If you're looking for a terrible customer experience then you've found the place. I own 2 BMWs and I'm now contemplating selling them both so I don't have to deal with this service center anymore.On numerous occasions they've kept my car for weeks with little to no explanation as to why. Good luck getting someone of value on the phone, as it constantly rings through to vm. In at least 3 incidents they've given my car back to me with either a warning light on OR a 'scheduled' maintenance notification within 48 hours. Imagine your car being at the deal for 2 weeks only to get a notice the day after you get it back that its due for an oil change.Take every timeline & 'suggestion' you get from them with a grain of salt. I had two new tires put on in Oct. A month later I had to go in for a check engine light. Technician reviewing the car recommended I replace all four tires. Only after a back and forth with the service representative did he note the technician's error. Pretty sure if I said 'okay', he would have happily charged me to change out brand new tires.Lastly, be prepared to do EVERYTHING on their broken schedules. You need a ride to/from the dealer... sure, every other hour a shuttle will run; even if you're the only one in the waiting room. Service hours end a 6pm... shuttle stops at 4pm; help me make that make since. You need a loaner because they've had your car for a week+... "Sorry, all the loaners are out". I've had to use their center a minimum of 10 times, and NEVER is there a loaner available. The last time, I finally got them to agree to paying for a rental car, where they essentially made every excuse under the sun as to why they couldn't do it... the car parts being worked on needs to be under warranty, we'll need approval from Regional office, it could take days to get that approved, etc...Sadly I have even more incidents to bring up, from scuffing my car, ghosting on responsibilities, to having to take the car in multiples times for the same issue. (Seriously brought a BRAND NEW car in 4 times for a malfunctioning sun roof. Thing still doesn't work properly, but a broken sun roof is better than having to deal with this place.)

Absolutely horrible place to get your BMW serviced! Our X5 was towed due to a road hazard and needed new tires on the rear. The service advisor Michael Cordone, never called us. We left two messages nothing. Next we left a message for the Service Manager Nela Miocevic. She calls back the next day, I asked for the process of communication between customer and their rep. After back and forth, she said she will look into the call logs, and recognized that no one from the service center had called back.So now they assigned a new service rep, Lewis, young kid - we talked about replacing the rear tires (run flats). We agreed on Continental Sport LX. Well, starting of our bigger problems, he never told us that since our X5 is an all wheel drive, the tires have to match the front ones (which were Pirelli's). They put on the continental tires (by the way we had purchased 5 year tire and wheel warranty form BMW at the time of purchase). I had to explain that this has to go through the BMW ultimate Tire and wheel warranty. Our deductible is $50. They still make us pay $499.85.1 week later, we are Discount tires and told us that we need to now replace the front tires to match the rear ones. So we again ordered the front tires now through Discount. After they installed it, they told us that Gephardt service department did not install run flat tires. Now no one is returning our calls.

Friendly, prompt service. They found the issue quickly and resolved it. Even switched out my winter tires for the summer tires. Reasonably priced. They even washed the car for me. Great service every time so far. Definitely recommend them. Just for clarity, I lease my BMW.

Time to find a new BMW dealership. This is a fourth time that I walked unhappy with their service. This time, I made a appointment to do recall on my 328d, drove an hour for appointment, so they can tell me that they don t have a parts. Also I was asking for a update on my Idrive, guy told me that I should not do it. While BMW said that I should.

Never again will I take my car into Gebhardt for service. Oh yeah, I'll also never buy another car from Gebhardt. You lost a very loyal customer.

Had a appointment for 10 am call around one to see what s up and they say since my car was towed there they had to take cars ahead of me even tho I had an appointment and my car was there a half hour early .. hours later can t get ahold of anyone DO NOT COME HERE UNLEEA YOU HAVE TOService: TiresService: Tires

Service provided is good, they are quick to answer the queires, but waiting area is bit congested
