Fisher Honda in Boulder is my forever dealership! Harry, Bob, Jason, and Linda ALWAYS take care of me with the ultimate "Old School" customer service.Harry, Bob, Jason, and Linda always take the time to be sure I am satisfied completely, and I never feel like a burden to them or that they are ever too busy to take care of me. This special team truly has great character which is a rare find in customer service these days.I was without a vehicle (the engine blew beyond repair by borrowed user error) and bought another with the help fromDoc O., Mark V. and Ron, at Fisher Honda as I bought my previous Pilot there. When I picked up the used Pilot I purchased - AS IS, I saw a light pop up on my dash. The service team got me in, and WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix the issue.My car purrs and I have not had an issue since. I am so grateful for my service team and the mechanics who took care of my Pilot... they are all priceless!Candice

My 2002 civic was serviced by Bob Brotherton recently, and he was fantastic. He s friendly and approachable, and got my car running again way faster than I expected. I have more than enough experience with feeling disregarded and talked down to by service consultants so having Bob take me seriously and respect my knowledge as the car owner was a really nice change of pace.

When the power went off the moment that I drove my vehicle into the reception area. The employees here got on it and called xcell to see how long the power outage would last. They made an announcement and gave us options of reschedule or wait the anticipated 4 hours for the outage. Since my car was not on a lift I went home and rescheduled for the next morning at 7 am. they got me in the next day right away and I was out in about 45 minutes. Despite these set backs I felt I was treated better than at Honda AutoNation every time I went there. These guys are professional and courteous and should expect a five star rating.

A serious shout out to Kendall, she was AMAZING!!! I had a small issue with an interior piece on my 2022 Honda Civic, and figured I would need to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. I stopped by Fisher Honda to see what it would take to get it fixed. She immediately found someone to take a look at it and within an hour of my arrival it was fixed and I was on my way. Thank you SO MUCH for your help Kendall for going above and beyond to help out a customer on what was clearly a busy day for you!Service: Body & Trim

They missed that my 6 year old battery needed to be replaced when I got my car serviced last week. My car wouldn t start today. They caused oil leak in last service, asked me to bring it back and still didn t fix the problem. I took my car elsewhere. Similar issues in prior appointments. I don t recommend this place when there are better mechanics elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Fisher Honda just completed bodywork on my 2019 CR-V. The work was done promptly, and to my complete satisfaction. I am a novice regarding auto body work and dealing with insurance companies. Sheila knows her business, and guided me through the process, and made it as painless as possible. While the work was being done, Haley kept me updated on the progress of the work. I really appreciated this, as often one is left wondering what, if anything, is happening to your vehicle. I ve bought my cars from Fisher and had all service work done there for the last 25 years. Fisher is the best dealer I ve ever encountered. Honest, competent, and reasonably priced with a personable staff as well what more could you ask for?

I have 2 experiences with Fisher service and both were great. The service was provided on time and reasonably priced.We also had some body work as well. The vehicle was onsite too long, but the body service overall was good. Sheila did a good job of managing expectations and we worked through a couple of issues satisfactorily. I got an oil change near the end of the day on Saturday the 6th and Greg was a very helpful advisor. The oil change was very quick too and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Overall great service and I will be returning to do more oil changes and service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've always have a good experience here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and offer great customer service. This time I had Chase and he advised me on what repairs needed to be done now vs later. Kendall and the crew at Fisher truly took care of me. Kendall's presence, authenticity, and helpful nature impressed me. She quickly assessed and spoke to my experience level with the grace of an understated professional--which tells me she knows a ton more than she lets on and gets how to meet customers where they are at.As someone who has trained account executives, customer service folks, and technicians, I would she say exemplifies exactly what you want in a frontline position. She will open the door to new customers, retain clientele, and will benefit the culture of any work environment. Kudos to whoever hired her and kudos to Kendall for showing up how she does--that takes a solid mix of both talent and skill. Keep it up.

Greg was the service rep who took care of me at the end of getting my oil service done. Not only did he answer my questions and address a couple of minor concerns I had but he was very friendly and easy to talk to. I look forward to working with him again when it s time to go back for more service on my car. I m very pleased with the customer service I got today, worth the 2 hour wait I had because I did a walk in.Service: Oil change

The service at Fisher Honda in Boulder is exceptional - good management, good people. Bob Brotherton worked me into his busy schedule understanding my urgent need for my car. I ve had my CRV serviced at this location for many years - always with good experience. I also appreciated their loaner car, offered to me while my vehicle was worked on. It gave me a good opportunity to test drive the car I am considering for my next purchase. Fisher Honda facility is well kept and people are always pleasant and friendly. That s what brings me back. Chase helped me get an oil change and tire rotation. Do you know when you have been in a bad relationship for so long, that you have no idea there is something else out there? THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Great communication, comfy waiting areas, speedy, thorough service are all things you can look forward to here. Breakup with your current provider, don t waste another moment with those other guys! I always take my CRV to Fisher and they always take such great care of me. Kendall explained completely everything they were going to preform on my vehicle beforehand confirming prices ahead (no surprises). Jason took it from there after they had checked my car and let me know what they would recommend without any pressure, just explained what was going on and what it would cost (this was an exception most of the time, my car doesn't need anything extra). I recently moved to Colorado and was looking for a trustworthy place to take my car to. When I went to get my car serviced, I was so nervous not knowing what I needed to do but the staff was great at explaining and helping me get me and my car checked in. We had a timing belt replaced on a 2009 Acura TL. The service was excellent from start to finish. Emma Landree was the advisor. She was professional, friendly, and very well informed. We had a loaner arranged which had not been properly ordered, but she got us a car right away. The service was expected to take several hours, perhaps overnight. However it was ready early and we were able to pick it up the same day. Very nice.
