I purchased a BMW X5 from Gebhardt back in 2019 and had a positive experience. I recently took a newer X5 (purchased elsewhere) to Gebhardt for a repair of 8 failed Driver Assistance items.Gebhardt's service department sent 2 videos to show the diagnosis and repair progress which was very helpful.Fortunately this item was covered under warranty. Thank you to service advisor Jhett Nealy for getting us taken care of, especially for the clear lines of communication.We will be making our next BMW purchase at Gebhardt. We will also use them for service / repairs in the future as well.My recent experience at another BMW dealer shows that Gebhardt is the best choice for sales and service.

Our first BMW X5 lease was up and after looking at several vehicle options we decided to lease another BMW X5. We went to Gebhardt after speaking with two other BMW dealerships. The customer service is impeccable at this dealership! Our sales consultant, Kenton, worked so hard and tirelessly to get us the best deal for our old and new vehicle. I highly recommend you ask for him if you are looking for the customer service you deserve. Everyone was so helpful to us, Ryan, Kenton, Chris, Anne, that we will never forget our wonderful experience that day. Even though it is an hour from home, we will be forever loyal to this dealership!

Jon Ferguson was so professional and helpful. We are moving to Montrose Colorado and Jon set up everything to arrange buying and shipping the car from Boulder to Montrose. He was available for questions, always cheerful. We would highly recommend Jon the next time you are looking for the best sales person and the best dealer. We give both Gebhardt and Jon 5 stars across the board. Thanks for making buying this car the easiest experience we have ever had purchasing a car and we have bought many cars over the years!

Worked with Tom Gebhardt and Jon Eric on the purchase of my new X5 Hybrid. The process was smooth and flawless. They worked with me and my trade in as well as arranged the financing and delivery in a very short timeframe. I would recommend this business to anyone needing automobiles, trucks or SUV's. All makes and models here at the Gebhardt previously owned lot.

Jose Guillen found this gem for us after having tried to find a good used car for my mom out here in FL for months but it is literally impossible to find anything good used car wise out here. From point of contact to all information and even the paperwork was a great process, flew in and car was ready and just as described. If you re in search of a good used car or even a new BMW please go see Jose, you won t be disappointed!

I recently had an excellent experience in the service department at Gebhardt BMW in Boulder. I started my morning off with a very low tire. I drove to the dealership and found a very long line of customers ahead of me. Nela, the Service Manager and Greg, the Director were outside greeting all of us. From the moment I arrived I experienced outstanding customer service from everyone. Josh, the advisor called me several times to let me know the progress of the repair. I received a video of the repair (it wasn't just a simple nail in the tire,) and they showed me the status of other systems in my car. Everyone involved was professional and extremely helpful. On top of all this I picked up a freshly washed car-what a great, and very appreciated surprise. Gebhardt BMW is truly a great place to do business, thank you!

Hands down the BEST car shopping experience I have ever had! Just purchased the 2024 X7 M60i. I wasn t pressured at all or given the classic sales guy spiel. It was my first time buying a BMW so there was a LOT to learn. I definitely followed up with Jose and Shane many times and they were so gracious and kind helping me with my MANY questions! They went above and beyond to help me out with everything! If you are in the market for a BMW I would 110% recommend this family owned dealership over any other one. They are all so great to work with!

I recently purchased a BMW X3M Competition through Gebhardt BMW and had the pleasure of working with Jose Guillen and Greg from the sales team. This was by far the BEST experience I have had purchasing anything and Jose made it very fun and relaxed. I never once felt pressured to make a quick decision during the process and appreciated how Jose genuinely wanted me to find the car that I loved. He was extremely professional and patient in answering all of my questions throughout the process. I also appreciated how he willingly took the extra step to make this a seamless, thoughtful, and memorable process for me. I have always been weary about looking for new cars as I worry about the "pushy" salesperson, but this is not the case at all at Gebhardt BMW. The entire team is dedicated to their client's satisfaction and enjoyment of the process which I believe is a rare thing to find nowadays. I will definitely be a returning customer with Jose for all of my future vehicle purchases.

I purchased an X3 years ago and that was a really positive experience at Gebhardt. This week we did a lot of maintenance work. Brakes, thermostat replacement, oil change etc. Jhett and the service team were outstanding. They were courteous and clear about what needed to be done. I picked up my car today and it was clean and running well. I will always recommend this dealership. They are awesome.

