I used to bring my car here for tires when it was still owned by the original owners. Sad to say the new lady that owns it knows nothing about cars and less than that about customer service. After getting my car worked on last year they didn t tighten the lug nuts back up. READ THAT AGAIN- the tire place didn t secure my tire. While doing 65 miles on the highway my tire came off. Could ve killed me or someone else. The owner avoided taking responsibility. Said she d call her insurance and never did. My car had body damage due to their negligence and she just ignored taking care of it. They fixed my tire, and then it continued to go flat bc they didn t put it on correctly. You are better off taking your car to Discount Tire. Barnsley has gone downhill with this new ownership and their mistakes could have deadly consequences that they don t seem to have any interest in rectifying.

I love Barnsley! I ve been coming here for years. Angela and the rest of the crew has always taken great care of my car. Would highly recommend.

This place is just okay and would probably be fine for most people. However nothing sets them apart from other options in Boulder. They scratched the inner barrels of all four my wheels when mounting the tires and just slapped on the wheel weights. If you have a set of wheels you care about keeping nice you are better off going elsewhere.

I was told at Boulder Nissan my tire was un-patchable and needed to be replaced. Brought the car here and got the tire patched in under an hour! Super friendly staff and quick service for a walk in! Highly recommend checking them out if you have tire problems!

I've been going here for at least 15-20 years. They have great customer service. They rotate my tires for free- and quickly. I know they've done it for free with tires that I didn't get from them, so their great service keeps me coming back to buy more like today. Everyone I've recommended to them has also had an excellent experience.

Customer service was amazing, I could tell they wanted us to get the best tires possible within our budget. I picked some tires using their website, not really knowing what I was looking for exactly, but I got a call from their team to say that there was a better tire brand for a cheaper price. I really appreciated that they shared their expert knowledge without prompting, I can tell they really take pride in their work.Office was large and had space for people to wait for service to be completed, and even better a couple of friendly dogs were around. Job took about an hour which is what they estimated. I'd highly recommend Barnsley and will be back for future tire needs.

Quite a little hidden gem here in Boulder, personalized service, with a little bit of an old world, old style tire shop, reminiscent of the good old days! they may not be great on answering the phones, but what they doing in person, rocks!

This place is so fantastic....that I wish I could have MORE tire problems so I can go see the folks over at Barnsley.But the issue is, Barnsley FIXED all my tire problems. I ve been having the same issues with my tires for almost a year, and going to Big O and getting ripped off time and time again.I say no more!! it will be Barnsley forever. They are knowledgeable, helpful, hard-working, and absolutely love tires.Hell yes, Barnsley, hell yes.

It's quite clear that this is no longer the same owners as the Barnsley Tire that was located off Pearl and Folsom. My family and I have been purchasing tires from Barnsley for over 30 years and I sad to say that after today they will no longer have our business. I don't expect people in the car maintenance world to be overcome with joy doing their job, but give it a try and it might help your business. The guy who helped me was just rude and I felt as I was inconveniencing him. Also, I know I was just getting my summer tires swapped out for my winter, but take some pride in your work and at least try to clean up the sidewalls. It took me a couple minutes when I got home to clean up your techs mess. I hope you guys don't mount new tires this way. Sadly I will never know because I will not be a customer in the future. Unless they have a great deal on some tires, go to Big O or Discount where maybe they value their customers.

Not the trustworthy Barnsley of old who I recommend to may over a couple of decades. Had to help a friend who as bought at least 3 full sets of tires from them becuase Barnsley tired to sell them a wheel they claimed was damaged which was not damaged. Since they relocated they are more interested in serving themselves than the needs of their customers.

They charged $35 for tire repair after purchasing tires there for decades. I guess the new ownership is shot sighted and wants to drive away future sales

Allen and Steve and the crew at Barnsley Tire are great to work with. This is a trusted local business. With my recent service needs(and dealing with weather), they have been excellent and communicated to even help store a car while the snow is cleared. I've used Barnsley multiple times over 15 years for our family of cars and they provide great recommendations, pricing and service. I appreciate their operation and efforts.

Been here twice now to mount and balance new tires and Barnsley s treated me well. Folks working here are accommodating and very helpful. I was also able to order a set of tires through Barnsley instead of Tirerack (my usual go-to) and Barnsley got them for slightly cheaper *and* discounted their mounting/balancing/alignment services since I ordered through them.

