I was very happy with, and impressed by, the service I received at Emich in Boulder; and particularly Carlos in service. Carlos was accommodating, accessible and communicative. He answered all of my questions and made a big repair less daunting by helping me choose the more important repairs, and which I could address eventually. Even though this was a big, unplanned repair (as they often are), I felt confident about my decisions and the work Emich did, in large part because of Carlos s great customer service. Thank you Carlos and Emich. I d recommend you any day!

Great experience all around. Atticus helped us and walked us through the cars features and answered all our questions. We had our two little with us and he was awesome with them as well which really helps during the process of buying a car. Stoked on the purchase and the service!

I have had multiple great experiences at Emich VW! I purchased a pre-owned Touareg from Erin and Nick and was treated very well throughout the sales process. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and attentive whenever I came in. I looked at the vehicle one day during lunch and Erin fit in a quick test drive with me during my short time available. Erin also quickly and accurately quoted lease and finance options on a new Tiguan for comparison.The following day I came to close the paperwork and Erin had all the outstanding items squared away. She had already checked the vehicle into service earlier that day to replace some bulbs and a sensor. Erin was very knowledgeable and has been selling VWs for 6 years, and went above and beyond with any requests I had for the car.I closed the paperwork with Nick that evening and they honored the original low price I was quoted. Nick had this TV desk that made it easy to sign the paperwork. It was overall a great experience and I was taken care of throughout the process. I have also taken my Golf there for service in the past and have been treated well each time. I recommend Emich VW which is also a family run business.

My husband went shopping on line for his next car. He researched his options, looked for reputable places to purchase, and found a car to test drive in Boulder. Our experience was top notch. Atticus was engaging and knowledgeable about the car. We ended up purchasing when we just went to look. Every person we interacted with was friendly. If you re in the market for a VW, we recommend talking to Emich.

Aaron and Nick were absolutely amazing getting me into my new ID.4. VW Boulder is lucky to have them on the sales team. I would highly recommend to anyone to visit this dealership. Thank you gentlemen for making that a memorable experience, especially since I brought my daughter along to see the process of buying a car for the first time. That is exactly the experience I wanted her to see.

Working with Michael Clifford was very pleasant, he was always available to answer any questions and always gave us time to think without being pushy. Definitely recommend working with him. The staff was super friendly and they made sure to make us feel comfortable at all times. Will definitely come back when it s time to purchase another vehicle.

I highly recommend Emich for their easy to lease process and no pressure attitude. James was very professional and spent extra time patiently showing us how everything worked. The VW Id.4 EV is awesome and with incentives and 3 years free charging at Electrify America chargers it is a great deal on a car. 5 stars well earned!

As someone with a lengthy commute to work who needed assistance in a timely manner, I was very thankful to have these folks help me out. They did a thorough job and the staff was attentive (making sure to inform me of the process along the way). They paid great attention to detail and helped me out with proficiency, courtesy and overall professionalism. I know Volkswagens can be a tad tricky to deal with for folks who aren t well versed with the brand and (although it was pricey to take it straight to the dealer) I found the overall experience to be beneficial. In addition, I definitely give them bonus points for having a shuttle service.

I am always beyond amazed at the level of service and attention I receive from various members of the Emich team, and today was no exception. I reached out to the service team, and in less than five minutes, I received a call, and Travis, the representative with whom I spoke, patiently and expertly guided me through what for most would be a common sense mechanical adjustment. Given the fact that I am very challenged in the automotive department, I require extra time and attention for even the smallest issues. My sincere gratitude and thanks to Travis, Mikey, and Carlos, all of whom communicated with me and not only helped me resolve the issue, but did so with patience and empathy, Also, as always, I am humbled by Sawyer's willingness to go above and beyond for me in any capacity. It says a great deal about a company when all members of their team display integrity and respect in all interactions with customers, especially and including me. The peace of mind Emich consistently provides me is priceless, as is the dedicated staff.

