Overall really impressed.I have never had my car detailed but it needed it badly. Details plus went above and beyond on my Toyota Tacoma, not only did the car look beautiful they even replaced a few screws in my mud flap that I have been having a really hard time finding without even telling me! The outside is shiny and looks brand new the inside is perfectly clean and smells amazing all for a very fair price, THANK YOU!

I got my vehicle detailed at this place. Paid $225 and my truck wasn t clean on the inside, there were stains left in my seats (stains they claimed they could remove) and they ruined my driver seat.. perhaps by scrubbing too hard? They also broke my leer hinge (and did not even mention it to me I paid an additional $100 to have my hinge on my leer repaired). They also didn t clean the bed of the truck at all even though there is an additional fee to detail trucks. Super unimpressed and would NOT recommend coming here. It was not worth the $225.

I can't say enough good things about Details Plus Auto Detailing. They transformed my old, tired car into a showroom-worthy masterpiece. The swirl marks and sun damage on my paint were completely gone, and my interior looked and smelled brand new. The level of care and professionalism they demonstrated was exceptional. If you want your car to shine like never before, trust Details Plus!

Atonette was very accommodating and helpful with scheduling so that the car was detailed in about 3-4 hours. Very pleased with the results!

I took my 4Runner in to get the front windows tinted to match the tint on the back. They did a great job matching but the inside of both front doors were left very dirty. I'm not sure what they used but it took a while to clean it off. They offered to give me a free car wash inside and out but that was the only option they would give me. Taking another few hours out of my day to have it done was not something that I am super please to have to do. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would hesitate to recommend them.

I was completely blown away at the quality of work done when I just had my car detailed. The service was exceptional, everyone was super friendly but even more importantly is my 12 yr old car looks brand new! This place rocks! ! I went in yesterday to just get an opinion on what I should do about some minor accident damage. Tony, the owner, came out and immediately went to work using a solvent to remove all but the scratches. It looks great. He was so kind an amazing and wouldn't even charge me. He renewed my faith In humanity! Support this business. I know I will go back in the future.Service: Scratch removal

This shop is a little tricky to find, off of Old Pearl, tucked in among other businesses with very low key signage. But it is a good value proposition with pricing toward the lower end of the range for other detailing shops in the area and the work is of high quality in my opinion. The people seemed very nice as well.

These guys do great work! I brought in a full size GMC Sierra pick up truck that was a total disaster inside from two summers of camping with a wet muddy dog. When I brought it in, there was mud in every crevice and dog hair worked into all of the carpeting, when I picked it up - the interior looked like new. It was better than I ever could have possibly imagined.And unlike other detail shops I have experienced, my car did not smell like some weird perfume scent. I loved this.The customer service is great. Bryce is a cool guy (bonus points) and makes scheduling easy. He got me in the next day. I dropped after hours and used the key drop, and just picked up when it was convenient.I found the price to be really fair. I would have paid more for how good it was.Austin was that tech that did my truck. I plan on asking for him again next time.

My car hasn t been cleaned in 10 years and the seats were terrible but detail plus was able to get the stains out and clean everything, it looks perfect and like a brand new car. I paid for an exterior and interior detail. Price was 260$ and i was most concerned about the stains on the inside which they said they could get most if not all out. I come back the outside looks pretty good, they still had water spots all over it which i just wasn't happy with but overall on the outside it looked good. My complaint is the interior. I had water stains and a few others, they got a couple of the big ones but it really doesn't look any different. Definitely not worth 260$. I would not recommend using this place. I tried talking with them saying the stains didn't really come out and he just said "Well they are stains so we can't get everything out" which frustrated me because that's what I hired them to do. He thenproceeds to tell me that if i had taken better care of the car that the stains would have come out easier. One of the worse things was that they knocked off my rear window defroster wire and when I pointed it out, he said that it must ve been like that before I brought it in-which it wasn t, I would know if my rear defroster wasn t working.Service: Auto detailing

Recieved a complete interior detail with ozone treatment for our new used car that was in need of a deeper clean. I highly recommend this shop! They did an excellent job at getting in between all the nooks and crannies, and the weird smell our new car came with was refreshed for sure. While detailing my vehicle, Details Plus Auto Salon spilled water on the passenger occupancy sensor, causing about $1k in damages, which I politely asked the owner to fix. He denied all responsibility and claimed that the water damage on the sensor could not have been caused by their team, despite the fact that the sensor worked before I dropped the vehicle off and did not work when I picked it up.I would recommend directing your business towards organizations with stronger ethics and integrity.

