Exceptionally poor experience. I traded in a Tacoma to purchase a newer Tacoma. My salesperson was nice, but I received the bare minimum attention, and spent about 4 hours waiting on finance after we had agreed to the purchase. This dealership sells a lot of Toyota s. Good for them, but it means they could not care less about you, or your time. There are plenty of other Toyota dealerships in CO. Try any one of those before going here.

Worst experience of my life. They say they do an "inspection" on the car before you buy, but that doesn't mean anything. Took the car off the lot satisfied. Later, I notice a crack in the transmission, and two front struts that were falling apart. Not to mention the broken solenoid in the alternator. $7200 in repairs on a street driven, perfectly maintained vehicle. Please, please, do not buy from here. The only reason they get away with their bad service is because most folks in Boulder can afford expensive repairs. Stay the heck away, for your own sake.Edit: The Dealership responded to this review by saying "you did not purchase the vehicle mentioned above from our dealership." To prove that I did, I have included a photo of the Rav4 with the Corwin Toyota branding circled. I have sent a follow up email to Corwin complaining about this issue, and they have not responded to me.

Visited a few weeks ago just to explore the options for upgrading my wife s 2020 Sienna to a 2024. Was introduced to Sabrina who let us know there were currently none available, but took down our info, including the options, colors and trim we were looking for so she could follow up when they did.She eventually found several options for us, we negotiated pricing over the phone/email an we ended up with the perfect Sienna at the price we wanted to pay. She even assisted in making sure the pickup of the van was a surprise for my wife.Great experience and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

As someone who's never purchased a car, I was very nervous but luckily Luke and his wonderful team made sure I'm supported and valued. Luke walked me through the whole process, was happy to help me with all my questions and concerns, and he made sure I get the best deal. Now I'm a happy owner of a beautiful car.Everyone in Corwin Toyota is super helpful and kind, and last but not least, their coffee tastes great.

honestly came into this dealership ready to argue and haggle the day away. Ravi was beyond helpful, respectful, and did everything how power to make sure my best friend received the best deal and interest rate. I can't remember his name but the finance guy was delightful to work with as well. I know she will be happy driving her how rav4 ;) thank you Ravi!!!!!

I got my Camry from Corwin, dealing with Alfredo R. was great since he actually works with customers and not push them into something that doesn't fit what your looking for. He even followed up making sure I loved the car, which is great in case you have further questions. Jason B. in finance was also awesome helping find the best Interest rate even after walking in with a pre-approval. The test drive at this dealership has a great scenic route that can also test the acceleration on your new car.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I've had my car a month so far, and I've already spent over six hours on perpetual hold, trying to get them to just follow through with their end of the agreement. I'm honestly at the point of thinking of taking this to court for breach of contract, just because it's been ridiculously frustrating to just get my torn armrest replaced, as was agreed to in the contract. They said somebody would come out to do it at my house or job, before I signed the papers; then, after signing, said that I could take it in when I brought it in for one of my first 3 free oil changes, and it should only take about an hour; then I'm told they don't see any record of the three free oil changes, or mention of the armrest in the agreement or it ever being ordered. then a couple more hours of waiting on hold, before getting fed up, and just going into the store again, which has been the only way to actually talk to somebody, since their default is to just put you on perpetual hold.I have a copy of the agreement that states they would do it, and I have audio recordings of all my interactions with them, with many contradictions in their stories. They lie and manipulate things just to get you into a car, then say whatever they have to, just to get you to go away after. Including perpetual hold and telling you they'll call you back when they never do. Of the 17 times I was told I'd be called back, I was actually called back once. The common narrative is that I need to talk to a manager at a different department. So I've been bounced between my salesman, his manager, parts, service, and most recently they're saying this is something I need to take up with the finance manager.. What? It seriously blows my mind that some thing that should be so simple (and already written in the contract) is now being kicked over to finance, since, apparently, nobody can help me, or see it in the computer. All of this over just getting my town armrest replaced as was agreed to prior to purchasing my 35k RAV4.. that should say everything you need to know about dealing with this dealership. I'm looking at taking this to court, just so I can take my money elsewhere at this point.Save yourself a ton of hassle and shop literally anywhere else.

Working with Ravi at Corwin was a breath of fresh air. Our search for the right Toyota took us to a few dealerships in the area. We came in thinking we really wanted a Highlander, then we were leaning towards RAV4s. Then Ravi redirected us towards an amazing model we had never heard of, a Venza! It was everything we wanted and more. The hybrid engine is so smooth and he found us a model on the lot with the perfect comfort features for us. Grateful we chose to stop in at Corwin and that Ravi was available to help us. He s a wonderful combination of patient, helpful, not pushy, and super pleasant to work with! Highly recommend.

Damon was excellent! We walked in on a busy day looking to test drive a few vehicles and got paired up with Damon. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and made sure we got to experience everything we wanted before moving on. He listened to our list of needs/wants and helped us both find something that we were happy with!

I normally don t enjoy going to a dealership but Ravi made the process quite enjoyable. He found a vehicle with the exact specifications I wanted and was able to reduce my waiting time on my Tacoma 2024 from two months to one week. If you are in the market for a car I recommend you ask for Ravi R. as he made my purchasing experience quite enjoyable.

