I have been a customer at Caliber Collision at Valmont before and everyone was super helpful! I recently had my mirror broken and needed to get a quote, so I called and they had me come in to look at it even though it isn t something they typically do because I was a repeat customer! Jake was super helpful and ended up only needing to glue my mirror, and he didn t charge me at all! This was truly so helpful and I really appreciate the team at Valmont because of how kind they are! I will definitely be returning!

I scratched up my bumper, and Jake told me to come in so he could check it out. He fixed it for me free of charge! Everybody I met was incredibly positive and kind, can t recommend highly enough.

I stopped in without an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised with the warm greeting I received from Angie. She asked if I could take a seat while she grabbed someone to help me. Angie offered a complimentary beverage and bag of popcorn! The fast and friendly service didn't stop there. A few minutes later I was greeted by Jake who asked how he could help. I recommend this shop in Boulder to everyone. The customer service is outstanding the team kept me informed and took the time to explain everything. They fixed our truck no issues and got it to me sooner than expected. Also, they took $200 out of my deductible, which was amazing. Caliber was amazing - clear and timely communication and an excellent job on the car. But what stood out most was the customer service - they were friendly, straightforward and made the process easy. I joked that it was so good I would want to come back often! It is the best experience I have had in my 30 years of car ownership and mishaps. Highly recommend!

After a deer hit my car a few weeks ago (2023 honda civic sport) and my entire front driver corner panel and rim were destroyed. my insurance scheduled my repairs here, i had never had to deal with anything like this before so i was nervous. It went perfectly. The drop off was smooth and easy. And when I picked my car up. You would swear it looked just as new as the day I bought it! Cannot recommend them enough. The quality is factory fresh and trustworthy.

Absolutely blown away by their incredible customer service! They made the entire process of getting my car fixed so easy and pleasant! I specifically want to shout out Jake, who was extremely kind and friendly and went above and beyond. My car looks absolutely perfect. They even put on my new plates for me for free because I hadn't done it yet! Can't say enough great things, thank you Jake!

They are great here! The clear communication, friendly employees, and quality repairs is all top tier! This Caliber location is a great in so many ways. This business hits high marks on everything in their control. The time to book appointments from the insurance company, or the time to wait for parts is nothing they can control. I would never hold that against them. Thank you for making my broken car look amazing!

Excellent staff, professional attitude, and even better they know what they're talking about. I showed up after being rear-ended in a terrible mood and these guys put me right at ease, they're professionals when it comes to knowing how to deal with insurance companies and you after being in a bad situation like I was. They took care of me. They gave me reasonable expectations as far as time and explain things well enough that anybody could understand. If you have any body shop needs, especially if you're going through insurance, don't think twice. These guys at caliber collision on valmont will surely help you out, Chris and Jake are a top-tier team.

Great shop! Really friendly folks, constant updates on progress, and the end result was better than I expected. The car looks brand new and it is almost a decade old. During hectic times, parts delays, and the holidays, they were still able to get the work done BEFORE the estimated due date. Amazing group of people with super positive vibes. Thanks so much!

Folks at Caliber Collision are extremely professional and a pleasure to work. I interacted with the manager Chris, the front desk person Angie and the service contact Jake. The level of customer service I received from them is something I have never has before. They took care of all small details so that I didn t have to worry about it. Couldn't be more satisfied with the amazing service at Caliber. Everyone was genuine, friendly, and professional. Jake was very helpful and took the time to provide me updates and explain to me everything that needed to be done to repair my car. Chris was also very helpful in explaining to me the whole process and the repair that was done on my car. The repair looked great, and my car looked brand new. Definitely recommend going here.

From the moment I brought the car in for accident repairs, the entire staff was friendly and attentive, and this continued throughout the process. While the repairs took awhile because of having to order parts, I was sent constant updates. The repairs were extensive but everything looked as good as new in the end and were finished on the date promised. The staff also went above and beyond in managing the insurance and rental side for me. Very much appreciated!Service: Body & Trim

They are the absolute best. My door got damaged in a wind storm and wasn t closing properly. Water and wind was coming through. I was able to get in the same day and it was fixed within an hour. So grateful.

If I could give ten stars, I would. Jake and his team were excellent from day one. I never had to call them once; Jake called me every other day with updates on the repairs. He even went the extra mile and negotiated with Geico for a discount on the deductible for a minor headlight scratch that he subsequently buffed out, free of charge. The hood and the left side of my BMW looks just as it did six years ago when it rolled out of the Munich plant. I would recommend Caliber to family and friends, and will not be taking my car to any other shop. I know there are several Caliber body shops in Boulder, I can only vouch for the one located at 3200 Valmont.
