The team at Dents by Hand is fabulous and did an excellent job repairing hail damage on my car. The staff are so kind and welcoming, and Michael was so accommodating in scheduling. My repairs were completed faster than estimated, and when I picked up the car it had been cleaned inside and out. I live over 45 minutes away, but still picked this shop for repairs because of the excellent reputation they have, which exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them!

The customer service at Dents By Hand is excellent! They removed a large crease, several dents, and buffed out the scratches left when a sign fell against our car. Their work is flawless - our beautiful Audi is 100% restored!

Took my brand new R1S in for a minor dent repair. Mike and his team were very kind and knowledgeable. He provided a detailed explanation on how the dent will be fixed. The quote was very reasonable, and scheduling was quick and easy. End result was absolutely fantastic! My car looks as great as the day I got it! I would highly recommend Dents by Hand! These guys are GREAT. They helped me actually see the amount of hail damage that had occurred, which included a lot of subtle dents that the other shops hadn't even seen. They documented everything really well and the insurance company accepted the estimate fully and completely without any back-and-forth. Working with Michael and the team was great. I ended up deciding to only repair some of the damage and sold the car, so ended up with more cash in my pocket than I expected. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical when they asked me for a documentation fee (it was $250), but now that I better understand the process, I realize that it was more than fair. In fact, I think it's the ONLY way to get fairly compensated for the damage, so I'd recommend this approach and Dents by Hand for sure.

Highly recommend - Brought my Tesla in for hail damage repair. Everyone in the shop was very knowledgeable, quick and easy to work with. They managed all of the back and forth with my insurance company. My car looks great and they even managed to take care of the deductible. 10/10!

We had a great experience at Dents By Hand. Michael was very friendly and helpful. We brought our car in for an estimate, and we were happy with the estimate, and the short time period to wait for our service appointment (less than 2 weeks). Our car was in their shop for just a few hours, and now you can t even see where the dent used to be! Amazing work and really good customer service.

I took my car in today for a few minor door dings and I couldn t be happier with the service I got.DJ was amazing with coordinating it in order to get me in the day of, and fix my dents and wasted no time with getting me in and out for a quick quote, before I went to their main shop to have the dents repaired.Michael, the owner, was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, and made the process simple and efficient. I can safely say he runs a top notch shop, that is easily one of the best in the state.Wes, the dent tech, was absolutely incredible as well, making quick work of the minor dings on my door, while still engaging in conversation with me while he worked, which was nice and made the waiting process basically non-existent. The repair only took around 30 min for him to do before I was in and out of the bay with a freshly repaired door.All around a phenomenal job from everybody there and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their dent/crash repair needs. I couldn t be more pleased with my experience. Thanks for an awesome job!

Class act place and could not recommend them enough. I caught a nasty door ding on the Model 3 (thankfully the other party was honest and covered it). Two other places said the door would have to be repainted ($$ four figures! ). Dents by Hand said it could be popped out for significantly less. Truly looks like nothing happened. Great work and honesty has earned my my business, although hopefully I won't need to be a repeat customer.

Brought my parents car in after the hail storm and Mike worked with me to get the insurance claim taken care of swiftly and smoothly and get the dents taken care of asap. Fernando's work was exemplary and the car looks brand new. Best of all they were kind, professional and communicative. Would absolutely go back and recommend to all.

The results are simply amazing and defy the laws of materials science. I brought in an older 4Runner with three annoying dents, including a big one on a complex surface. And overnight, they just disappeared with Michael's magic! No residual wrinkles, crinkles, crazing, scratches, blemishes, etc. Nothing, not even in direct sunlight. Better yet, the customer experience was great, from start to finish. Money very well spent and highly recommended.

My teenage daughter s car sustained quite a bit of hail damage in the storm that hit the area in May. Dents By Hand had one of the most reasonable estimates and was able to get her car in very quickly once we had decided to use them for the repairs. Michael was very friendly and great to work with and he worked well with our insurance company. The quality of work was amazing. The car looks great, as good as new! If we re unlucky enough to need dentless paint repair again in the future we will definitely be going back to Dents by Hand!

THE place to take your car dents. Someone hit my car in a parking lot and left a dent in my rear door, along with paint scraping. Michael and his team were easy to communicate with, they explained everything during the estimate, scheduling was quick and easy, and my car looks fantastic. You would never know, it's perfect. The pricing is very reasonable. All the way around an awesome team and great experience.

Dents By Hand is an amazing company! Michael, Nobell and the other employees were very kind and so incredibly helpful! I accidentally scraped the side of my SUV on a concrete retaining wall and they buffed out the scrapes free of charge and assessed the damage. I really appreciate the time they took to help me, especially during a busy day. Thank you!!!

Michael was very accommodating in getting my car in much faster than the full body shops I talked to. He and his team were very kind and communicative as well - they showed me the progress a couple times during the work and explained what they were doing. My car got side swiped in a parking lot, which left a few small dents on my door along with scratches. I took my car here to get fixed, and it was a GREAT experience! It was way cheaper than if I were to have taken it to an auto body shop, and faster my car was done in 8 hours! Michael was super nice, and was very helpful!

