Being car illiterate, I was extremely nervous going in. But I had such a friendly staff member, who took the time to explain everything in detail so that I felt extremely confident and comfortable with my new car. I m really grateful that Miles Crawford was so understanding and patient. This was my first car purchase and I couldn t be happier that he helped me out in such a great way and got me the deal that made me more than happy !

Wish there were more than 5 five stars! My family has now had the pleasure of purchasing 4 Subarus from Flatirons. Two this year, both times with Jake as our sales lead. He made the experiences fun, memorable and stress free. I am truly grateful for my experience and my purchases. I had to wait for my Crosstrek to arrive in the prefect color and she was worth every minute. This is the only dealership that makes your feel like your are a long time friend. Thank you Jake, Ian and Pam, I appreciate you!!

I recently purchased my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek from James Wells. James was very helpful, friendly, and answered all of my questions promptly throughout the ordering process. I went to other Subaru dealerships around the Denver area and did not have the best customer service experiences. Flatirons Subaru went above and beyond to make me feel confident in purchasing my first vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Flatirons Subaru Round of applause for having extraordinary customer service and an excellent Salesman (Miles). I was in need of a new car and when I reached out Miles answered the call (text). So my partner and I went to check out the 2024 Crosstrek (mind you, we drove from Laramie, WY for this car) and it was everything I was hoping for. Miles went above and beyond from start to finish, from working out a deal with financing to having patience with us while my daughter tried to run amok. Miles really helped the process go smoother than I'd ever expect when buying a car. I'm so glad it wasn't a wasted trip and I got to drive off the lot in my new 2024 Crosstrek.Oh and I can't forget about Ian, he is one of the most real people I have met. He's hilarious and gave it to us straight when he was telling us about the warranties to get and not to get.So again Round of Applause Flatirons Subaru. Y'all got some good people up there. Pleasure doing business with you!

Had the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had at Flatirons Subaru Boulder! Kyle Hoffman was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and process! Any questions I had, Kyle answered them quickly and with a friendly demeanor and that made it enjoyable and relaxing! When it came to financing, Kerrie was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the process less stressful with her amazing attitude! I recently purchased an Outback from Mark and the whole process was amazing! He was very considerate, patient, and helpful. I also got to know Pam (who I believe was the receptionist ?) and she was so sweet and fun to talk with. The dealership is also super cool with vintage models on display. I highly recommend Flatirons to anyone interested in a Subaru!

Bought a vehicle here last week and it was easily the best, and one of the quickest, car buying experiences I ve ever had. Jake & Ian were professional, friendly, and up front with me the whole time. Great dudes and also had great senses of humor to boot. 10/10 would buy from those dudes again.I never felt pressured or pushed and I walked out of there feeling good about the whole deal.

This is the third time I have been to Flatirons Subaru for the purchase of a vehicle and it has been a great experience time after time. I bought my first Crosstrek here and I have now purchased my third Subaru with ease thanks to Eddie Casta�eda and team. I found exactly what I was looking for and was able to have great communication even after having purchased. Eddie is a great guy and can be very approachable. I recommend this dealer 100/10, even their service department is great and I appreciate that they now send you a video of the inspection of the vehicle. Thanks Eddie and Ian!

I have a 2013 Subaru Outback 2.5 Premium which I purchased new in Pennsylvania. Flatirons Subaru in Boulder, Colorado, has, however, done the vast majority of the service on this vehicle. Flatirons Subaru's service department is one of the best dealer service departments I have used. The service reps are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They also let me talk directly with technicians, which is important to me. My vehicle has been a decent vehicle, however, it has had a few issues over its nearly 90,000 miles. The Flatirons Service Department has been the difference between my overall Subaru ownership experience being simply "okay" and being "good." The Flatirons service department handled a significant warranty issue with a short block that the dealer in Pennsylvania from which I purchased the vehicle fumbled horribly. Flatirons also connected me with Subaru when my vehicle had another issue and was out of warranty by more than 10,000 miles. This resulted in Subaru covering half of the repair. This service department has also covered a few, smaller, out-of-warranty items over the years due to the fact I have been a loyal customer. I have found Flatirons' prices on a number of services to be less than local independent shops. I plan to replace this Subaru with another at some point, and the Flatirons service department will be a large contributing factor to this decision.

Flatiron has their customer service recipe dialed in to give you complete information about the status of your car and allow the customer to choose what to service based on need and budget. Love the video analysis. Very informative. I took off one star because I went into the Express Service and the initial service time took about an hour.

I recently purchased a slightly used 2018 Forester (under 50,000 miles) from here with help from Kyle Hoffman a few weeks ago. He was a great help and helped me find a lovely car fast. I was looking at another used outback, but Kyle introduced me to the Forester and it feels like the perfect match for me. I am so glad I came here and got to get my new dream car so quickly! I love Subaru and Kyle is a great salesperson; I am glad we got matched up with him!I ve been loving my Forester, it is a really great car. I would highly recommend the car, this dealership, and Kyle.

I recently purchased a Subaru Outback Wilderness from Flatiron. The experience could not have been better and I felt I was treated fairly and honestly. Shane Ferris did a great job as my sales person and would highly recommend him, and Ian in financing was terrific. The purchase couldn t have been smoother, great group of folks at Flatiron. I will also add the service area looked impeccable which speaks to continued customer service.

