If you are looking to purchase a jeep from Fowler then don t hesitate! By far the most professional staff I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. My sales consultant Matthew was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful during the entire buying process. Ask for Matthew when you get there and he ll be sure to take care of you, you wont regret it. Connor is the business director there and he was also just as professional and helpful throughout the buying experience. Thank you Matthew and Connor for making the sales buying experience flawless!

I had the most incredible experience buying a jeep here. We drove from 2 hours away because they were honest from start to finish. Our salesmen was great ( Tyler Gaskin). And the finance manager was amazing and patient with our 6 year old (Connor Foy). We will return and always will choose an honest car dealership even if we have to drive.

The quick lube service was a fantastic experience for my son and me. Our service advisor, Gaven, was exceptional and very professional. We both enjoyed the comfortable waiting room and the well-maintained showroom. The sales team also treated us kindly and acknowledged our presence. Overall, this dealership is top-notch.

Matt in sales was nice and enjoyable to work with. My wife and I were happy to give him our business. The finance department pulled a bait and switch on us that I thought was completely out of line and unethical. We agreed to put down a certain amount on our car, and were told that our total cash paid when signing would be down payment + first month's payment. After 40 min of paperwork, the last thing we had to do was to pay our down payment PLUS the first month. Beth and Brian in finance adjusted our down payment to be the agreed upon amount LESS one month's payment, effectively lowering our down payment by 6% without telling us. This meant they could keep the agreed upon payments the same while reducing our down payment. I caught what she did while signing the last of the papers and asked her to adjust. She trivialized it as "a trick of the trade" and said unless we want to sit around for another hour and redo everything, nothing can be adjusted. Out of frustration and wanting to leave I let it go. This was completely out of line and unethical. Both parties signed the preliminary proposal that had an agreed upon down payment and first month's payment, which was not then executed in the detailed financials.

My first buying experience from Fowler Jeep was top notch from start to finish! Fowler had the exact 30th anniversary hybrid model I wanted and when I sent an online chat inquiry Michael messaged me back within a matter of minutes. The next day, I sold my vehicle in Highlands Ranch and purchased the new Jeep in Boulder all in the same afternoon. When I arrived at Fowler, Michael had the new ride out front, spit shine clean and he had the remaining paperwork ready for me to sign. I was in and out in about an hour, which also included time for my test drive! This was the most efficient car buying process I ve ever had and it is thanks to Michael and the team at Fowler!

I recently decided to trade in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a newer model and went to Fowler as they had helped me in the past with some service/repair issues. I was greeted immediately and introduced to Brandon Brooks who assisted me in my shopping quest. Brandon was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable, and tentative. He made the process easy and was extremely efficient with my time. I typically don't enjoy visits to the dealership mostly due to poor past experiences and this was the complete opposite. I love my new Jeep and would give 10 stars to Brandon if I could!

The staff insured me that my safety concerns would be addressed.I did report a safety issue that was not resolved. My headlights packed off with snow during night time driving. The snow was not too hard but with no heat from the LED lights, the snow just accumulated until it dimmed the lights where I could not see the lane lines. It was so bad I could not see to pull off and could only see the lane marking when other vehicles passed me and aluminates the highway so I could see.

Fowler Jeep is the best Jeep dealership in town. I have tried several Jeep dealerships around town and most treat their customers like garbage. They are always very pleasant and do great work in a reasonable amount of time.

My wife and I entered the dreaded car dealership, expecting the normal treatment. We were greeted by Tyler who walked us through options and different models and it was obvious that he truly loves what he does and the product he sells. We were looking for something very specific and instead of trying to sell what was on the lot he invited us in and was so willing to find what was important to us. They found it, trailered it in from another state. And the deal was far better than we had expected. The entire crew from the GM to finance to parts were all amazing. We went to only browse and ended up buying two! We left having made good friends and while I don t give recommendations this dealership gets my highest rating. We are now Jeep owners for as long as that crew is there!!

This review is for the service department and especially Bill who works in the department. After a botched repair, the dealership had to order a new part which was going to take some time. Bill advocated to get me a loaner car which helped my wife to get to work while they were waiting for parts. While completing the repair, the technician found another more minor issue which at the time felt like insult to injury. The service department worked with me to get that situation taken care of as well.Stuff happens to all businesses, but how that business handles the error is what separates a good business from a bad business. Proud of Fowler for showing they are a great dealership and working to make things right!

