I had ordered a new set of tires with Drake on 3/28 and had set my appointment for 3/29. I arrived 3/29 at 7:00AM only to find out my tires were not there. I left quite unhappy. I returned on 4/4 to see if they might have my size in stock. Drake said they did. I was going to schedule my appointment for another day, but Drake said they could get me in now, 9:00AM. He said the guys had everything all clear to work on my car. I told Drake I had to wait but needed to get back to work. He said no problem. Then they took over 2 hours to change out 4 tires! I don't think this is typical, as I have bought tires before in my life. I imagine this is just the incompetence of the employees at the Boulder location. Today 4/6 I have a front tire that is low in pressure already so I will have to go to the Superior location tomorrow to have that looked at. Avoid using the Boulder location on Iris. Their ineptitude is stunning!

Firestone Auto Care is amazing, has been my shop for years and particularly this location is top-notch. Mark, Zach, & Chris really make a great team. Professional, courteous and above and beyond. Chris drove me home during a snow storm when my car was not fit to drive, after spending a solid 15 minutes scraping away all the snow in front of the garage to let me get my car inspected 15 minutes before close. Zach let my car stay there over the weekend and kept it safe inside, also having stayed an hour past close to diagnose the issue. They did this even when they knew they ultimately may not even be able to perform the work themselves. Months before this, Mark once gave me a free oil change when a previous team member made a mistake! This location is a group of very warm and kind professionals who truly set the standard for premium service. I could never say enough nice things about them! Firestone is a great company. This is a place you can trust for sure with exceptional care. Dr k who works at the desk is also nice, & provided a lot of emotional support when I sat in the waiting area once with my daughter last June. I transferred to this Firestone after trusting Firestone in Santa Barbara, CA for 5+ years. Was so close with their team and very thankful the location here is so well managed. Love you guys! Mark at Firestone went above and beyond to make sure my car was roadworthy and got me in quickly for brake repairs at a very reasonable price. The Firestone team is incredibly personable, efficient and easy to work with. They instilled a sense of trust for both me and my partner. We will definitely be bringing our cars here in the future!

I am new to Boulder and needed tires. A friend and 20 year custoner of Firestone referred me and I couldn t be more pleased! Not only did I get the best tires for my SUV (first winter in 4 decades so it matters!!!), they replaced my breaks and have be one my go to for all my auto needs.. Everyone who works here makes me feel like I and my vehicle matter, so to speak. Additionally, they have excellent prices as I ve fine a bunch of comparison shopping:)They ve earned my loyalty!

I like that the customer service reps are very friendly and treat women with respect. I had recieved a mailer from another company and they were quite rude to me and didn't greet me as I walked in the door. Firestone employees warmly greeted me as if I was an old friend. I love the option of waiting for the vehicle or dropping off. I have had 2 pleasant experiences with this store and will continue to bring my vehicle to be serviced on a regular basis. Each time they took time to answer my questions and I felt as though I wasn't getting ripped off. Thank you.

This place has always done me a solid. They answer the phone cheerfully and give me a free tire rotation with every oil change, as well as fill up my window washer fluid at no extra charge. They get stuff done on-time or early, never late. I ve officially driven my car 100,000 miles under their care. I ve brought it in before looking for problems and if there are none they don t *find* any; they always do the right thing. Special shout-out to Zac for always being upbeat and re-scheduling my appointment twice to accommodate my wonky work schedule.

Came in over the weekend with a flat tire when my normal tire shop was closed, hoping to get out plugged, and was helped immediately. The guy working was very nice and professional and showed me the issues with the tire. Would return.

This Firestone store always fixes me up, even when I roll in w/o an appointment. Friendly & fast, w/fair pricing in a world where prices on EVERYTHING have gone bananas. Manager Zach & his crew are awesome!!

Was so helpful! I called them multiple times just needing help on a flat tire and they were so patient. I was traveling to Fort Collins and they were to able to get me in and out so quickly. Would definitely go there again!

I always feel they do a good job and quickly~! Getting an appointment is easy and I have unlimited alignments which feels nice! I'm never worried about getting ripped off at Firestone!

I ve gone here for 15 years and purchased several sets of tires in that time. The work and tires have always been good. Recently, however, customer experience has gone down drastically. You re not shown line items during checkout and are emailed an invoice after the fact. If you buy tires and don t want the protection plan that is pretty much just a scam in my opinion, be sure to pre-pay. I had ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION for each tire ($140) added to my invoice without asking. When I saw the invoice and called about it, I was given a sales pitch about how it s a great deal and we always add that on blah blah blah. Seems unethical to me. They seem to have a hard time hiring reliable techs, which is also worrisome: the last 2 times I ve been there I have heard phone calls to employees who no showed a something you would probably want to keep to the back office - and then been given excuses about delays due to unreliable employees.

10/10 If I could give more stars I would! This is the only auto care shop I go to. They re amazing! Always incredibly helpful, great at communication, considerate, and kind. Pricing is so worth it and reasonable.

Had a set of tires sent here through tire rack, received a confirmation of delivery, I contacted Firestone about setting up an appointment, they claimed to have never received my tires and I was not in there system. Come to find out, they installed MY tires on another persons vehicle. Needless to say, I will never work with this location again!

I had a leak in my tire so I brought my car here to get the tire patched. I get a call from them saying that they tried to patch it but it wouldn t take and when I kept asking questions he just kept rudely saying it just didn t take and that my tire was irreparable and that I needed to buy another for $400. Something just felt weird about this experience so I went and picked up my car and took it to the Discount Tire across the street. They said that the tire would only be $250 if I needed one - but turns out that my tire only had a small hole and they were able to patch it up no problem and said that it looked like whoever tried to repair it didn t even try .Sounds to me like they were trying to just scam me into buying an incredibly overpriced tire. I m glad I decided to follow my gut because I saved myself $400+. I will never go back to this Firestone.

They have always been very nice and helpful. Prices are a little outrageous for changing a starter, but that is to be expected with most auto repair shops. I just replaced it myself for a fraction of the cost.

This is sincerely the best experience I ve had at any shop in boulder-trust me I ve been to MANY. They were so quick to resolve my tire issues and were honest with everything which is the biggest marker of a good shop. Extremely grateful for them and will continue to bring my business there

Beware. They have a signs up offering $5 off for a 5-star review, so many of those may not be legit.They also told me my brake pads were great in December, then 1200 miles later (which they tried to represent as about "5000 miles") told me my brake pads, and now rotors, are shot. They quoted me almost $1000 for the repair. I took the car to BrakesPlus who fixed Firestone's mistake for about half that price.
