A fantastic car buying experience. From initial engagement the team were professional and respectful and not at all pressuring. Chris was our initial contact and Gabriel was fantastic at carrying the deal over the line on our arrival. We have young children that they understood timing was critical to get all details completed quickly and efficiently. They did this all with professionalism and ensured we were taken cared off until we departed. If I could I would give them 6 Stars!

Chris was a great help in buying my used truck from Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram. He helped me take the truck to independent garage for pre-purchase check, and get the paper work together quickly once I made my choice. The finance manager who did my paper work was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. Tyler, the manager helped me get the truck into service immediately for little but important service which was much appreciated. Bruce in service was great; communication was very clear and the department took care of me quickly. The entire process was painless. Great job everyone.

Deeply Disappointed with My Experience at this DealershipToo whom it may concern,I must express my profound disappointment in my recent visit to this dealership.I made a considerable effort to visit this establishment, only to find that there was a lack of interest in working with me. I understand the concept of supply and demand, but what I cannot comprehend is the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed during my visit.To add insult to injury, I was made aware that the individuals I was dealing with were facing personal challenges, particularly with a family member in the hospital. While I sympathize with their situation, it is unacceptable to use such circumstances as leverage to guilt-trip a potential customer.Furthermore, the fact that it was 8 o'clock at night, well beyond regular visiting hours, should have been an indication of the dedication required in the sales profession. Instead, I felt unwelcome and dismissed.I have no intention of naming the individuals involved, as I believe in preserving their dignity. However, I want to make it clear that I will not tolerate being treated with such disregard and insensitivity.Your refusal to work with me over what I perceive to be a trivial matter is indeed your loss, but it is also a revelation of your dealership's values and priorities. Rest assured, I will not only refrain from conducting any future business with your establishment, but I will also dissuade others from doing so.I trust this email serves as a wake-up call to address the shortcomings in customer service and professionalism within your dealership.

I brought my truck in for some internal issues and the service team was very helpful and easy to work with. I told them I had to drive across multiple states at the end of the week and was hoping to get my truck back before I left. They were very understanding and made sure to work quickly on it. They updated me throughout the process and I got my truck back with enough time to test drive it myself before leaving. Special thanks to Jeff for his customer service!

I always take my Jeep to Boulder Chrysler Dodge-Ram for regular maintenance and/ or troubleshooting issues I may encounter vs the dealer where it was originally purchased. Jeff and his team are trustworthy and reliable. They are my go-to Mopar Service Center even though there are other closer locations near me.

They took a week to do work that they said would take 2 days. No phone calls to explain why. They didn't even call to say the work was done. I had to call them. Good thing it was a factory recall.

I have been a customer of Boulder Ram since 2015 when I purchased my first Ram 1500. Since then have purchased a 2nd Ram 1500 and really like their customer service department as well. I take both our Ram truck and Jeep Grand Cherokee there for service as well. Jeff has been a great service advisor to work with. I think you will find Boulder Ram to be a quality dealership to work for your automotive needs.

I normally take my Promaster in for oil changes here but I had an issue with my heater come up. They took the appointment quickly but after I dropped it off, I didn t hear back for 2 days. Then the price I was quoted was almost twice as much as I ended up finding at a dealer elsewhere. Just an overall unprofessional and predatory place.

I've done several oil changes here, they usually get me in right away. I've had some transmission issues and was told that it could not even be looked at for a couple months. fortunately, my car still works, although dangerously. I bought this car new from here and have only had it serviced here.

Don t group all dealers as bad eggs. This dealership has a noticeably different level of service. They call, give updates, communicate well in a caring manner, will fit you in when you re in an emergency situation. I like them so much I drive from a different city to bring my car there.

I had an oil leak on my Charger. Took it to Boulder Dodge and they found the issue within an hour. Jeff scheduled me for the next business day and they had the oil cooler replaced in a few hours thanks to his technician repair team. I would recommend Boulder Dodge as they make u feel at home and feel like one of the members of Boulder Dodge.

This dealership has been trying all year to get parts for a windshield cowl repair on my vehicle, since it was under warranty. But it s taken until December 2023 to get the parts, during which time the warranty has expired. Now the dealership is ready to do the work but wants to charge me full price for the parts, even though we ve been waiting for parts availability since before warranty expired.I am trying to negotiate it and am waiting for them to do the right thing for the customer.

