Almost couldn't believe how easy it was to work with this dealer. After calling pretty much every dealer on the front range, Mike at Boulder Nissan was not only able to offer the best price on a lease for a new Leaf, but was also 100% transparent on all costs. After 10 minutes on the phone and 30 minutes in the dealership signing papers (shout-out to Jarrod in finance), I was good to go with an absurd deal.Came from Colorado Springs but well worth the extra drive for anyone on the front range.

I recently purchased a used Nissan Leaf utilizing some of the CO EV incentives at the moment, and the process was incredibly smooth and easy with Boulder Nissan. I worked with Rick who I highly recommend I communicated to him exactly what I was looking for based on my driving needs and the price range and he showed me the inventory, facilitated a test drive, and supported me through all my questions in the buying process. It's the first car I've bought in 12 years (!) and so far I'm really satisfied with what I got. What happened after I left the dealership makes me even more pleased with the team...I bought the car on a rare day of rain in Boulder and it was coming down pretty hard when I took my Leaf home. I noticed the next morning there was a small crack in the windshield on the passenger side I only just noticed it. I called and spoke with the sales manager, Ed, who said to bring it on by that day so they could take a look. Ed organized for the windshield to be replaced right away. They took care of it even though theoretically they could have said that I was out of luck that I'd bought it and that was that. The dealership's response in replacing the windshield shows solid ethics and customer service. Furthermore, when I dropped the car off to get the new windshield, they offered to drive me to work (which they did!) Overall I had a very good experience. Very much recommend Rick as your sales person too!

Worked with associate Anthony Pucciarelli. The process was smooth, painless, and was as quick as I could hope for buying a new car. Anthony was patient, explained everything clearly, and was to the point. No pressure at all. It was a good deal! Overall an excellent experience buying a new EV from Boulder Nissan. Last thing, I am happy with the Leaf.

I am 24 years old and recently lost my dad. I started my search looking for a car and we all know how scary it can be. I went to about 15 dealerships and even had a horrible female experience at one. The next day I went to boulder nissan, and was weary of having another sexist experience. Boulder was so amazing, understanding, gave me the trade in I wanted and even helped when some issued came up upon purchase. I only recommend the dealership to friends and family now.Thank you so much Will Topam and Roman Ramsey.If you are a young female, please save yourself the headache and go here. I promise.

All the 5-star ratings here are exactly right. I just started a lease and it was the easiest experience ever. Rick was so kind, helpful, answered all of my questions both in person and via email, and I felt very comfortable working with him. He provided excellent support and paid attention to the details on my behalf. Joey is so knowledgeable about the vehicles, incentives, and overall how to get the most from the bottom line. His input was excellent. And by the way, the vehicle is wonderful! Thanks to everyone who helped me!

The whole team here is amazing. I went in to purchase a car for the first time and it couldn t have been better. Firstly, Anthony made us feel very welcomed when we first came in. He answered the millions of questions I had without any judgement. He was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process until the very end. I don t think I would ve gone through the purchase if it wasn t for him. His humor and professionalism is what made me comfortable enough to stay.Secondly, the finance guy, Jarred, went above and beyond as well. Very informative and patient. He even helped us with a problem we were having with car insurance! (not the dealerships fault).Also the third person at the front desk (didn t get his name) was very kind. Cool how Nissan, and Boulder Nissan in particular, has led the industry in EVs. At Boulder Nissan I have bought a used car, a new car, and leased a car. This because the prices are good and the folks that work there are terrific. I've had a great experience working with Anthony, Ed, Joey, & Jarrod as well as Kristie and Bob in Service. Will and Mike H were helpful too. I'll be back because the service is fantastic and I like the people that work there. No pressure, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Worked with Adam to secure a 21 Rogue Platinum. He answered all my questions on email and text and our pick up of the vehicle went quickly and smoothly. The "No Haggle Price" beat or was competitive with the other Nissan dealers on the front range for the year, model and mileage I was looking for. My wife and I arrived at the dealership, took the car for a test drive, discussed the features of the car, and were out of the dealership within 90 min. I would buy a car from Boulder Nissan again.

My son bought his first car on his own from here and unfortunately, they took advantage of him with him being young. Rick was the salesman and Jarrod was the finance manager. First he had $6900 to put down and they told him to only put $5500. They got him to purchase the expensive warranty but of course it doesn t cover what is actually wrong with the car. He had the car 2 weeks and we had to take it in for a coolant leak because a hose was taped with electrical tape over a cracked expansion tank!! It was literally melting. That is definitely something they knew and should ve fixed before selling the car how unsafe! Not only that it needed an oil change. That is something so basic they should ve at least done. They should be taking care of the cost to fix this. They had good reviews but I ve never dealt with a shadier place!!! Do not recommend!!!

