We are so thankful for the staff at this Discount Tire. We were driving through town on the way to a funeral when we got a low tire pressure warning. The team here quickly identified the piece of metal causing the leakage in the tire. Even though it was a busy Saturday in the store, they were able to repair it and get us back on the road quite quickly. We still made it to the funeral on time, thanks to this gracious team. Highly recommend!

I'm incredibly delayed in writing this review! In August 2023 on my way to pick up clients, one of my tires was very low on air. I went to Discount Tire about an hour before they opened, but 2 employees were in the lobby. They were SO kind and took the time to get their mini air compressor and fill all of my tires free of charge outside of business hours!! They saved me from a poor first impression on my clients. THANK YOU!

AMAZING customer service!! I received 4 new tires under 25 minutes. Dillon was super helpful and educational in the process, and as I waited in the waiting room, every team member had the same attitude Dillon had - I can't recommend this store enough, the workers are beyond helpful. I stopped by to get my air in tires checked. Someone saw me pull up and get out and immediately walked over to see what I needed. It was Carlos who told me where to go and he d meet me to check my tires. He did and was so pleasant. What a good experience. Thanks.

Noah and the team at the Discount Tire in Boulder, CO were friendly and knowledgeable. I had a flat tire and they checked it out and put my donut on within 15 mins. They also ordered a replacement and it was here the next day and the put that one on in no time. Having a flat sucks but they made the situation as quick and easy as could be.

I've gotten help here several times over the years with good results. Most recently Tanner took some time to help me find a great set of tires for my new van, the process was easy and efficient.

I had a lot of problems getting my winter tires changed there the last 2 years. I think they are busy and rushing through to get as many customers as possible without being thorough in checking that the tires are in good condition.They have had me keep the same winter tires for 6 years and claim that somehow the tread measured better this year than previous years on the old tires (what?? They had no response when I pointed this out). They are definitely just as slippery as my summer tires right now and it does not feel safe to drive this winter.Also, last year I ended up with a flat tire after the change out, and I had to pay for the replacement. This year they found that they had damaged another one of my tires that previous year.I waste time and money every time I go there, and now I don't feel safe on the road, which is really bad. I won't be back.

Went here to get snow tires put on. The next day I got a low tire pressure warning. Sure enough, the tire was not seated correctly and was bubbling and leaking. I was in the middle of nowhere so I had drive an extra hour to get to a tire shop to fix it. Would not recommend.Updated: The customer support reached out and were very intent on making up for it, which I greatly appreciate.

Got a flat tire on my way to an appointment and happened to be close to Discount Tire. It was 5 p.m., there were 20 cars ahead of me and they were willing to replace my tires that night! I was on my way in an hour and a half. Grateful they were able to take care of it same day on such short notice.

This place is the best. Their staff is so incredibly friendly patient and helpful. After buying new tires I brought my vehicle back in due to low air pressure and they noticed my tire was leaking due to a vent rim. They fixed the rim themselves on a walk in appt and charged me nothing. Thank you love you!

After my recent visit to purchase new tires at this store, I wanted to leave a review. I really love this place. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service at this Boulder location. This particular Discount Tire has helped me select the last two sets of new BFG KO2 tires now for my 4Runner.The staff here are always helpful when needing extra advice on tire specifics. They have helped me with fixing leaks, stuck screws and nails as well as purchasing and installing new aftermarket wheels on my vehicle.A special shout-out to the manager Josh, who seems to always be the person helping me out when I need something. I am always greeted with a smile and I am always well informed on the status of my vehicle while it's getting serviced.I have aftermarket matte black wheels that need special care when mounting new tires on to avoid being scratched or damaged. Josh and his team always go the extra mile to ensure there is no damage to the wheels.Josh makes coming into this place all the more great!I live in Longmont and will still go out of my way to come to this Discount Tire location in Boulder because of Josh and their attention to detail and customer service is second to none.

Thank you to Noah for such friendly service. I'm older and don't drive a lot, I had an issue with the car (turned out to be a false alarm) and Noah helped me from start to finish, totally on board to help even with my desperate description of the problem. He had such a pleasant attitude, and then went the extra mile. I can see why this place has such a good reputation. Keep up the good work. 5 Stars to Noah.

Best place in boulder to handle all things tires.Grew crew of staff whom work diligently to handle tire needs timely and with attention to quality.I received helpful recommendations and staff helped me get dialed with an aftermarket upgraded wheel/tire combo.

