We always get our oil changed at Grease Monkey. Always great and quick service, even when there is a bit of a line. We've never had a pressured upsell which we have other places. We'll keep going back.

Women, and, out of state license plate, alert!!!!! !!!! They'rescammers!!!! I trusted all the good reviews, and went in for a full service oil change for $92.Not exactly cheap!!! When my boy friend and I, checked the oil level the next morning, it was way below the full mark, not even close. It was as the matter fact dangerously low!!! Really??? For $92!!! Also, listed on the papers was they topped of the windshield fluid. Ha, nothing was topped of there!! Scam!!!! How wrong is this for paying $92??? They can't even fill it up to the level it should be???? And, 5 quarts as for oil, it takes, not 4, can you read???? I wonder now if they even put in the requested 5 /20 full syntetic oil I'd ask for, or scammed us with different low grade oil, or worse. I will never go back!!!

Probably the quickest oil change ever. And they gave the car the business (vacuum, wiped down etc) which is good because my car is very dirty. Full synthetic oil change with tax came to about $92.

Humble facilities, outstanding service. Staff is sincere, personable, and knowledgeable. I typically change my own oil, but this was affordable and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Repeat customer here. They won me over in the last two oil changes!Very fast service and they don t try and upsell you on a million different things (like some other places .) Staff are nice and get the job done!

Been going for years. They have never messed up my oil change, and once they even helped me with a quick fix to stop a leaking transmission cooling line so I could drive to the mechanic. Solid old-school shop

Was on a multi-K mile road trip and needed an oil change. My truck is picky so I travel with my own parts. This outfit was to the point, fairly priced, and as efficient as I have ever seen. I live a couple thousand miles away but wouldn t hesitate to use or recommend them. Great business.

Absolutely the best service with Tim (the owner/manager?!) giving invaluable advice on my engine and subsequent oil change. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I was looking for a drive-through oil change oil change experience, which usually is what Grease Monkey is - this location is NOT that - there's only two bays and you have to get out of your car and wait in a waiting room. It honestly looks like the Grease Monkey chain bought out a smaller garage. They warned me of a long wait when I got there, but ended up getting me right in and doing a very quick oil change and check of my fluids and tire pressure. Overall an excellent job and very quick service, though I think I must have hit it at just the right time. They did point out that my cabin filter was due for a change, but I went to an auto parts store nearby and got one myself instead of paying them to put it in. They cut my engine cover flap off the area that needs to be folded down to access the oil filter. This cause damage on the underside of my car as a result of it not being covered. The also didn't change my oil filter. I change my own oil every time omitting maybe once a year when I do not have the time. When I changed my oil 3 months post them changing it, it still had the same brand filter I used. I contacted grease monkey to ask which brand oil filter they use. It was a completely different brand, color, etc. I will never return to this company. I have tried to contact them multiple times, including using the link that is listed below in response to this review and received no response.

It s so hard to find honest mechanics and these folks are the best. We ve been going there for about a year for minor stuff, oil changes, air filter changes, and they will never lie to you or try to get you to purchase something you don t need. In fact I went to a dealership that said I needed new brakes soon and I wanted a second opinion and the grease monkey said I was still good for a while. The manager/supervisor is a really great as well, super honest and a nice guy.

Never had a problem with this business. They have seemed to be honest and direct with me every time I've brought my vehicle in to be serviced. My car is usually semi vacuumed out and they top off your washer fluid and check all the other stuff they can while they change your oil. I've been going to grease monkey for 8 years, different locations, different cars, etc, and I can say I trust their services.

