me, if I wanted, how I could fix it on my own. They are there for the customer and to build a bike community. I highly recommend going there.

Needed some last minute help on my KLX 110. These guys were the only one who had the part and saved me in a pinch. I will definitely be returning for all future services needed on this bike.

Niko (might be spelling wrong) did a great job on my bike! Had to wait for a part from Japan, but the owner was communicative. Labor rate is $170/hr, which seems on the high side, but it took them fewer labor hours to get my bike squared away than I thought it would, so all in all, I feel like I got a good deal, and they did a great job.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from the get-go, thanks to the owner Jeremy. The rental procedure was smooth and effortless, ensuring a hassle-free journey. The motorcycles provided were in top-notch condition, further enhancing the riding experience. Every necessity, from the equipment to detailed instructions, was thoroughly taken care of. I am truly impressed and would without a doubt recommend this service to all my friends. I will 100% be coming back here. A solid 5-star experience!

If you're looking to rent a motorcycle near Boulder, look no further. This place is one of the best! I went to rent a bike and got exactly what I was looking for & more. What surprised me was how easy & fast the process was. I was on a work trip but decided to rent a bike for a day and the experience was amazing. Everything was in order and by the end of the day they helped me with everything. Aside from the bike rental the can help you getting a helmet, jackets, pants, gloves & motorcycle equipment.Everyone I met at House of Motorrad were super friendly, specially Ben & Jonah. When I travel back to CO from Costa Rica, I'll definitely pay them another visit!As a side note, I had some issues with my bank releasing the security deposit, Ben (the owner) was kind enough to sent me an email indicating there no issues with the rental and the return, which made the process move a bit faster.

Super glad to have a shop in Boulder. It was great to see a crew excited to work on my bike. I brought my bike in to have the seals replaced on my front suspension and a few other minor things. Everything looked great when I picked the bike up. While I was there, I noticed one of the touring bikes they have for rental. It looked amazing, what a great way to see Rocky Mountain National Park.

First off, I was blown away by the warm welcome I received when I stepped into House of Motorrad. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in the door. It was clear that they were passionate about motorcycles, and their enthusiasm was infectious.But it wasn't just their hospitality that impressed me - the quality of the work they do is truly off the charts. Every member of the team is a true expert when it comes to dirt bikes or just about any other bike, and they know these machines inside and out. Whether I needed a tune-up, a repair, or a custom modification, they always knew exactly what to do, and they did it quickly and efficiently.In addition, what really stood out to me was the attention to detail that House of Motorrad displayed in their work. They clearly take great pride in what they do, and it shows in the way they meticulously check and re-check everything to ensure that every bike they work on is in perfect condition.Overall, I can't recommend House of Motorrad enough. Their hospitality is second to none, and the quality of their work is truly exceptional. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just getting started, you can't go wrong with House of Motorrad.Never doubt Jeremey and the crew he has, they are damn near just a surgical as seal team 6.Shout to Jeremy and Lucas specifically!

very happy with what these guys did to my KTM. the shop has a super chill vibe and everyone that works there is super friendly. I will definitely be going back there for all my bikes service. Jeremy the new owner is way easy to talk to and a solid communicator. they had me in and out of there in a timely fashion and for a fair price........... can't really ask for much more than that.

Outstanding experience at this shop. House of Motorrad is like the bike shops I remember from my youth, where the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and true motorcycle enthusiasts. The place has all the best attributes of those old-school shops: welcoming right from the start, with a very down-to-earth feel; quite the opposite of the typical dealership experience these days. I had a somewhat unusual request, along with a short time-frame (can you help me right now, with no appointment?). Jeremy and Mike went out of their way to fit me in and get me taken care of. The cost was more than fair. I'll definitely be back. Will probably even bring my skis in for a tune. Thanks guys!

Fantastic shop with friendly staff who work to provide good service at a fair price. Furthermore, they will work with you to help solve any logistical challenges you may have with getting a motorcycle to their shop for service. In this day and age, it is refreshing to have an honest transaction where you feel you received a good service at a fair pice while being treated with respect I recommend them highly if you are looking for a good motorcycle shop in Boulder.

I was in a unique scenario where I was between ADV bikes and had some friends coming into town for a ride. I called up Motorrad and they hooked it with with a very well equipped KTM 690 Enduro R. It was great to get a few more miles on the bike before going out and purchasing one for myself. I'm glad I did! They were great to talk to, flexible on the options, the paperwork was easy and fast, and the bike was awesome. I'm recommending these guys to anyone renting a bike or looking to purchase a new bike - a few hundred bucks to rent could make sure your new $10,000 purchase is the exact bike you want to buy, or not! Thanks so much.

Great guys here. I recently bought my first Adv bike after these gentlemen so graciously answered a lot of questions for me. Then I brought some tires in for mount and balance, they took care of me professionally and quickly, same day. Thanks guys! My go to place for Moto parts and service.

Had an excellent experience today. Had 36k service done on my R1200RT. Santino updated me daily on the progress, sent pics and returned the bike well ahead of schedule. Friendly, professional and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend to House of Motorrad! Thanks!

Great snowboard repair, edge and wax done same day.My board had a few deep gouges and the edges were a proper mess. I met Jeremy, who looked at my board and advised me on what damage definitely needed filling. Other lighter scratches he said could be dug out and repaired if I wanted, but it wouldn t impact the performance of the board and so he suggested not to bother. No upselling at all.Mike, the tech doing the work, called me during the repair to double check what I wanted, his advice matched Jeremy s. He also advised me of the price of the work done so far and of the extra if I wanted it (I didn t).I had taken my bindings off as I have seen some places charge for this. They told me that there was no need for this usually, they refitted my bindings for me (they were in the car) with loctite for no extra cost.I dropped the board off at 10:45, it was ready by 15:00. They did a very nice job on the board repairs, the edges are goodly sharp and the waxing is great. Really nice people and a super quick turnaround. They get my recommendation!

These guys are rockstars. I had popped fork seals on my KTM 690. I felt the front forks were way to stiff. They found a wonderful cost effective solution that worked great. Fun guys to chat with.

Top quality ski tuning and excellent service! Jeremy, the owner, made sure I was well-taken care of. His ski techs did a fantastic job on the base welds on my skis and finished them off with a great hand wax. They skied beautifully! I ll be bringing my boards back here for sure.

I had the unfortunate situation where my motorcycle was stolen. It was recovered over two months later, while I was still trying to negotiate with insurance who was offering only around a third of the value. I had the recovered motorcycle towed to House of Motorrad, and they did a great job. Everything I would have expected - handled things professionally, did what they said they were going to do, communicated well, and helped advise on the process since they had worked with this type of situation before and I hadn't. In the end, the bike was totaled (and I still only received about a third of the value from insurance.) However, I was happy with the service at House of Motorrad, and it made that portion of the whole situation a little bit nicer. I felt that Jeremy, and all the employees I interacted with, really cared about their customer, about what had happened, and were compassionate. I'll definitely be back with my next bike.

JT helped me order a new helmet and figure out gear. Very tuned in to what specifics I was after. He also let me buy a pair of pants from their rental gear which saved me a lot of money. The owner Ben is very involved in the business and always striving to improve it.
