After stopping by on a Sunday morning without an appointment, Colin and Dave took my car in without hesitation or the hassle of scheduling an appointment. The staff whom I spoke with and helped to fix the skid plate on my car were amazing. A big thanks to Colin and Dave for fixing my car in such a timely manner. I appreciate you all and the great customer service provided.

I replaced my tires with big O tires about 3 years ago and the service has been great. I stop by whenever there s a low air tire pressure light on my car and they address issues quickly. Colin M. recently helped me and just checked pressure and filled tires with air.

I came in today to check my tires since my TPMS light is on even after I put air on my tires. Nicholas and Collin helped me and explained what was happening, and everything was fine. They are really nice and friendly about it. I appreciate the time and effort to look into it! They are pretty busy today, but they still manage to take care of my car. I will definitely recommend them!

So picture this: I roll up in my truck, which let's just say was a bit of a mess, with my trusty camper in the bed, serving as my humble abode. Life's been a rollercoaster, dealing with unemployment and a brain tumor, But hey, I just got a job and needed some TLC for my truck.Now, I expected the usual grumpy vibes, but boy was I wrong! I was greeted by this dude named Justin, and he instantly made me feel at ease. I asked about an oil change and tire pressure check, and this guy not only answered all my Qs but was genuinely chill. I felt comfortable enough to spill about other truck concerns I had, and guess what? No pressure to buy unnecessary services! They were straight-up honest and gave me the lowdown on what I really needed to handle soon.But it doesn't end there, my friend. John took charge of my oil change and brake flush, and let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff. He even took the time to come and chat with me about my truck. The customer service I received was on fleek, and it truly meant the world to me.Now, here's the kicker: as a female, I've had my fair share of not-so-great experiences when it comes to vehicle maintenance. But this time, it was different. The team at Big O Tires treated me with respect, kindness, and genuine care. I came in just to get some air and check for any nails because my tire pressure kept dropping after filling. Colin M was super helpful and checked all my tires. He spotted a nail and was able to fix my tire right then and there.

I had been using Big O in Boulder off and on for years for tires, oil changes and some service. I recently discovered some quotes they gave which were extremely different that another service location in Boulder; they quoted 3950 for a catalytic converter for my F150. The other place gave a quote of 2950 and said it was minor and could wait. Big o said my front shocks were bad and the other place has said the leak they saw is coming from the oil pan and not the shocks. tires are 30% more expensive than at this other location.I'd run away in a hurry from this outfit doing anything significant on your vehicle.

drove to the broomfield location to get me the tires i needed, and installed them same day. worked until close to get my car ready for me. excellent service, really went the extra mile to take care of me.

Five Stars for Nick at Big O Tires! We arrived right at the end of their shift with a nasty screw stuck in our tire. Nick and his team were absolute lifesavers! They quickly and efficiently fixed our tire, demonstrating outstanding professionalism and customer service. Thanks to them, we were back on the road in no time. Highly recommend for their exceptional service!

Definitely recommend- They squeezed me in late when I had a flat tire, when no other place could or would. Joe was really helpful and friendly, and the whole team was great. They were able to get the tire fixed quickly too.

On a long road trip with my daughter we got a flat tire, needed help quick so we could get back on the road. Doing a quick Google search big o tires popped up and I gave them a call. My sales rep Alan was phenomenal! Not only did he help get the tire replaced (I actually bought 2 based on his suggestion) he had everything inspected to make sure we would have a safe trip back home. I didn't worry about a thing the rest of the trip.

John at Big O tires was great! Perfect service. I pulled into a bay and I think John was eating lunch but came over to help me out. He took time from his lunch to test my tire pressure and make sure my car was ready for bad weather.

Joe at the Boulder, CO Big O Tires on Valmont was fantastic. After calling to ask if they had time to repair a flat tire, he explained they most likely couldn t fix it as they were booked that late in the evening, but kindly offered to put the spare on. When I brought my car, he went to put the spare on, but instead made time to fix my flat. Thank you, Joe, for your fantastic customer service and for fixing my flat on such short notice!

Nick Pacheco provided amazing customer service and was helpful with every single question I had about my vehicle. He helped diagnose the problem that was causing my my check engine light to come on. He was able to explain what needed to be done to fix it and I trust him to be able to get the job done. I ll only be going back to him for anything my car needs from now on!

Shout-out to Joseph for outstanding service! Very grateful to have been worked into their busy schedule after an online hiccup caused the appointment to not be scheduled. They took my car anyway, repaired my flat swiftly and free of charge, and even included a complimentary brake check. Folks at Big O are clearly dedicated to customer service. Thanks Joseph!

I came in early on a Saturday morning with battery issues. John did a free battery diagnostic test and replaced my battery within an hour. He was pleasant, efficient and professional. I have had a great experience every time I come to Big O.

Got a flat tire going through town. They got me pumped up and checked out quickly. Their mechanic Josh was super nice and helpful. Been to this location a few times while I lived in Boulder and they have always been great.

I went in for brakes and nick was able to get me in and out the door in an hour and a half with an assessment otlf the other things my vehicle needed. When I brought it back for him to fix the rest, it took no time at all and I was squared up and back on the road safely by the end of the day. I highly recommend you to have services done by Nick for his knowledge and speed of services.

Alan was excellent help today. I came in and was helped right as I arrived. They were very efficient and had excellent customer service. Jon fixed my tire to the best of care. In a nutshell, this particular Big-O is a budget-friendly, helpful environment. My family and I have been bringing our vehicles there for almost a decade now, not once having a bad experience! This visit wasn't short of grade-A customer service by one of your very own, John. Who was quite delightful to speak with and I drove away with confidence knowing that the job was done right. I have always had great experiences at Big O tires, and this location is no exception. They do great, reasonably priced work for my car, and I always appreciate how they fill up my tires for free when the pressure gets low! They are always kind and timely. Nothing but good things to say!

Exceptional ! Exceptional ! Exceptional !Had both driver side tires get nails in them...ughhh. Wasn't too far from Big O and made a call to see if I could get in fast due to my dilemma. Showed up and had wonderful customer service and help from Alan Conroy, huge thanks to this gentleman for getting my tires replaced with rotation and put me back on the road to make it home. Thank you Alan and Big O.

I was a damsel in distress today. I tried to find a gas station in Boulder that had an air pump for tires to no avail. I stopped into Big O Tires in Boulder and a sweet guy Vehemiah B. happily checked and filled my tires before my return to California. Thank you!
