Had to have my vehicle's front and back bumpers replaced and addtional work for 2 different claims at the same time. It was a long wait to get in, but worth the wait. Excellent workmanship and the paint match is undetectable! You be the judge of my 2008 Yukon. It looks brand new! Thanks Boulder Bump Shop!

Boulder Bump Shop made repairs of my Toyota family van a breeze after being rear ended. I highly recommend them.We were rear ended in November of 2023 and the other party was at fault but their insurance was extremely difficult to work with. We had trouble getting repairs done from various collision places but a friend recommended Boulder Bump Shop. From the get-go they provided great service. They had clear and frequent communications. They took over management of estimates and communications with the insurance company. Once the repairs started in March of 2024 they gave weekly or more frequent updates. In the end they were able to get repairs done ahead of schedule. They were able to negotiat more than expected work with the insurance company. As icing on the cake they returned the car fully detailed.

Update, as promised Luke made it right, the bumper looks 100% better. Update, Luke contacted me and asked me to bring my truck in so that he could have a look. He has offered to make it right, fix the bumper so that it aligns properly. I will update when complete. Very bad job fixing the front bumper on my Tundra, it doesn't line up properly, and aperies to be installed incorrectly. I went here because of their reputation and I have had good experience in the past. I will revise this should they fix it properly.

I took my car in here and they where able to do a estimate that day and set up a date for it to get repaired at the same time! The repairs came out great and my car looks like new! My only complaints I would have is that they aren't always he best with answering the phone or retuning call but they are very busy and I can see why as there work is great! The only other thing that happened was they would start my car should or hopefully will be done on a certain day then the would call back that day and say they needed another.But they apologized and the work was well worth the wait!

I had a scratched bumper, and they quoted 1600 dollars to repair it because they insist on removing it. I took it to Gloss Car wash, which has a detailing shop and buffed out the scratches for free, and touch up paint makes it undetectable- total cost: $50 for touch up kit.

These people are so genuine and nice. I've had to deal with them on a number of occasions after being hit by another driver. They patiently explained the process, and helped me understand the next steps. They're just good people. Plain and simple. I give them 5 stars for being everything I'd hope for in a local business.

Initial estimate was to leave my car for 4 weeks for repair (after waiting 2.5 months for the appointment), that turned into 7 weeks with delays for the initial repair. I guess that's just how things are nowadays. However when I picked up my car, some details were missed/forgotten and I had to schedule another appointment to drop it off again. For the second appointment I was basically forgotten about at each step of the process between (1) calling me back to schedule the appointment, (2) order the parts, and (3) intake my vehicle (they didn't even noticed I dropped it off until 2 days after the appointment date). I felt like I had to constantly call in to remind them what we were doing, what the next step was, or to check the current status. I got the impression they were woefully understaffed to keep things organized and moving. The final result was satisfactory but it was a 5 month process to get my car fully repaired after the accident with several trips back and forth and many phone calls.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Hated seeing my car with a big scrape along it's side because I didn't take a turn out of my underground parking garage wide enough. Yes, it took a couple of months before my appointment time, and all that time I made a point of not looking over there. Now that it's repaired, I can't quit enjoying how brand new it looks. Better than before the scrape. Perfectionists work at the Boulder Bump Shop! And it took less time than estimated.

I came here because I hit a boulder and my running board got bent up and I couldn t get my van sliding door open. They said unfortunately they wouldn t be able to really fix it cause they couldn t accommodate my height in their bays but that they would at least take it off for me so I could get it fixed later and get in my van. I was so appreciative of their help! Super fast service! You guys rock!Service: Body & Trim

Luke was awesome and was in constant communication with updates on my repairs. Front office staff was friendly and someone was always there to answer my calls. Repairs were great and my car looked brand new went I went to pick it up. They did a great job on my windshield replacement, body repairs and paint. It was also cleaned!! Hopefully won t have to bring my car in again but if I do will def use Boulder Bump again. Thanks guys!!!

