I recently had my car serviced at this car wash, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention to detail. Not only did they provide excellent car cleaning services, but the addition of a coffee shop and a well-curated store made the wait incredibly pleasant. The staff were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the results. I appreciated the convenience of being able to relax with a cup of coffee and browse the store while my car was being serviced. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone in need of car cleaning services.

I stopped going here a while back because they did a horrific job. Decided to give it a try and see if anything changed. I think it may have gotten worse. I like these places because they clean inside and outside. While I can get a good car wash at a gas station for $12 I decided to pay the extra for the inside too. Just let the pictures do the explaining. Definitely will not be back. Hopefully they will change hands again soon to better management.

I ve been going here since before it was purchased by the new owners, they do a great job, and I think the new ownership has made it even better. For $60 they do a perfect job for a once a month maintenance clean, including cleaning my rubber mats abs getting most of the dog hair out, I m not a huge fan of $400 details, the drive up give it all you ve got wash is perfect. Also, the snack options and the coffee in the waiting area is awesome! Dog friendly and everyone has always been really nice! I did have them buff out scratches at one point a few months back and they kept working out until I was satisfied. No complaints!

Agree with the other negative comments, take your business elsewhere. Car was returned with lots of dirt spots on the exterior as well as the interior. Residues everywhere on the interior, especially the windshield which has a noticeable fog to it. Wouldn t recommend Gloss to anybody.

Completely scratched up my brand new car and left dirty spots everywhere, if you want to ruin your car then this is the place for you. Probably could ve done a better job with a wet paper towel- 0 stars.

EXTREMELY UNIMPRESSED!!! The store is nice and the coffee is a great idea, but the detail work is the worst I ve ever seen! As a busy mom of 2 toddlers, I need all the help I can get. I decided to treat myself to a $40 upgraded car wash, I removed everything ahead of time, and they still took less than 3 mins to complete the detail . I asked if one of the guys could come and do a little bit of a better job and he somehow made it even worse! Not sure if dirty rags are being used in too many different cars or they just simply don t care.

I ll start by saying the inside of the shop is adorable. They have great gifts and goodies, it s VERY Boulder. I ordered a coffee and worked from the shop while they express detailed my car. They said it would take one hour.Fast forward 2.5 hours later, I was left VERY underwhelmed and disappointed. I paid $120 (including gratuity) for what was advertised as a full auto detail. However, I feel what I got what a basic exterior wash and interior Vaccuum and wipe down. There was lots of areas left dirty and I felt it did not warrant being labeled as a detail . I would not pay $100 again for this service. If it was advertised as a exterior/interior wash for $40 I would. But this just wasn t it.***Also worth mentioning I have 2 car seats in the back seat so the work required to detail the back seat was very minimal and still it was left very dirty. I didn t even have them touch the truck as I have two strollers and other large items back there. I feel for a detail job this should have been easy and quick.

To preface this, their detailing service is excellent. Everything is touched up as it should be and the car is taken care of. However like other reviewers here have noted, Everything We ve Got for $50 = me following up on the front end of the car, the windshield and the obvious spots in the front seats to finish the job. I don t pay FIFTY BUCKS to do half the job myself. I can pay $15 and do it all myself in the same amount of time with better results across the street at Coyote Car Wash Quality Control needs some work, especially when there was not a significant line rushing your staff to move cars along. They did as great job on the outsideThe inside was pathetic!!!I get that they are not a detail company but they didn t even put rag to my dashboardDon t be confused attached are the AFTER photos.!Ridiculous!BTW after driving home, I took a hot rag just water to my dashboard and cleaned it in less than 5 minutes.I can t believe I spent $19 on the worst car wash I ve ever had.I am never going back.

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt twice. My car was still dirty when I got back two times - I had to ask them to wipe down very obvious areas like the nose marks from my dog on the back window and dog hair on the captain seats, finger prints on my screen, dust on my console, and even TRASH in the door! Not sure how they missed it. They seem to be just trying to churn out cars quickly and don t spend any quality time on the car - which is frustrating because they are overly priced. It stinks because it s a great concept and the inside is great and I love the coffee shop, but just seems that they don t care much about quality car washing.