I just bought.a 2024 Nisan Leaf from Boulder Nissan. Josh Johnston was great to work with. It s our first electric vehicle and he was very thorough in explaining everything about it. We needed to think about it and walked out with no pressure applied at all. I highly recommend Josh Johnston if you re interested in an EV or any other car.

We had a great experience buying our first new car. They were very knowledgeable about electric cars and answered all our questions. We did not feel pressured to make a fast decision. They applied all the electric car tax rebates and VXC program rebate at the time of sale which made it very convenient to get all those electric car incentives.

Horrible dealer, Horrible experience. Have leased cars for over 10 years, this garbage place is far and away the low light.First lease: signed papers, payments deducted monthly, no car delivered for 2.5 months. Said would extend back end or cover payments on next lease.Flash forward to second lease, bad experience all around. Problems with car door, problem with not wanting to admit I was owed. Verbal agreement that final payment on previous leaf was covered as part of signing new deal. Pretty standard incentive there.Bad review left, because I had a bad experience. That must've struck a nerve because in the following months that final payment was never made . I also was never informed it wasn't.I find out I'm in collections from nissan finance when my credit score starts to drop. Meanwhile I'm making every payment on time monthly as I have for over 3 years.I've now paid the extra because I'm not wrecking my credit over 257 dollars. Should I have had to?Trash company, trash cars, and Mike Henry is the absolute worst dishonest salesman.Stay away, these people are awful.Buy any other car, anywhere else, from anyone else.

My 2019 Leaf battery had gone bad. This was determined quickly when I brought the car in, and I was given a nice loaner car immediately, no problem. During the several weeks that it took to get the replacement battery in, I was kept up to date on the progress. When the battery came in, it was installed quickly, and I had my car back the same day. The whole process was painless, all of my questions were quickly answered, I couldn't be more happy with the professionalism shown by Boulder NissanClick to Copy

Beware when buying a used vehicle from this dealership. I bought a car that had multiple problems that were not relayed to me the day of purchase. After realizing these problems I brought the car in 3 weeks after picking it up to get these diagnosed and fixed at the dealership that I bought it from. Despite having the bumper to bumper warranty they were going to way overcharge to diagnose these problems. I was told car was sold as is despite these being very obvious problems that the dealership should have diagnosed prior to sale. The car also had a bad tire that had a nail in it. Was told it was unfixable and would have to buy new tires. Took the car somewhere else and they were able to fix it. the nail looked like it had been there longer than I had owned the vehicle. Should I have done a better inspection on the vehicle prior to purchase? yes, but I would have thought that the dealership would have done a better job of inspecting prior to sale.Edit: Roman from sales is great! Mentioned these problems to him and he talked to the maintenance people. Turns out some of this was in fact covered with the bumper to bumper warranty. Boulder Nissan reached out to me to schedule an appointment for my car. Took about a month of back and forth and had to bring my car into the shop 3x but it did eventually get worked out. Keep advocating for yourself and they are reasonable. Seemed like they just needed to talk to the insurance company who was agreeable to the repairs.

Mike Henry made the purchase of my new Nissan seamless! Coming from 3+ hours away and had limited time in Boulder, he had everything ready to go and we were there for less than an hour. The customer service is ideal, they were attentive and got to the point with sales.However as a Nissan owner before I was weary about purchasing the vehicle I did. The team assured me they had been servicing the vehicle I purchased thoroughly. Unfortunately they didn t service it as thoroughly as they said to make the sale. Even after negotiating them to add 2 new tires, replace the belt and engine filter a ton of issues have come forward. These issues mind you are 30/40k miles overdue, shocks and struts. I have non working roof lights. Tread on the two tires they did not replace is horrible. This all has happened before my first oil change on the truck so less than 6k miles. There was damage in the interior I didn t find till after purchase, their detailing was the worst I have experienced.I would not purchase from them again with the knowledge I have now.

Mike and the guys there are super awesome! The only dealer to honor the national lease deal. The other three dealers I spoke with were trying to get more money for their Frontier. I highly recommend them. They are straight shooters.

The service at this dealership is not only outstanding but restores faith in humanity! I purchased a previously owned VW Van. Mike Henry and his team took the time to answer all of my questions, never rushing me through the process. I am from out of town and had some logistics to contend with. They accommodated my every need and even delivered the car to my son, who resides in Broomfield. Just recently one of the items that were corrected on the vehicle stopped working, and Mike and his team sent me a reimbursement for the repair completed in California. This type of care and doing right by clients is a rarity these days. Thank you Mike!!!!

Best dealer experience I've had in the past 2 weeks of searching for a car. Definitely a different vibe than corporate owned dealerships. They were honest and didn't push anything unnecessary on me. One of the few dealerships I ve ever been to where I didn t feel like I was being talked down to as a woman.