Corwin Toyota Boulder offered exceptional communication and effort to sell me a truck despite the additional effort it took due to me being out of state.Sales person went above and beyond by ensuring my propane bottle was full on the add on cabin, as well as meeting after hours to deliver the truck for me. I am very grateful for the amount of communication and ease of purchase offered by the dealership.

Jack was an incredible salesman. I was not sure if I wanted to go new or used, and he let me take as much time as I needed test driving different models to make my decision. I never felt pressured once and when I decided to go new, he allowed me to make the transaction at my pace and never rushed it. I love my new truck, and definitely would not have bought it had it not been for Jack!

Planned a visit Corwin Toyota and spoke with Trevor, who was to meet me there first thing in the morning. Trevor text me before I arrived to let me know that he would not be able to make it but to ask for Brock who would help me. When I got there Brock had taken the truck I wanted to look at and was washing it. We then took it for a test drive. When we got back I took my time walking around the truck and checking everything out. He told me he hadn't seen anyone this exited to buy a vehicle in a while, I told him lets go inside and see what we can do. I thought I could haggle a little until Brock came back with the offer. We were not close on what I could spend and there number, which was fine, I kind of new that going in, but never hurts to try, right? I would like to say that Both Trevor and Brock preformed at a very high, and professional manor during the whole process and I would highly recommend working with either one of these great gentlemen. Even though I did get to meet Trevor, him setting me up with Brock showed his professionalism.I didn't get the truck, but if they get a truck that fit my range I would hesitate one minute to drive another 75 miles to do business with either one.

To be honest, as a female I've always been really skeptical of car dealerships and being taken advantage of, but was overjoyed to be connected with Ravi Rothenberg - who ultimately helped my family get into a brand new RAV4 Prime SE. He is such a genuine person who really coached us through the different options, and stayed in touch both before and after the car buying process to make sure we had everything we needed.I've been through this process several times in my 37 years, but never really felt like I was working with a member of my own community who had my best interest at heart �until now! THANK YOU RAVI!!! We love our new car, and should we ever need to purchase another Toyota vehicle, we'll certainly be working with him again.

Jack was good. Very professional, responsive, etc. The car I ended up buying was discovered by another sales rep, which I m not sure why Jack didn t see it from the list based on what I explained I wanted. I also got the sense that his product knowledge wasn t encyclopedic . I understand he is relatively new to the business. Otherwise, had a great experience with him. The financing / warranty guy was pleasant as well.

Ravi was great at helping us secure our brand new Adventure Rav 4 which was not available anywhere in this specific color. It was delivered earlier than promised.Ravi was very responsive and concise during the process. Very smooth hassle free transaction.

I bought my vehicle here at this place paid in full cash for it. $29k I take my vehicle here for service and I get nothing but run around, I left messages several messages to him for 2-3 weeks now to the service manager, but I never got a call back. I very furious as to how I m being treated, I ve been nice for the past 3 weeks just to get update on my car.. my service person, went ghost on me. Now I left a message to the Gen Manager Gregory Haines, let s see how long will he call me back??? It goes to show you.. there s absolutely no loyalty to previous customers like me.. so don t put your hope up on this dealership. Because once you buy from this dealership, you re just a sucker buying a car from these typical vultures..

My buying experience was nothing short of great! We went in late during the week just looking to test drive, but we eneded up wanting to buy as well. Not only were they more than willing to stay late and complete the sale, at no point did we feel like we were being a burden (even though we probably were!). Also, we live near another Toyota dealer, but Corwin was the only dealer that had what we were lookig for. It's a great dealer with great people. You won't be disappointed!

Highly, highly recommend. Visiting dealerships to test drive and learn about available cars became a lot harder when my current car went kaput. My partner and I were desperate to test out a Highlander Hybrid, which are few and far between due to their popularity. Ravi could not have been more helpful -- we texted, spoke on the phone, and then he even went so far as to jump through hoops to make it easy for me to test drive the vehicle. The car available was out of our price range -- he didn't pressure us to go above our means, but rather told me he'd keep me in the loop with anything that came through in our budget. Between his diligence and friendly demeanor, I'm hopeful we will be able to purchase with him/through Corwin!

We had a good experience at Corwin. Our salesperson Devin worked with us online to provide options for vehicles on their way to dealership, as we were interested in a car that has been selling out before it hits the lot most times. We asked a lot of questions, we asked to see many options for the vehicles coming in. Devin was quick to respond and was proactive when new vehicles were on their way that fit our list.The deal finalization turned out well, but did have us concerned at first. The dealership works with many different banks, but doesn't take outside financing. When arranging the deal, we had arranged a fairly good rate from USAA, but as we needed to secure financing through the dealership, so that rate was just a suggestion. As we moved through the process, we were assured that the dealership should be able to meet or beat the rate we had in hand (we brought the copy of the security document to support our position). When it came time to sign the deal, the proposed rate was a good bit higher than the rate we had secured. Surprise, surprise... However, the finance person put in some extra effort on our part, and through some personal negotiation, got the rate to match our previously secured rate. That was very much appreciated!The dealership also reached out after our purchase to see how things were going. On our purchase date, we got out of the dealership after 10pm if I recall correctly. The plan had been to fill our vehicle's tank, however that hadn't happened. After letting them know about this small inconvenience, they sent us compensation. Again, not expected, but definitely appreciated.Assuming Toyota continues to make good vehicles, we would definitely keep Corwin on our list for future purchases.