They put scratches all over my new truck hood and tailgate. There is even a small deep paint scratch that will need to be touched up. The manager, Frank Camacho, told me he would have the owner call me the next day - which never happened. A week has gone by. I used to love this place when it was Puddle and went all the time, but the new ownership is just awful!! They do not care about their customers or repeat business. Save your money and time and vehicle and go ANYWHERE else. And Frank, I m still waiting for that phone call.Services: Full body wash, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Update: Horrible for interior work. I paid for the best interior package and got mats washed totally about $35. The inside looks like they didn t even clean it. I took these photos 10 minutes after I got home where I needed to clean the car out myself. All of which came off with a quick wet cloth. There is also a huge mark on the back mat which remained after I paid to have them cleaned. Really unacceptable service. I am never going to Gloss again for interior cleaning - they are consistently terrible. I ve been about 5 times thinking it will be different. But it s only gotten worse. Do not recommend!

After some smoke exposure from a garage fire... I had the engine compartment thoroughly cleaned. Junior in the detailing department did a fantastic job and he ran their ozone machine to remove odors from the interior. As a bonus, he made the tires look good! Much appreciated Jr!!!

I love this car wash. Yesterday, I did a full detail service. My car was so clean that when I opened the door to put my things in the back seat, I did a doubletake. I thought for a moment that it couldn't even be my car and looked around to see if I had gotten the wrong one. AMAZING! I will plan to do this at least once a year. THANK YOU!

They always do a great job with terrific service. Peter, the owner, even personally came over to chat with me and tell me more about his business. They do great work and a gem for the community. Oh, and great coffee!

Had my vehicle washed here, and they stole all of my change and money. They are less than helpful when I reported it. After paying $30 plus a 20% tip, they didn t even vacuum. Will not return.

I was in search of a replacement for my full-service wash that closed. My neighbors recommended Gloss. I went about 4 pm on a Sunday and it wasn't busy at all. There aren't clear directions on what to do once you pull in. And since it wasn't busy, I had no one to follow. I now know that you pull up under the first bay and wait until they tell you to pull forward to the vacuums.I'm not sure the name of the package that I chose but it included vacuuming the mats, under them, and windows, and towel drying. It cost me about $30 after the tip. I paid with a card and wasn't paying attention. I did need to get some bird poop off the exterior but was much more concerned about my interior since poor weather was in the forecast. They did a 3-star vacuum and did not wipe my dash or console at all. I still had drip marks from the water on the driver and passenger doors which were dirty by the time I made my 30min drive home. Which, again, I didn't care about but you might. Makes me miss my old car wash.Everyone was friendly enough. The inside is fun. It's a little shop and there are places to sit while you wait. I loved the candles. I do wish they had more auto-related accessories though. I needed a steering wheel cover. They do have some plastic floor mats and sunshades if you're in need.Overall, a decent place. I wish I had gone with lower expectations. My previous wash spoiled me I guess.

BEST CAR WASH I've ever paid for! The staff is super nice and they do a really good job! I am editing my review after seeing all the negative reviews and wanted to say I NEVER have a bad experience. I always get my car back clean! The vacuuming job is amazing... I spilled a potted plant in the front seat and it looks like it never happened. I specifically asked the staff to kindly take care of that spot and they did! And so if you're not happy just tell the staff kindly instead of making a negative review. They will be happy to make you happy! Also, if it rains that day there is a 3 day weather cover where you can go back and get your car washed again.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. You hand your keys over and they take your car through .Mine was returned 20 mins later with a broken windshield. Just know if you give your keys to these people they will not cover damage THEY cause to your car. So apparently they will literally break your windshield and refuse to cover it. Most expensive car wash EVER.Service: Full body wash