Flatirons Subaru is a class act. They are very efficient and getting your appointment set up and getting your car serviced. Their prices are competitive. The coolest part of all is their technology. They are able to send you a video showing you measurements of your brakes and all the different concerns your car might have so you can make a decision, then they can get it fixed all in one day. Plus everyone we talked to were courteous and helpful.

Although Lorena did great in sales, service deparment could definitely benefit from some improvements. Yes, younger people love their cell phones. I turn 50 next year, so I don't feel the need to be permanently attached to it, but the younger generation is not the same. Maybe they need to value their jobs over play time. Giving 4 stars since sales and finance are great, but their was too much play and not enough work going on in service.

I love this place! Flatirons Subaru has the friendliest staff and mechanics. They work hard at keeping you informed every step of the way during service.I was a day late for my appointment, do to heavy snow in my area and they got me in right away the next day! In and out with in an hour. This team is to be commended for their efforts.

After having a thoroughly underwhelming car shopping experience with Schomp two years ago, I was happy to find a dealership that listens to the customer, doesn t focus on high pressure sales tactics, and works to find you the car you want at a great price. I have been to couple different Subaru service centers in past 3 years and Flatirons is by far the best one I experienced. The walkthrough video from the technician, the help from advisors and the well equipped waiting area made the whole process easy!

The service department is very polite and professional. My service rep was Todd, he was very pleasant to interact with. Most importantly, the service department was honest and they didn t try to swindle me out of additional money by recommending unnecessary services.I went to Mike Shaw Subaru before this and they recommended a bunch of services that I ended up not needing. They told me I needed a new battery and new tires along with a few of other things. I found this ridiculous considering I replaced my battery around two months before getting my car inspected and my tires were less than a year old. That raised a red flag and I decided to go to flatirons Subaru instead. I ended up saving around two grand getting that second estimate.They call these places stealerships for a reason, however Flatirons Subaru seems to be the exception. I would still get a second opinion, regardless of where you re getting your car serviced however, this place seems pretty trustworthy.

This was my second visit to Flatirons after a long break because my Subaru had reached an age where I handled maintenance myself. I was impressed with the courtesy, attention to detail, and quality of service I received to troubleshoot the issue on my 2003 Forester. I feel that some shops wouldn't even want to deal with such an old car but the service I received was stellar. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the service facility, as well as the video report I received. Plus the diagnostics were free, which makes the initial visit zero risk!

Long story short I live in CaliforniaI had went into my local Subaru dealership to order a few parts unfortunately one of the parts was on back order till the end of the year. So my local dealership had provided me list a list of 4 Subaru dealerships within 1000 miles that had the part in stock but possibly being held for a customer. So I started calling first dealership but didn t end up having the part . Second dealership I had called had contacted the customer and they were coming to pick up the part . So looked down at list and started dialing the number to FLATIRON SUBARU and I got a friendly welcome from a male employee in the parts department (don t remember his name) I briefed him my story that I was looking for a part. And after a quick hold he had informed me that the part was available and I had communicated with him I wasn t local and I was from California if there any way we could work out having it shipped to me. He was more than willing to do so and had got all my information/payment down and would ship it out for me. Thank you very much to that parts department associate and to Flatiron Subaru you guys went over and beyond with customer service and accommodated me and I appreciate it very much all the way from California!!!!

We just purchased our first car with Miles and had the best experience! We had been shopping around different Subaru models for a few weeks and Miles was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable and confident. My experience was by far the best I have ever had. My car has always been serviced by a different dealership closer to home, but after continuous horrible experiences I took a shot with Flatirons Subaru. The inspection report alone is what made me love this place. The mechanic was thorough and actually showed the measurements of the brakes and tires. This already was a thousand times better than my previous dealership. If I could have had all my issues addressed at Flatirons Subaru I would have, unfortunately through no fault of their own I had to go back to the old shop. The 40 minute drive to Flatirons Subaru is worth the time and they will be my go to shop moving forward.

I recently purchased a new outback from here and ofc the car is flawless and beautiful but the next day when I first woke up, I thought to myself the best part of getting a new yesterday, was the people involved. Sincerely. My salesmen Miles was so kind and cool and real, he took care of every single little detail for me and I could tell by his actions and authenticity that he put a lot of care into making sure I had an exceptional getting a new car day. And it wasn t just Miles, Ian and Andres were just a lot of fun to hang with in our short time together, nothing felt plastic or inauthentic, everyone was just on the level, down for good conversation and all the while professional and accommodating. Even the owner stopped to have a quick banter with my son, he didn t tell me he was the owner, he didn t try to interrupt, he just showed sincere kindness to my kid and moved on with his day. You could tell he was a dad ya know, it wasn t about buttering me upor whatever, I was already buying anyway, he was just being a good dude for the sake of being a good dude. So just like I can t see myself driving anything but a Subaru, I can t see myself buying one from anywhere else ever again. Huge thanks to Ian, Andres and especially Miles, when I was going between Flat Irons and Valley on where to buy my car, Miles absolutely made the difference.

A+ Buying experience. I wasn't the easiest buyer and EVERYONE I spoke with was great.Brandon was the first person I spoke with and he was great, I was planning on stopping in again the next day after a few test drives and he made sure all my info was ready w/ another sales person since he was going to be off. Sam picked up my file the next day and helped me decide on all the fine print things and after we agreed on some numbers Justin got all my paperwork together and it was such a great process from test driving to signing.Brandon, Sam, and Justin were all fantastic and Im sure anyone who wants to pick up a Subaru would be in great hands with the team at Flatirons!