The folks at Fowler were extremely gracious and professional. I had been shopping for a Gladiator all over the country and had heard a lot of horror stories about dealers tacking on additional unnecessary charges and raising the price above MSRP just because of market demand. On Monday 4/18 I called the dealer asking about dealer charges for a Gladiator they had in stock. I spoke with Edina, their sales rep, who answered all my questions. I was still skeptical because I had heard of things going smoothly in the beginning and dealers changing the deal last second. I visited the dealer the next day and made a deal with on a 2022 Gladiator, and drove away that day. Everything was seamless and their staff was extremely helpful and upfront. No pressure to buy or catch-22 stuff. Thanks again to Edina, Paul, Eric, and Rick. I'll definitely be back for my next Jeep.

John Slack and his managers, John and Paul H were a pleasure to work with. Honest, transparent, knowledgeable and fair. I was treated with respect and was able to test drive whatever vehicle I wanted and John S was able to answer every single question I had. If you are looking to restore faith in car dealerships, go to John S at Pollard and get top-tier service. Thanks to these guys I got my brand new Jeep, hassle-free, and he even let me save his contact so if I ever have a question about the car I can simply text/call him. I couldn t recommended John enough. The man deserves the world because of how good he is at his job and making me a fully satisfied paying customer. I will remember this car buying experience forever, and I can only credit John Slack at Pollard for that. Thank you John! Go to John at Pollard if you are looking to buy a Jeep, I can personally guarantee you re in good hands with him.

I recently had a rather frustrating encounter with Fowler Jeep Boulder, and I feel it is important to share my experience. My Jeep starter broke, and I promptly had it towed to Fowler Jeep Boulder for repairs. Unfortunately, my overall impression of their service leaves much to be desired. To begin with, it took four days for them to even inspect my Jeep, which felt like an extended period considering the urgency of the situation. Upon inspection, I was informed that my coolant was allegedly empty (nothing to do with the initial problem), and they suggested that investigating the problem further would involve dismantling the head gasket. This proposed solution came with a hefty price tag that raised concerns about unnecessary expenses. After roughly two weeks, I got my Jeep back with a new starter installed and drove it 12+ hours across three states for a planned move with no coolant problems noted as I checked it at every stop. Determined to ensure the well-being of my vehicle, I sought a second opinion from a different mechanic near my new home. To my relief, the subsequent assessment contradicted Fowler Jeep Boulder's thoughts. The coolant level was perfectly fine, and there was no need for any extensive and costly repairs to the head gasket. This discovery not only saved me a considerable amount of money but also raised questions about the accuracy of Fowler Jeep Boulder's diagnosis. What added to my disappointment was the fact that, during their examination process, Fowler Jeep Boulder inadvertently voided the extended warranty I had on the starter. This, unfortunately, left me in a precarious position, having to put out more cash after closing on a house and orchestrating/paying to conduct a move. While I understand that issues can arise in any service industry, the delay in inspection, the inaccurate diagnosis, and the subsequent voiding of my warranty have left me with a less-than-favorable impression of Fowler Jeep Boulder. I hope that sharing this experience serves as constructive feedback and encourages improvements in their customer service and diagnostic processes.

I had a recall on my Jeep Wrangler shortly after I moved to the area. I am so glad I chose to take it to Fowler in Boulder. Bill and the service team were extremely helpful and shared any new information they received. Communication with the service department was 100000x more enjoyable than dealing with Jeep themselves.

I have been looking for a plug-in, hybrid EV for months, did all my research on line and was excited to find the Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in stock at Fowler Jeep. I used the online Chat feature, and got a response almost instantly. I worked with Connor and Eric, and found the process easy, low-pressure, and pleasant. Connor's knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. Although the dealership did "tag team" me on a couple upsell items, they graciously accepted "no" as an answer when I declined, and were also flexible and knowledgeable when I had questions about the variety of options for the vehicle. I am impressed by the features of the vehicle already. This is my second Grand Cherokee and there are at least 4 other Jeeps in our immediate family. Glad to have worked with Fowler to make this one a reality for me.