I have been going to this Discount Tire location for a very long time (35+ years.) During my latest visit that prompted this review, I had some issues (being sold one tire out of 4 that was over 4 years old at the time of purchase) that had nothing to do with the employee helping me.We initially got a little heated about the issue, but he eventually made it right. Making it right has been the case with every interaction I have had at this shop. Highly recommended.

Look, I have been in sales in the service industry for a long time and right now I have to say I am jaw dropped! Joseph had taken care of me beyond Anybody I have ever seen! And delivered and then some!!! I ve had some horrible experiences at places like firestone don t even get me to start on them. I will never return to them, lol! Joseph not only did he keep his word they were able to get my car in and out of that store in 20 minutes 4 new tires. They also including, Nolan and amazing employee, Let me know about my Lugnuts. They did need to be replaced. They were not meant for my Jeep that I had, I am honestly just blown away from the sincerity they had towards me and the time of need I m getting new tires, and went above and beyond and I was able to get to the airport early and made my flight!!! Wish there was a way to tip these gentlemen or give them a bonus! Like for real. Awesome hustle!

Nathan was so friendly! He helped us explore all of our options, financially. We got a new tire and feel much safer on the road now! The walk-in wait was a couple of hours but that s not too bad considering how many people were in line. Once it was our turn, we only waited about 20 minutes to get the new tire put on. Would recommend this location.

Great staff and great service. They will rotate and fix a flat for free. Plus, if you get the coverage on a tire, they actually honor it. I will not get tires from anywhere else.

Stopped in this morning to order some tires with their price match guarantee and they were delivered within 3 hours and installed really quickly once I came back, great service, highly recommend!

These guys are super helpful, patient and resourceful. I had a tricky issue that required a fair amount of legwork and research and they handled it all with professionalism and efficiency. You can trust them with your car for sure.

To the store owner. I was a very happy customer for many years, and at some point even had two cars and bought several summer and winter tires from you. But today I saw the worst bait and switch trick in the book.I switched cars recently, and I called yesterday and asked if you buy good condition used tires (tires that were purchased from your store of course) and your team said yes if indeed they are in good condition. I asked storage team to deliver to you (could have delivered them straight to my home).Already when I got there the rep made a face about potential trade in credit, and then went to back to check the tires. He told me they are in good condition and I can get online for them 300$ but that you don't buy used tires (contradicting what two of your reps told me over the phone). He said he will give me 20$ off new tires as credit, and when I said ok I get it you don't buy used tires, can you at least do 40$ since the tires already here, in good shape and I don't want to haul them he said no.Of course, I had to drive twice back and forth to move 4 tires, my inside of my brand new car has tire marks all over, and this could all been avoided if you didn't play this trick on me, to get me in and then say that you don't buy used tires.Just lead with honesty is always a good advice for any business owner. If you would say on the phone that you don't buy used tires, I wouldn't deliver the tires to you.My future tire purchases will be elsewhere. Only reason for two stars vs. one, is years of honest and decent service in this location, not sure what changed that you decided to do these tricks.

Bought new tires about two months ago. One is leaking so I went in to have them check it and the patched it. Next day it's leaking again, went in to fix it again and they said it was the valve stem. Still a leak after they supposedly changed the valve stem. Tires should be under warranty so I'm not sure what their problem is. Had to put in fix a flat - they didn't even bother to check the tire. I found the leak that they said the tire was fine....

Had to get three new tires and swap one of the old ones with my spare. I made an appointment ahead of time and they were ready for me when I arrived. The gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable, professional, and yet very friendly, as were his colleagues. I was in and out of there in under an hour on a very busy day. My only minor complaint is that they didn t close the covers on the jack mount points, but that could have been because they could tell I was in a rush to get back on the road. All in all, this was one of my better DT experiences. Highly recommend this location.

They are always busy, always, however the staff go out of their way to ensure everyone is greeted in a friendly manner. The phone is always answered even when they are really busy, and they find a way to manage all this with out being rude or causing an inconvenience.They still found a way to go above and beyond for me, even through they were slammed when I had my tires swapped. When I arrived home to my surprise they took the extra step to make sure my seats has plastic in it to protect my seats from the bagged tires.This thoughtfulness, care and consideration is why I will continue to return to this discount location!

Huge thanks to Tanner, Josh, and the great team at Discount Tires. We were in a rental car on our way back to the Denver Airport when one of Boulder's potholes took out the back tire. I have never been so happy to see a tire store! The guys were so kind, professional, and quick! They had my spare tire on before I even got through to the rental company. Then they were able to find a matching tire and install it even though closing time had already passed. So grateful!