Jon Eric was easy to work with and very helpful - from getting some early pictures of the car while it was being checked out to setting up an appointment and picking up the car. My only negative was that I had to wait for the finance person to finish the paperwork and 5-10 minutes went to nearly an hour. Since I had an appointment time, it was frustrating. I wanted to thank Jon and his other team member on making sure I had coffee and conversation while waiting!

You should try a BMW X5M or a Trackhawk , my last sales person at another store & brand told me, when I again asked what was out there that could replace TWO of my current beast SUV s, with ONE. Too many cars, and too many trades, but he was right. Drove a few X5 s. Liked. Thankfully there s several BMW dealers in Colorado, and after inquiring online at all of them, and pondering different engines & options, I got connected with James Yelvington at Gebhardt BMW in Boulder. I still wasn t sure, but let him know I was open, either to the plug in Hybrid or a full M crazy, as usual. James, nailed it. We have a plug in demo, and a CPO 2022 X5M, BUT I also have hard to find an almost fully loaded brand new X5 M50i someone ordered, and backed out of. Same V8 as the M, but posher. Come see it. I did. I loved it. And it checked the performance boxes I loved of the M, but in a posher more luxurious package, for $25k less. James & the Gebhardt team, including Tomaso, and especially Ryan Ballweg in finance, were on point and incredibly helpful, with a complex trade 2 brand new expensive cars for 1 new expensive car , and even instantly available by text & email as I was traveling for work on the east coast. Everything was done, ready, wrapped up, they helped me get my 2nd trade to the store even on a busy Saturday, and have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Refreshing, after the last few expensive cars I ve purchased and their dealers, to also experience how great the service team is here. Needed something checked out, and instead of we ll take a look and see , even on a Saturday they had the Shop Foreman Jonathan to go for a ride with me to understand no guessing.Live in Denver, and yes, technically we have 2 other stores kind of closer , but the experience at Gebhardt in Boulder and fun, easy 32 minute nice trip is worth it. Thanks for welcoming me to BMW, Gebhardt team.

Was able to make a service appointment same day to get brake fluid flush and oil change and have my car ready in record time. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Specifically, Mustafa made it a very easy process, and has an absurd amount of knowledge regarding bmw s, top 2 service advisor and he s not 2.

Had the best dealer car purchase experience of my life with Gebhardt BMW. The staff is very friendly, patient, and responsive. You'll get none of the traditional high-pressure car sales stuff here. The process was very transparent with respect to pricing. You can tell they value your time because they get you in and out quick with paperwork but will also take whatever time you need to learn about your new car. Robert Black was a wonderful salesperson. He kept me updated on every step of my custom car build from design to delivery. I wish all car dealers ran their business like Gebhardt BMW!

Extremely predatory practices. I worked as an automotive technician and even managed an automotive shop for some time. Every time my significant other comes to this location she leaves with a list of absurd recommendations. Once you have used 40% of your brakes, they will recommend two grand in brake repairs. Tires at triple the life of recommended replace? They will tell you that you need new tires. Engine air filter with more then half life left? They will try to sell you a new one. They will AWLWAYS recommend services for your vehicle that not even the manufacture recommends. They practice predatory and manipulative sales tactics. They would rather screw you out of your money for services you don't need instead of being honest and building life long relationships with their customers.

So we have been looking for a car for about a month. We have been in and out different dealerships all around Colorado. Most of them were very painful to deal with. We were so lucky to stumble upon this dealership especially Beto Palma. He was extremely kind, patient, friendly & helpful. We managed to get the car that we wanted with a great price. I love the car that I bought but I love it even more because we worked with Beto. He deserves a promotion!! Thank you Beto!!