I m pretty shocked at the poor quality. The car is only 4 weeks old and they couldn t even slow down enough to get the dust off the dash, console and surfaces even. They didn t wipe out the cup holders or console at all. Literally! The inside of my windshield is still al streaky. They didn t do the tire gloss either which was supposed to be part of my package. I had to ask the guy to come back over, at which point he used this giant spray bottle set to full stream and blasted it all over the inside of my car so now there s a bunch of dried over spray all over the place. I signed up for the membership but I think I ll down grade to the exterior only since they literally did more harm than good. I m so bummed because this is the only place in town. Edit 5/17/21: Peter from Gloss got in touch with me and provided me with a mini detail to get the interior up to expectations and they delivered. Inside looks great, and I ll be back to try their other services.From the outside my vehicle looks great and I was impressed with the job that was done. Unfortunately I can t say the same for the inside. I purchased the Extra Gloss which was about $30. I mostly went for this as my interior was pretty dusty and in need of a vacuuming and wipe down. Unfortunately the wipe down job missed quite a few areas that I then had to wipe down at home and I still have loose gravel on both the floor and back of my car. My car was fairly dirty but I definitely expected more. Would go back if the attention to detail on the interior was better.

I ve detailed here before and it was great. However I brought my car there for a wash today. I wanted the most expensive one which they were not offering and this is how they gave it back to me. My boyfriend said something and their excuse was they were short staffed. The fact we paid for a wash and this is what we got is just ridiculous.

First time back to this car wash in many years. Went there because it was touchless and have a new vehicle. Took out the $25 per month subscription. Drove through the wash tunnel and did not stop to have the car towels off. I did this because I wanted to see if the car was actually clean. The car was still very dirty and cannot imagine using a towel to wipe off that kind of dirt without scratching the paint. Buyer beware

They jacked up my wheel with their car wash pulling mechanism, unfortunately they don't want to be responsible! They had damaged the weights on my front wheel and tie tod! I have to pay out of pocket $500 because of there machine. THEY promised ME it would not cause any damage to my vehicle.

I just paid $110 for a most expensive detail service, and i got the car back and it was not even close to a good job. Dust still everywhere on the dash, cupholders super dirty, just to name a few things. Highly disappointed. See pics.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

This was incredible. We have 3 little kids who leave a bit of a mess. For a great deal they did some incredible work and our car seats and interior looks way better. Junior was very helpful and Lalo did some great work on our Subaru!

I took my brand new SUV (5000 miles, 90% highway) here after years of taking my previous SUV to Puddle. The cost to get it washed was higher, which I might have been okay with as it now advertised eco-friendly washing. However, after requesting the Gloss Wash for interior and exterior washing, my car like someone took a quick hose to it and a quick vacuum to it, but that is all. You can't tell that the front on my vehicle was washed at all, there are still bugs stuck to my grill and dirt caked on my headlights. Inside my car,the most obvious stuff is gone, but there is still dust from people's shoes scuffing the paneling. I can go on, but bottom line, I can get a better car wash at a gas station and I will need to redo the interior myself. I am very disappointed at the waste of time, money, and loss of Puddle.

They did a horrible job cleaning out my mom's truck. She told them she wanted the inside cleaned . They said that while they would not be detailing the inside they would get it all wiped down and vacuum. When we got back in the truck it was obvious that several parts were left pretty dirty and others not wiped down at all! They vacuumed a little but there was still crumbs on the seats? This was less than the bare minimum. I told my mother to say something and either have them redo it or get part of her money back but she was so frustrated she just wanted to get out of there. Didn't expect a perfection buti expect at least some effort. Definitely will not return or recommend ever.

This place has gone downhill. For years, I brought cars here and even though it wasn t the full detail type of clean, it was pretty good. I think one problem is that now you tip when you pay. When you pay with a card the tip is right there for you to choose, but you don t know what they ve done yet.Every single crevice and corner was filled with crud. My car needed cleaning after a trip, so I paid for the $60 Everything . I don t think I got much more service than I would ve gotten for $20 or $30. Check out my photos & you ll see what I mean. $60! What a waste.

Payed for the $40 wash and came out with my car still very dirty and streaked. I am a repeat customer and haven'texperiencedthis in the past. Called today about getting this resolved but they said I didn't get back to them in time.Wont be returning here until this is made right.