I bought my jeep here back when it was Pollard. I took it to Fowler for a repair thinking I would get similar treatment. Prepare to be ripped off! Go elsewhere for all repairs.I went because a tire pressure sensor needed to be replaced. They have batteries and only last so long, so this is normal maintenance. Since, I hadn't taken my car in to a Jeep dealer in a while, I thought it might be a good idea to ask for software updates for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee too.3 hours after dropping my Jeep off, they give me an estimate for the software update as $509.85 and $267.06 per replaced tire pressure sensor. I asked how it could be so much, and they said each sensor takes 30 minutes to change and their hourly rate was ~$270/hour. The software update would take at least 3 hours. I asked for them to check and let me know what "value" I was getting for my $500 update. They called back 20 minutes later and then said "we do not recommend that you update your software". At this point, I knew I couldn't trust them PERIOD and told them I would come pick up my car and to hold everything.Drove my car to Discount Tire. They replaced all four sensors for $60 each and $10 labor with a free rotation. It took them less than an hour to call me and say they were ready for pickup. All four sensors at Discount Tire were priced about the same as one at Fowler.

My wife and I drove down from Rapid City, SD to look at several Grand Cherokee models in the area. Fowler Jeep had the Reserve we were looking for and Brooke and the whole crew made the trip worth it. Very nice people to work with and a relaxed comfortable atmosphere. This was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. We would definitely make the trip again to purchase a car at Fowler Jeep. I might just drive down to visit.

In the 4 years that I have owned my jeep I have NEVER had a good experience at a jeep dealership. I have been to almost every one in the Denver area and in Northern Colorado because of my experiences each time and after going to Fowler, I will never take my car anywhere else again. I worked directly with Bill and he was so kind and helpful to me. My car issues were resolved and the whole experience was a breeze!

My wife and I traded in our Jeep Sahara for a new Overland and absolutely luv our new Jeep. We worked with the Jeep Whisperer Connor Foy. His customer service and knowledge of Jeeps was exceptional. We got an amazing trade in price for our Sahara for a fully loaded Overland. We live in Denver Clermont area but the drive to the boulder Fowler dealership was well worth the drive. Check them out and ask for Connor!!

I bought my vehicle in February of 2019 from Pollard Jeep in Boulder, CO. This was my first mistake. I had to make a separate payment two weeks after the purchase date. I called to give them my debit card info and thought all was well. The lady called me back several days later stating that she had wrote it on a piece of paper and somehow lost my credit card information and needed it again. She lost sensitive information. So I gave it to her again. A month down the road I go to license my car and pay for tags and title but the dmv could not find the info. Pollard had never sent it in because they never processed the payment. I had to buy an extension on my temp tags. I go in to make the payment (for the 3rd time) so I could register my car. There was a recall that needed to be attended to. In the process of fixing the recall they put a 2 inch scratch on the leather of the console which is what was being fixed. I had to bring it back in another day so they could order the part. By then, the electrical on my visor had just fallen out due to broken clips so I had them repair that as well. Minutes after driving off the visor fell out again. I bring it back this last time to have the visor fixed again and a complimentary detailing that came with the purchase of the vehicle. I was told to drop it off at 11am and it would be done by 5pm. I dropped it off at 11am and called at 530pm just before they closed to see the status. They hadnt even started. My vehicle sat there the entire day with no progress and they didnt bother to call to state that our car was going to be there over night (for a detailing). I told them Id be there in 15 min to pick up my vehicle and that I wanted a detailed list of what had been done in the 6-7 hours it had been there. They tried to do a quick wash of the outside of the vehicle while I was on my way to make it seem like they had done something. They pulled it up next to me dripping wet. While doing the quick wash, they put circular scratches all over the paint on the body and somehow ran the back fender into something and notched it up very badly causing thousands in damage. I hadnt noticed at this point because it was dark already. They offered to give us a loaner for the night so they could finish the work the next day. The next day they call us around 5:30pm (already dark at this point) to go pick up our vehicle. I thought this was fishy so I checked the inside/outside of my vehicle before leaving the lot. This is when I noticed the damage. I reported the damage to the manager before leaving the lot. He wants me to bring it in again in a couple of days for repairs and states that it is not going to be back up to 100% but theyll see what they can do. This car is less than a year old off the lot with me being the 1st owner. It has been damaged by the people we bought it from and theyre telling me that they'll see what they can do. I have filed a complaint with Jeep corporate, the Attorney General, the Colorado Auto Dealers Association, and I have also filed a police report. I'm just hoping to save anyone else from their incompetence. They've made what should be a milestone in ones life into a complete nightmare.

Just picked up my new Rubicon 392 after many months of waiting for the special order to come in. Connor kept us updated on the status of the order every step of the way, and shared in the excitement with us. All the staff is friendly and helpful, and made the tedious trade-in and finance process easy. Vroom vroom, baby.