Boulder Bump Shop dif an amazing job repairing my Toyota Tundra after it was rear-ended. They were very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. They facilitated a rental car and worked with the insurance company to make sure my truck was returned to its original condition. Definitely will be back!

The staff has been professional and communicative throughout the process. They worked with insurance and went above and beyond to help answer questions and manage different claims. I would have loved to go with these guys, they were kind and got me an estimate within 20 minutes.. However they were overpriced. I went to a another place in golden and it was aorund 1000 dollars cheaper.

They far surpassed my expectations, going above and beyond with the repair, and then making every effort to arrange for an after-hours pickup! Special Thanks to Luke and Jessica at the Bump Shop for their thoughtful care in repairing my car! They always kept me updated with even the slightest change of parts needed. My car was repaired in record time and the final cost was the same as the original estimated cost. When I picked up my car, the Bump Shop had washed and waxed it to perfection, and they detailed the inside, including shampooing the rugs and upholstery! I had the hood, cowl, and drivers side rear door painted. I submitted the below review to them and as yet not heard a response back. Estimate was around 3000 but had it reduced becuse decided not to paint some other items at the drop off, so around 2500. Later on, an additional charge to replace the window runner on the driver's rear door due to a rivet removal that requires runner replacement brought everything to around 3200 out the door. Fine, I picked up my Jeep had a 5 sec hi and bye with an employee after payment and drove it home. Submitted review:So, I was discovering little things here and there after receiving my Jeep back. Time was off. Didn't use a memory saver when battery disconnected. Not a big deal. Vehicle dash Language was in French. Weird, don't remember that happening when I pulled the battery. Also, the driving history is gone. So it'll take awhile to relearn. Hood ground still disconnected. Passenger side hood lock very loose, not tighten down. Hood locks not locked. Here is the weirdest one that I don't understand. There is a little stupid plastic tab in the rear carpet area by the tailgate. Someone pulled it completely out. It wasn't even in the work area. Why oh why did it offend somebody? So, makes me wonder if the window runner was even needed?? Outside of these things I've found so far , the paint job looks really good. When I picked up my vehicle, nobody gave me a speech about not taking it to a car wash for a period of time but I guessing that's a thing. I'm happy with the paint not with so many little things missed. The hood could've pop up while driving home. End submitted reviewI have since discovered the little plastic thing is a finger puller and the dealer wants 300 to replace as it is part of something else. I am more than capable to fix these items myself as I'm not having them do it. Still waiting to hear back from Boulder Bump shop as I have moved on with other projects with the Jeep.