My eco diesel Ram 1500, under extended warranty, went into limp mode as I was on my way to the airport, so I had the vehicle towed to Boulder Dodge Ram. The following morning I told the service manager, Jeff, that I suspected that the problem was related to not resetting the Change oil message the last time I changed my oil (I didn t remove the message following an oil change and the message came up just before the vehicle cut out).Four days later, I stopped in to the service center. Jeff informed me that the oil indicator was not the problem - that my truck would require a new egr cooler, new glow plug, injector service, oil change and air filter - some parts that could take up to six weeks to procure and non - warranty services that would cost me over $1,600. I responded that I didn t authorize any work outside of what is covered by warranty or recall.Finally, after a week and multiple attempts to contact Jeff, I received a reply: Boulder Dodge will not perform the warranty repairs and safety recalls unless I purchase all of the other "repairs" from them, some of which they had already undertaken (against my explicit wishes). Furthermore, Jeff requested that I simply pay the $485 bill for this illicit work and have my vehicle towed to another Ram service center For the necessary repairs and remaining recalls.Having spoken with the manager, Tyler Grubich, that I was told I cannot pick up my broken vehicle until I paid for services that I specifically rejected, he agreed to remove one of the charges ($250 for the replacement of a $17 fuel filter - the remaining billable was for diagnostic services) providing that I delete my one-star review of Boulder Dodge. (I declined and paid full price to protect others from making the same mistake I made ).Conclusion: Having towed my vehicle to another service center, they simply deleted the oil service error, and my truck was back in service within an hour, running beautifully.Overall, my vehicle was with Boulder Doge for 10 days. I have never experienced something like this in my life.. Boulder's a small town and I am a well-connected Boulder business owner. You can bet I will be telling this story to everyone who will listen.

I have had problems with my 2016 dodge ram pickup. The air suspension stopped working and it took several trips to the dealership to get fixed m.The manager Jeff did a great job at informing me of the problems.

I had an exceptional experience at Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram! I woke up to a dead battery and called the service department. The gentleman on the phone was incredibly helpful and advised me to bring my vehicle in right away.To my surprise, once I got my vehicle to the shop, Ayush managed to test and replace my battery in under 2 hours!This level of service exceeded my expectations, especially considering my recent disappointment with Fowler Jeep down the road. Fowler let me down by claiming they were unable to expedite battery replacements, but Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram proved them wrong. This shop did it same day with limited wait.I'm impressed by the professionalism and speed of the service at Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram, and I'll definitely be making them my go-to dealership moving forward. Kudos to the team Ayush and the team for a job well done!

Traded in my 2015 Dodge Dart for a very nice 2018 Dodge Durango GT. Rick was patient and helped us get a deal that would allow us to leave with the car that day. We had no plans to buy. Just figure out how far we were. And we weren't far at all. Rick got us in budget WITH a warranty. He is top notch.

I was very impressed by the service that I received today at Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram. When I called over the weekend distraught over being informed their appointments are a week and a half out and drop it off Monday and we ll try to fit it in. I not only had the car diagnosed, but was fixed same day. This saved me on the outrageous rent-a-car gouging practice in Boulder. I m grateful for the outstanding service and going above and beyond to help me out.

Service center: friendly and good staff at the front desk. I had my trucks coolant system flushed, air filter replaced and software updates flashed as needed. Work was done to standard, so thank you for that.I was a little disappointed that they did not see the power steering fluid was below the fill line, got home and realized it was low, no was it dropped that much in a few miles.What ever happened to multiple point inspection or just a quick look around under the hood? Make me wonder if anything else was missed.

SHADY SALES MANAGERS WASTING MY TIME!! Classic bait & switch.I was contacted by a sales rep in regards to selling my vehicle here outright for $6160 via a Kelley blue book instant cash offer. The sales rep, Darian, was very personable. He did a walk around inspection of my vehicle. All was going well until he spoke with the sales manager & was told they do not buy vehicles over 100,000 miles, but that they could offer some trade in value if I wanted to purchase a vehicle through them. This is despite them offering, in writing, to purchase my vehicle for the instant cash offer price of $6160 outright & contacting me to come in for the inspection and sale of my vehicle. My mileage was disclosed as part of this offer, prior to me visiting the dealership.I declined the trade in & thanked Darian for his time. I was approached by Darian again as I was leaving telling me the sales manager wanted to know how much I would sell for outright. I said I would sell for near the initial offer of $6160. He went back and relayed this information to the manager who counter offered me $100- Yes, $100- without even so much as looking at my vehicle or getting up from the desk during my entire visit. No mechanical inspection was ever completed, just a quick walk around visual done by an inexperienced sales rep. It was bad enough they pulled a bait & switch, but then to offer me $100 as I walk out the door?!? Slap in the face! Recommend you spend your money elsewhere!
