Have had great experience in the past. Today took my car in for a simple oil change, they went over diagnostics as usual. I live in Lafayette and by the time I got home my car was jerking when accelerating. I called the service place and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and short with me. Did not offer any support or solutions. I had to ask all very clear direct questions regarding dropping car off and if I was going to be able to get a loner car in the mean time to get any idea of what the protocol was when this happens. Pretty disappointed with that customer service aspect, I also don t feel safe driving my car back to this location. So, I will be taking my service elsewhere.

First time I left a dealership without feeling like I was taken advantage of. Only wish I came here sooner. Travus and Ian were great! And also Pam was super helpful. Super happy with everything they did to make my unfortunate situation better. They have a true family vibe.

I bought my used Honda Fit from Flatirons Subaru back in 2018. It had was in excellent shape with only a small chip in the corner of the windshield.Five years later I still have not had one mechanical issue with this vehicle. I did have to replace the windshield this year due to that tiny chip, and I did have to replace two tail light bulbs.I highly recommend Flatiron Subaru. The customer service was excellent and you can feel safe buying a used vehicle from them. You won't be disappointed.Thank you Flatiron Subaru!

First time here as I just moved and looking for a new place for service. Heyner was my consultant, very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I have. Great experience here and the waiting area is very comfortable. Will definitely come back!

No one likes taking their car in for service, but when needed to be done, Flatirons Suburu is fast and efficient.

Always a class act. The younger gentlemen are always professional and helpful when servicing your vehicle. Even when they suggest upgrades/ maintenance repairs such as changing your air filter, it is for a fair price vs. doing it yourself; and it takes the hassle out of having to perform tedious maintenance. Excellent place. Oh, and the free coffee and shuttle rides are amazing

Friendly service and generous with additional checks with other services! My few visits have had some poor communication between employees which requires some repeat information or late part ordering resulting in keeping my car longer, but it's always remedied asap.

This was my 1st visit to this dealer for my service appointment and I was very impressed.The friendliness was as expected from a Subaru dealer, the thing that set this visit apart and above all other visits I have had at any other dealers was the service advisor and his explanation of everything.A+++