I experienced prompt, friendly service and good communication. But they are *very* expensive, even for a dealer.More importantly, hidden charges for the inspection are definitely not explained up front. They say $199 standard inspection, but then they charge you an additional $25 in "shop charges" as a flat percentage on top of that. So it's really $225 plus tax just for them to look at it. While not a huge dollar amount, this left a very bad impression on me as a first time customer from a trust and fairness perspective.

Had an appointment for a recall on my VW at Emich and had a great experience especially with Travis in service. My vehicle was delayed because of how busy the shop was and I desperately needed it. The personal were knowledgeable and very efficient. Plus, the pricing was very good too. I leased a new all electric vehicle and drove the car away the same day after they did a final clean. it was the best purchase experience of a car that i have ever experienced.

Tha sales person, Josh, was very informative, low key and very patient. I never felt pushed into making a purchase, but came to a decision on my own time. The process was as painless as purchasing a car can be. Definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Josh.

I saw an add for a used car, emailed my interest and got a message the car was still available. Went to dealers told Aaron which car I was interested in, he set up a test drive. I like the car we made a fair deal and I drove it home! Only took about 2.5 hours. Good people!

Very nice folks but had a really bad experience whenever I took my car in for service. I would drop my car off when they open after making an appointment and They would say should be ready today and then I have to call at 6 pm to ask for an update. I d be met with the response oh ya sorry we weren t able to get that done today but tomorrow if that only happened once I could maybe look past that but it happened several times. Getting my car serviced the last time took 3 weeks and multiple visits because work wasn t done and communication wouldn t happen. This experience is the main reason that I decided to trade in my VW and go with a different company.

We had a great experience at Emich in Boulder! Haley was wonderful to work with, John helped us get to the price point we were comfortable with, and nick in financing made all the signing actually fun. There were two other young men who helped install ski racks on our new car before we left who were great as well, unfortunately I didn t get their names but they were so helpful. Overall I would highly recommend this team to anyone in the market for a new VW. Thank you guys!!

Himself, the manager, and other employees were knowledgeable, ensured they knew our needs, helped us have some time to make sure we didn t feel pressured into purchasing and overall helped us have the best car buying experience. Best car buying experience ever. We walked onto the lot with a specific ID4 EV in mind that we had seen online. Expected to be accosted by a salesperson as soon as we got out of our car but that didn t happen. We looked around, found the car then went inside and Josh (awesome!) came over to help us. The whole experience was relaxed, pleasant, efficient and we ended up with a ridiculously low lease payment. They gave us a very fair trade in value on my Mazda, and we are even getting a refund check back because the trade in value was greater than the lease allowed. Never felt an ounce of pressure to buy something we didn t need or want (thanks, Nick!). Just information and decision making. Couldn t be happier with the experience and are excited to start reaping the benefits of our gorgeous new VW ID4 EV!!

I ve never left a review for car service before, but they warrant it. I usually work with Carlos and he s the best, but Alvaro and Mikey helped me last time and they made the experience so easy. I would recommend them to anyone!

Every time I have an issue with my 2019 Jetta, Carlos and crew get my car back in shape like when my car was new. It s great that you get a video sent to you by the mechanic showing the inspection and work to be done. My car had an airbag light and engine light on. Both were fixed and car running great. Always feel that my car is in good hands when needed. Originally bought my car here and have had all maintenance done here. Very very satisfied.

I worked with both Josh and Atticus over a couple of days and it was a great experience! Both were super helpful and accommodating as I was there with my daughter and they made us both feel comfortable the entire time. They answered all of my questions and made it the best car buying/leasing experience I ve ever had. It s been over a month now and I m still super happy with my new VW Cross Sport and will definitely be going back to Emich in Boulder when my lease is up!

Great Dealer to work with! They were able to able to fit my budget and get me into the car I have been wanting for years now. Aaron was extremely communicative at every step and had everything ready once I arrived at the dealer. This was a all around great place to work with.