After I got into an accident a few weeks ago, the driver s side wheel well of my vehicle was damaged. The Boulder Bump Shop did an excellent job of coordinating with my insurance company to make sure the repair process was quick and effortless. I really appreciated that because the accident unearthed some personal anxiety and I was so relieved to not have to deal with nonsense that often accompanies a vehicle repair. My car was ready sooner than I expected, and they even worked with my schedule and held it for me until I was able to pick it up. Upon pickup, they gave me detailed paperwork going over the repairs and checks they had made, as well as a warranty guarantee, which was also a huge relief. The cherry on top? My car was nearly spotless when I picked it up! This was completely unexpected, as I have had a few car repairs before and my vehicle interior was always left in its previous condition. I was blown away. They even washed my floor mats for me. Overall, the service was impeccable. I d like to thank Elizabeth, Jessica, and Luke for all their help! Also the woman at the front desk was extremely sweet and I didn t catch her name but she had gauges in the day I saw her. This business is excellent overall! They really worked with me and my older vehicle. I just wanted a partial repaint for certain segments of my Honda and I was able to get a pretty reasonable deal (especially compared to some other quotes I received around Boulder). My CRV looks great now! They even cleaned out the interior very thoroughly before I picked it up. They called me regularly to check in and tried their best not to rack up a lot of extra charges (I had a fair amount of structural damage alongside pealing paint issues). Joe in particular was fabulous to work with. I really appreciated his customer service. Thanks for everything!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These folks are amazing! After getting side swiped on Foothills, I took my car here for an estimate. They handled me immediately, took extensive photos and got me a complete written estimate very quickly. They even did a quick repair to my fender so the car was more driveable and less ugly. They did all this knowing they might not get the work since I had to go back home to MD in two weeks.If they will take care of a driver in need like that what will they do to take care of a repair? Jessica was my POC at Boulder Bump Shop while my car was repaired from a rear end collision. She was incredibly knowledgeable in her field and served as an expert in evaluating the damage done to my Subaru. She found additional damage that was missed by the initial inspection and quickly justified them to the insurance company. She responded to any questions, provided timely updates, and made sure nothing slowed down the repair process. On top of that, she had a tech work a weekend to help meet a deadline. She is a fantastic person to work with and so was her tech who worked the weekend.They did an excellent job repairing my car and I'm proud to say it looks brand new! They were also kind enough to clean the inside and outside of my car, making it also look brand new! My car battery was dead when I picked it up, but they had a jump starter kit ready to go and I was on my way. I cannot recommend this shop enough. After I got rear-ended and my vehicle needed body work, I got referred to Boulder Bump Shop. What a great all-around experience! Elizabeth and Luke were so communicative, friendly and helpful as I navigated the insurance maze. They saved me a lot of time and annoyance just on that.My vehicle repair was completed on time and done well. I seldom take the time to write reviews on products or services. But the great experiences I have had with Boulder Bump Shop on two occasions prompted me to let others know my opinions. From the first appointment for the appraisal of damages until the car was perfectly repaired and finished and right on schedule, the process was convenient, fast, and most efficiently carried through. They are very knowledgeable and seem to have a professional operation going on as far as the collision repair goes. However, they do seem a little too busy for their own good. They originally told me it would take 3 to 5 business days, but that quickly turned into over 14 days, so not ideal. Other than that they seem pretty great.

If you re looking to repair your car s body damage, look no further! My 2014 4Runner has been here for three different claims and they never disappoint! First time, it was to have my whole rear quarter panel replaced which if you know anything about body work is no easy task. They kept me in the loop through out the whole process and even five years later when there was a problem with the paint they stood behind their work and repainted my entire quarter panel for me no cost! Now that s a good business! Seeing that they could have easily told me that was my fault and I probably would have had to pay for it out of my pocket. The second and third time were for my front and back bumper. It was the same story, I was informed as to what was happening with my car through the whole process and the work was spot on! Moral of the story is this is the best body shop around.

Luke coordinated the work for my insurance claim from start to finish with professionalism and graciousness. He worked hard to find parts through many suppliers and came up with a new plan when certain items couldn t be found. He clearly wanted the car to be fixed impeccably. The steps with the insurance company were a breeze with his expertise in handling all the details. Luke communicated with me often and went above and beyond any experience I have had with an auto body shop. I would trust the Boulder Bump Shop with any work in the future. I brought my Subaru to Boulder Bump after a deer completely messed up the front end/right side. Not only was the work completed a week earlier than the estimate (they originally said 3 weeks and they had it done in 2) it was also sparkling clean, inside and out. About 3 weeks after the purchasing of our car, my husband was rear-ended. We contacted where we bought the car for a suggestion of where to get it fixed, and Boulder Bump Shop was their first suggestion. We dealt with Luke exclusively from the start the the finish. He quickly assessed the damage of the vehicle and was in contact with the insurance company of the lady who hit us immediately. Not only did he assess the damage to the vehicle, he saw damage to the base of our car seat. During his contacts with the insurance company, he got them to agree to replace our car seat, and pay for a rental for immediate use (per his opinion, I would be driving with a 6 month old and he stated that the car was not safe to be doing so.) During the three weeks that they had our car, Luke kept consistent contact with me regarding the status of the repairs as well as the status of his communications with the insurance company. At no point in time did I have to guess what was going on with our car because he was on top of keeping me informed. I am more than just a little happy with Luke, his team, and the quality of work they did to our car; I'm ecstatic. My experience with Boulder Bump Shop has been, by far, the best customer service I have received in my entire life. I highly recommend them and will return to them for any future car repairs. They are outstanding.