Tim and his crew did an excellent job. He originally recommend I take the vehicle elsewhere that could do a more in depth job. I came back and kindly requested he do what he could after not having luck at the other locations due to co cerns about my situation and timing being an issue. The team went beyond my expectation and answered every one of my questions. They were the most transparent and and upfront guys I have had the pleasure doing business with. Small business style and laid back atmosphere. Will definitely return.Service: Transmission

I took my Toyota Venza here in late November 22 for a basic oil change. Here s what they actually did:- changed the oil- charged me for an extra quart- stripped the screw on my negative battery terminal when testing - inside my glove box, left me with no cabin air filter and unhooked my glove box spring so it now falls down when opened- $135 for an oil change and engine air filter- I should have walked out when the lady before me in line said to the employee sir, I had an oil change here last week and now my car is smoking I m not saying they are the worst I ve ever seen, but take this information and do with it what you choose. Needless to say, I d never go back.But I do highly recommend the Toy Shop on Cherokee St. in Denver for anything Toyota/Lexus related. Greg is a real mechanic, he s worth the wait. Skip the greasers.This is the first negative review I ve ever left publicly on any business in my life. I m disgusted with the place.Service: Oil change

This place is awesome! They did a fantastic job with my differential oil change at a price that was quite literally half what other places were charging. But the reason for me writing this review is my tire pressure was low and I don't know anything about that kind of stuff so i took it in. They were extremely kind and put air in my tires free of charge. I'm not sure if that's the standard norm or not, but regardless i was not expecting that and thought it was really awesome. They let me know which tires were low and left me feeling confident, happy, and grateful for their service. :) All my service work will done here.Service: Oil change

I went in on Friday, February 11th, passing thru town on an airport delay. The guys were great. Professional, kind, outgoing, shared a little of personal life, it's nice to go to a business and be treated like a friend, not just a customer, a number, or a dollar sign. They were so fast, I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

I stopped in twice due to a coolant issue and they were more than happy to top off my coolant at no charge to me - both times they were incredible kind, professional & efficient. Can t recommend them enough - Danny helped me during my second visit and was especially helpful & courteous. Thanks guys!

I got off work at 5:30pm, realized that I was super overdue for an oil change. I checked my oil and found it was incredibly low. Yikes! I called hoping they could squeeze me in before the drive home. They did, and they were incredibly polite and efficient. They even replaced a damaged air filter, with my permission, and made me feel very comfortable, not pressured at all. I was not expecting them to clean my windows and vacuum the interior with such little time, but they said it was part of a full service oil change. It was very considerate and showed that regardless of time constraints, they still wouldn't halfway do it. I will definitely come here again! It was a pleasant experience, and I appreciate the guys' attitudes, even though I know on a Friday night they probably have better things to do :) Wonderful service!

Stopped in to get the oil changed, fluids checked and topped off, and tires at the right pressure before a cross country drive. Quick and efficient service, I was in and out in 20 min. Courteous staff, and a small price. All adds up to peace of mind before the drive.

These guys are great! I went and got my oil changed and they were super quick, nice, and helped explain the report to me. As a young woman with not a ton of knowledge of cars I always worry that mechanics will try to upsell me, but there was none of that nonsense with these guys! They even took the time to take the bag of trash out of my car and replace it with a new bag!! 10/10. Will be returning.

I normally do my own oil changes, but since I just moved and didn't bring my equipment this was the first time I had to get it done professionally. The price was different from what was quoted on the phone. Customer service was brusque and almost hostile. I supplied my own filter and oil (a good quality synthetic blend) which happened to come in a 1/2 qt short, and instead of topping it off or even talking to me about it, they drained it all and used their own conventional bulk oil. The only positive thing was that they were reasonably quick, hence the two stars. Needless to say, I won't be returning here again.

I love this place. The mechanics are honest and so helpful! I always go there first when I have an issue because I know if they can't help they will tell me what needs to happen and where to go. Their oil change seems to take about 4 minutes. I typically can't even settle in before it's finished!

These guys are so awesome! I can't believe how quick and efficient they are! Absolutely incredible! They are also the sweetest guys ever. I felt very well taken care of ^_^ Was in and out within 15 minutes for my oil change.

This grease monkey is the best. They often catch issues that my dealership doesn't. The staff here are very fast but don't cut corners.

Grease Monkey is a consistent and trustworthy experience. The staff is full of friendly faces and people to talk too. You go in and come out with your car pampered and even offered to fix anything during service for a REASONABLE price. And I say reasonable because so many places offer for so much, and grease monkey gets it done for a low price.

Fastest oil change I've ever gotten and I didn't have to make an appointment.Great customer service: they cleaned my windows and were very helpful!I'll only be going here for oil changes from now on.