Another unbelievable experience at Dents By Hand that I feel compelled to share - I brought my wife's 2009 Audi S5 in to get a dent in the door fixed. Michael's incredibly keen eye spotted 5 additional dents and went to work. Less than an hour later they were all repaired and the total cost was what I expected to pay for the first door ding. You just don't find this level of craftsmanship and expertise very often these days, and when coupled with a commitment to complete customer satisfaction it's a winning combination for the consumer.I had just acquired a 2010 Porsche Panamera and it came w/ a crease in a fender and 2 dents in other fenders. The original quote was to fix the crease and 1 dent since that's all we saw at the time. After fixing all 3 and offering to pay for the 3rd, they wouldn't charge me any extra. This is a very uncommon business practice these days, but this shop is run by a guy w/ extremely high integrity.After getting home from these repairs I notice another dent in my roof that was missed, so I called the shop to schedule another app't. They told me to come right in and they'd take care of it, so while I waited they repaired the dent - and again, wouldn't even charge me!! Amazing service and Michael is top notch, the best in the business.

I never leave reviews, but the quality of work from this shop is top tier! I am extremely happy with the level of detail and perfection of my dent repairs. The staff were completely professional and friendly, had a very clean and organized shop, as well as directed me to other shops locally that could do other work I needed done. I brought them multiple dents, door dings, small and big, and they were able to make it look like they were never there. The biggest concern being a door ding that bent the metal in multiple spots for several inches, and when I saw the repair I couldn't help but smile. This shop fixed every issue I brought them. Highly recommended. Affordable and worth the price for someone wanting to get their car back to perfection. I will absolutely recommend for every paintless dent repair any friend needs. 11/10.

Outstanding! I was far away from home and just left a Ford authorized body shop that said the front door 'transportation delivery damage' dent couldn't be fixed on my brand new SUV. They said it wasn't even worth taking off the interior panel to try a serious repair working from both sides of the dent. - The owner of Dents by Hand worked me in short notice on that Friday afternoon, and I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by the staff there that far exceeded the service and attitude of other businesses I am trying to work with to fix this vehicle. I have a stack of scary issues to resolve with my factory error/transportation delivery damaged/dealer additional damaged 'nightmare vehicle'. It will be a long road to get everything corrected as best I can with this high-end SUV, but it felt good to find at least one competent and good business to work with that could solve one of the issues. The door looks great now and the service was fairly priced. If you have a dent, I can say with certainty this is the place to go, even if you have to drive far to get to them. I wish my life was full of people who took care of me this well.

Amazing! That s how to describe their work. Our 2022 Tesla Model 3 s hood was damaged when an e-bike fell in our garage. We felt the price we paid was reasonable and after seeing the final product, absolutely worth it. Another great thing about Dents by Hand, we didn t have to wait weeks or months to get on their schedule to get an estimate or for repairs like other places - I called 12/13, we got the estimate on 12/14, and repairs were done in one day a week later. We could not be happier with how great the hood looks!

This job involved a "crease" in the rear side bumper which we thought might be a candidate for removal by Hand. The choice was between major replacement of the bumper and painting/blending or removal of the dent without touching other parts of the car body. The color/finish of this car was a concern because there is a glitter in the finish and repainting/blending would have needed to be blended into the door panel as well. Thc cost of the dent removal by Hand was about 1/3. The results are excellent and took only one day! We were impressed!

Superior work. Had a combination of hail and mild collision damage that was taken care of in one fell swoop. Even got a polish. Nebel was cleaning the inside of the car when I arrived to pick it up. Michael kept me up to date, was thorough, courteous; can keep throwing out superlatives. Their work has made me look forward to driving my car whenever I get the chance. They'll be my main bodywork recommendation here on out.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fantastic job. I used to write service at a car dealership, so I've worked with and seen a ton of PDR done from a lot of different providers. The PDR job we had for our car was a difficult one (sharp edges, on a body line crease) and I had adjusted my expectations accordingly. Those expectations were far exceeded. They did a fantastic job quickly and for a reasonable price. I was super impressed. We'll be back!

Had an ugly dent with a scratch in it from a door ding, and had seamless correspondence and quote which gave me peace of mind. Took me awhile to personally be able to schedule appointment, over a month, but my quote was still on file, and welcomed to schedule appointment to get that dent fixed. Day of appointment, was a professional and positive experience. They did a beautiful job, no sign of that ugly dent anymore. More peace of mind. Very pleased and highly recommend this business!

They had already repaired the hail damage on my Toyota MR2 and did a spectacular job, so I knew they would do well this time. I had (past tense) a "basketball" dent on my Honda Civic's right front bumper from an interaction with the garage door. Without an appointment, they took the car into the shop -- mind you a 15 year old car -- and in literally 10 minutes the dent was warmed and eased out. I'm still flabbergasted. Service beyond anything expected!