I had a puncture in my tire that my dealer told me that as company policy could not fix it because it was in a difficult location. It was either buy two new tires or to take it to a specialist. When I asked, my dealer service people said Barnsley Tire. I emailed Barnsley and they responded rather quickly and even though I did not have an appointment, they said to bring it in the morning. They were quick, polite and reasonable. It is nice to know that we have good reputable companies in town. I highly recommend them.

Made an appointment for noon. Drove from Westminster. Tires hadn t arrived when I got there. Waited 4 hours for the warehouse to deliver the wrong ones.Was told to come back tomorrow; and they wouldn t give me a discount or price match the store near my house.What a bummer.Been going here for several years because I like to support family businesses, but this was ridiculous. Definitely not run the way it used to be.

It it is sad. The days of Sam and Christine running Barnsley are gone. The service has gone away, the prices have gone up and the once had customer appreciation is no more. I recently brought my truck in to get aligned and once was there I asked if I could have the alignment in a specific way and the alignment specialist told me that would cost way more. He spoke was rude and obviously he didn t care. He told me that since my parts were aftermarket and he had to turn a bolt it was pretty much going to be a lot more. I installed these parts and know that it actually makes aligning the vehicle much easier. I have been a customer for well over 25 years and to say goodbye to a once great company is just upsetting.

Wow, my experience here was absolutely amazing. My friends recommended Barnsley Tire Co specifically because they have excellent customer service. I can t express enough how true that is. The staff went above and beyond, especially Brian. I had a flat tire in the mountains. Brian walked me through how to change my tire. He went over how to use the different tools. We practiced loosening and tightening bolts. He showed me where to put the jack and how to use it. He worked with me through the whole process and helped me pick out new tires that were priced fairly. He was timely on ordering parts and flexible with making my appointment work for me. Brian even offered to help me recover my vehicle from the mountains on his own time. He and another mechanic (sorry I don t remember your name but you still deserve credit!) saved the day. They changed my tire up in the mountains and I was able to drive back into town. The next day, the team worked quickly and my new tires and rim look great! I am very pleased and extremely thankful for the service here. I highly recommend Barnsley Tire Co. Ask for Brian. He will take care of you. I can t thank him enough for taking care of me. I grew up in Boulder but no longer live there. I was visiting from out of town while I had this adventure. I am so grateful to have had this experience work out the way it did.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Best shop I've ever been to. Professional, courteous, good-natured and smiling humans that go out of their way to get you back on the road. My ATV had a flat that I brought in, they patched it up right away and the next day my daily driver got a flat as well! Even though it was closing time I called them up and they said "bring it in, we can fix it". They stayed 30 minutes late and gave me a really fair price for getting the job done on the spot. Chris especially is a champ at customer service, thanks Chris and everyone else on the Barnsley tire team.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

We've been using Barnsley for 8 years now. Our experience has been excellent. Fair prices, excellent service and locally owned round out the top reasons to work with Barnsley. Free tire rotation and puncture repair on tires bought from them. Can't beat it! New location has a really big and bright waiting area as well.Service: TiresService: Tires

Super quick and professional service. I had my original appointment scheduled for a week out and my tires ended up going bald and becoming dangerous earlier this week. I called and they said to come in at an earlier time to get this taken care of. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and the price was less than initially quoted. Great price. Great selection. Wonderful tires and excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

I cannot speak more highly of how amazing my experinces have been with Barnsley Tire. Most recently: Angela, who is one of the kindest, most thoughtful and helpful people I've ever spoken to went above and beyond after closing time to help me out with a frustrating tire situation and saved me from having to cancel a long-awaited holiday with my family. She thought outside the box and came up with several amazing solutions until we found one that worked. I cannot thank her and her team enough for all the extra effort they put in to help me. Single best retail experience I've ever had. Thank you so much!

We re able to quickly get me in for a tire rotation with my 3500 dually with large truck camper on. Price was reasonable and work was done quickly. Thanks again folks!

The service I received at Barnsley was great! I went with the tires they suggested, and have 0 regrets. They are performing great in the snow, my crossover stops more quickly, and responds better. My old tires weren't even in the worst condition, but these new ones make such a big difference. They got me in right on time for my appointment, and had everything done in just under an hour. Will definitely be returning for future tire needs even though I live in Wheat Ridge. Thanks Barnsley!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

My late husband started going to Barnsley when they first opened. He was fire chief in Ward and he had Barnsley take care of all of the fire department truck needs. I still buy my tires from Barnsley and have been doing so ever since I met my husband in 2002. I would recommend Barnsley to anyone. They are always friendly, courtesy, and they provide excellent service.