First time customer. I had my daughters SUV detailed last week at Auto Salon in Boulder. The staff did a fantastic job on her vehicle with complete attention to detail. It looks amazing. Will highly recommend to family and friends. Great value.

These guys did an amazing job on my 1999 4runner. When I dropped off my truck at Details Plus it was covered in 6 months worth of tree sap and the interior was a disaster.These guys clearly take pride in their work because I hardly recognized the car when I picked it up. It was absolutely pristine and managed to get a majority of the visible tree sap off the car. The interior was also meticulously cleaned and they were able to clean a lot of old stains that had probably been there for a decade.I feel like I have a new car and I couldn't be more appreciative of the hard work these guys put in to get my truck looking so great. Highly recommend!

Pros:Polite staff.Exterior cleaning was pretty good.Cons:10 hour turnaround (pretty sure they didn't start the job until I called to see if was finished at 4pm, dropped it off at 8:20am, finished at 6:30pm).Didn't clean or poorly cleaned the seats.Didn't clean or poorly cleaned the headliner.Didn't clean or poorly cleaned the inside of windshield.$35 extra charge for pet hair.Forgot to return cupholder inserts.Clearly a rushed job.Not worth the money, look elsewhere.

I would like to highly recommend Clear Choice/Details Plus for ALL of their services. When I first purchased my WRX in 2010, I had them install the ultimate Clearbra package (hood, fenders, mirrors, headlights, entire front bumper) which 3 1/2 years later is still in perfect condition and has protected my car well. Several months after the clearbra, I had them install window tinting, which also still looks perfect and was flawlessly done.After 3 1/2 years of not doing a thorough interior clean and using the car to haul all kinds of stuff and my dog around I decided it was time to try an interior detail. I had read the reviews from people saying their car looked new again and chalked it up to hyperbole (although I had no doubt the car would look better.) I can now say there was no hyperbole in those reviews, I was blown away by how great my interior looked. It literally looked the same as when I picked the car up with 3 miles on it. I had no idea that my seats and carpet actually had been looking really dull/dusty until I saw them cleaned and restored.I can't recommend Clear Choice/Details Plus enough - any single one of their services is definitely worth what you pay for it!

Tinting on our front two doors look awesome! They were able to get us in quickly, great customer service and a lifetime warranty. We will be back if we need another tint job!

Surprised by the excellent and thorough job, front manager and even a short interaction with the guy who spent most of his day cleaning my car.I've used detail shops in the past but no one cleans like these guys.I used details plus based on some google reviews that seemed all very positive so I was miffed to find the yelp reviews not as strong. Everyone's entitled to their opinion I suppose.I try and get my car detailed once a year and having just moved to Boulder I had to find a new car detailer. I stopped in to check the place out and although definitely a busy shop I was met in the front office and explained the options available.When I dropped my car off I thought I cleaned out my car of my personal items but WOW these guys left no stone unturned. I couldn't believe the bag of stuff they collected (and it made me laugh that they saved every penny and nickle under the seats).In any case, my car was ready on time, as agreed, sparkling and shinning. They didn't charge me extra for both sets of car mats I had (that's four EXTRA mats they had to clean) and even though they had told me there was a small SUV upgrade fee they waived this because I took advantage of a promotion they ran on their facebook page).I met the guy who cleaned my car. He was friendly, offered to touch up anything that wasn't to liking (I couldn't find anything) and told me how to care for my car. He also noted some of the trouble spots he cleaned up (some i didn't think would come out) showing me how he buffed but obviously, couldn't touch up with paint. I only drive a ford escape but he cleaned it like it was some high end import.So it's a year later and I'm definitely going back to get the same thorough cleaning job.

Bryce has done nothing but amazing work here at Details Plus, I just had them do a full body clear bra on a black 2016 Shelby GT350 and I couldn't be happier. They did such a great job hiding the seams of the bra so that you can't even tell there is anything on top of the paint. If you care about protecting the pristine look of your new car, I wouldn't trust anyone else besides Details Plus.Thanks again!

They got my paperwork mixed up and charged me too much... then I realized the error. Furthermore they misplaced my user's manual and service records binder that was under my driver's seat. I noticed it was missing when i couldn't find my registration. I had to go back a week later and they found the binder... but it was annoying and there wasn't a good reason for it being lost. Losing my service records impacts the value of my car so I was angry, they didnt offer any reconciliation.

This is my 3rd car (Tesla model Y) that Details Plus has tinted the windows for me. Great service, price, and completed the job really quickly.