I have been a loyal customer of Gebhardt BMW for 10+ years, having purchased THREE cars from them in the past. It is with great disappointment and frustration that I write this 1-star review and will never purchase another vehicle from them.I placed a deposit on a car but ended up canceling the order because I found a better option elsewhere. Despite their quick sale of the car to another customer, the dealership flatly refused to refund my $2500 deposit. Aside from being unethical, I'm not even sure it's even legal and am communicating with BMW corporate on the matter.Their justification for keeping my $2500 deposit, despite the rapid resale, is illogical. They stated (with a templated email response) that they don't refund car deposits because 'custom orders are so personalized they are hard to sell'.There was nothing custom about my order - it was a standard color with standard options; and they sold it quickly.The fact that I've been a loyal customer, contributing significantly to their business over the years, was blatantly disregarded.This experience has completely soured my view of Gebhardt BMW and I will never purchase another vehicle from them.Beware of this dealer's policies and practices. It's a stark reminder that no matter how long you've been a customer, your value to them is only as good as your last transaction.PS. I already advised one friend in Boulder to steer clear of them, so they've lost at least one sale. I will continue spreading the word to others. A business that doesn't value its customers doesn't deserve loyalty or respect.

Mariah was amazing however the rest of the experience was not. We waited nearly 3 hours for the finance team for them for tell us we had to put money down as we are trading in a lease and they wanted to give us $7000 less than what we owe on it. After many conversations we agreed then they came back with a pretty high interest rate, brining up our monthly payments. Which again we agreed as we could refinance in the future. At this point it was nearly 5:30pm and we had been there for about 6 hours. Then they came back to let us know we would have to put another $4,000.00 due to error the GM made and he had left for the day and the manager on duty could not override the GM and they would call us on Monday. After spending 7 hours in the dealership, to continuously get bad news, never heard from the dealership, and no apology from the GM for their errors. Overall it was a VERY frustrating experience.

Came to this dealer today. They low ball me so bad on my trade in. The sales person did not even introduce themself, so as the manager before evaluation on my car. It was not a luxury experience at all. Felt like I came to Toyota. This dealer needs a lot of work on how to provide luxury experience. Thanks

I had the worst customer service experience of any brand or dealership at Gebhardt BMW. My X3 had a damaged side-view mirror, and Gebhardt checked it during a routine service visit. They said a quote would be forthcoming. It never came. I then, over the course of six months, engaged their online service associate (likely a chatbot) five times. Each time it was promised that the dealership would follow up. The fifth and final time, I warned the chatbot I would post a negative review on social if they did not contact me, and of course they didn't. So here I am, posting my first ever company review. Do not under any circumstances take your business to Gebhardt. Their reputation for haughtiness and poor service has been confirmed. Go to BMW Loveland or Denver instead.

Buying my first car here was an amazing experience. I don't think I could've felt more comfortable anywhere else. I worked with Mariah and she went above and beyond to make my experience as special as possible! She's very communicative and knowledgeable. My father had originally visited the dealership to screen the car for me since I couldn't get off work on time. The next day when I went to see the car myself, Mariah remembered everything my father had told her about me. I believe this was a key way to demonstrate how she cares for her customers and makes the experience of buying a car super tailored to one's needs.As someone who's had driving anxiety in the past, I was happy when Mariah went over all the safety details of the used car I purchased. She helped me pair my phone and offered to show me the navigation system before I drove off the lot even though the dealership was almost closing!I've never taken the time to write a review before, but Mariah deserved it!Thank you Mariah and everyone at Gebhardt BMW.

Not sure why you are advertising a car that can't be sold. The salesperson did everything he could do to get me off the property and told me he wouldn't sell it to me. He said that it won't pass safety but I told him him it just needs to pass emissions. The add clearly states the vehicle is sold as is . I asked him why they are selling it if can't be sold. His response was not sure why . I just drove 45 minutes to look at the car . I was pretty disappointed that he wouldn't even let me look inside and start it. The vehicle was priced that work could have been done. He made a point to tell everything wrong with it. Not sure he really even knows.Never even offerd to show me any other vehicles. I'm in the market to buy another work car or something nicer buy I guess he really doesn't care.

I will never go back! First they misdiagnosed an issue that coat me $930. Then I made an appointment to get the correct item repaired and they said they wouldn't even be looking at the car for about 3 hours after my scheduled appointment. What's the point of making an appointment if you are going to even look at it for 3 hours???? They also were not going to take any responsibility for the misdiagnosis to apply to the correct problem. Worst customer experience ever!!!

I had the best car buying experience at Gebhardt when I picked up my 2021430i. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The General Manager, Greg Jones, even took the time to introduce himself and answer my questions. I can't recommend them enough!
