Tina was so easy to work with and explained everything in detail. She did not push extra service or costs and was very professional. I was kept updated throughout my service and treated with respect. I chose Audi Boulder over Flatirons this time because they had a coupon and they were so pleasant and easy to work with as they serviced my car.

It s always been an awesome experience to have my personal Audi service rep, who knows me and my car! Tina Holt at Boulder Audi has been amazing! She is very friendly and has always helped me understand the needed service as well as planning future service so there were no ugly surprises. They kept my car running smoothly. It s very reassuring to get the video from the mechanic who was working on my car and have their first hand opinion on the condition of the car. Last but not least the Audi team always made me feel welcome.

This is a service and parts only location, and it's very convenient if you're in the Boulder area. My service adviser Steve B. was very professional through every step of the service process. I recommend this location if your Audi needs service.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable, however I was told plan to pick up at 12, as I m pulling up to the dealership, I get a text that says pick up at 2 instead. I get there a little before 2 and told another 30-45 minutes. Finally get my car back at 2:50 right before closing. Not a big deal, still the better audi dealership in the area!

Thank you Matthew Hansen for your support! I wanted to recognize him for top level customer service. I was having some major car issues and Matthew really supported me as an Audi owner and gave me insight and direction on steps to take. He made an appointment for me with loaner accommodations even though I called the wrong location as I m a frequent Flatirons visitor. He proceeded by sharing caution with me in regard to driving the car and helped share information for towing companies. Flatirons was able to get me in the same day versus 4 days later but Matthew followed up and shared communication with Flatirons to make sure my drop off for my towed car was seamless. Above and beyond! Matthew is a true asset to the Boulder location for Audi. I ll definitely come back to speak to Matthew again if I m in need of service support for my A6. Thank you Matthew!

Our E-Tron came back running like a top. The SX6 hi-voltage battery control module needed to be replaced. Down side is that it took 5 weeks due to the part being specially made to match our car's VIN number (!?). Fortunately, we were on a trip around the world for most of that time, and it was ready when we returned. Also, we got a little A3 sedan as a loaner, so we were minimally inconvenienced. Also, when I stopped by Audi Boulder in our 2013 A4 Allroad yesterday to see about getting some touch-up paint, the guys topped up my oil and gave me an extra quart (it burns oil pretty fast these days). That was really nice.

I live in Denver and I drive all the way to Boulder just because Boulder Audi is that much better. They're a lot more attentive to your needs than Denver Audi. They will also tell it how it is instead of Denver Audi where they like to make up fictitious stuff and charge your insurance company for work they didn't actually do. Go boulder!

Matt did a great job recommending new tires for my Q5. My car was available same day, and Matt took into account recent work done on my car in estimating needed work. Loaner service was convenient and Matt retrieved my garage door opener which I'd accidentally left in the loaner!

Wiper blade broke off in snow/ice storm a few weeks ago. Dropped by service to get a quick look to see what needed fixing. They found broken wiper arm/blade connector, arm needed replacement. Made an appointment for a week later to get arm replaced.Showed up for appointment this morning. Chose to wait in service lobby area instead of dropping off since it would be a very fast fix. Three of six employees working there were sick - coughing, sniffling, sneezing.Marinated in their germs for half an hour until service rep came out and told me they did not have the wiper arm I made an appointment for replacing a week ago in stock.Bought my A4 allroad here several years ago and was looking forward to upgrading to A6 allroad now that it is available in US. Will be taking my purchase and service business to Audi Flatirons instead now as I live on the south side of Boulder and they are the same distance.Update: owner reached out and is following up to get the repair taken care of, thanks for acknowledging the issues and working to make it right.

I appreciated that I was able to speak directly with and go for a test drive with the technician to point out a sound I was hearing which was difficult to describe. In the end, he was able to identify the root cause after doing some research and addressed the issue.

I think I m going to be very happy. TBD .Upon the completion of my work being completed I am extremely satisfied and have zero complaints. I received a full video of all that was to be completed and the trouble shooting process. Steve was my advisor and Jimmy was the mechanic. Great experience and I hope the other shops follow suit as I ll be soon getting my next one in Tucson, AZ.

I d nearly given up on finding a service department after some meh experiences. A friend recommended this location, so I figured I d try. Eli was phenomenal - super knowledgeable and kind. Way better than the other Audi service departments in the front range!

WOW...what incredible service! My hatch back struts failed on my vehicle. I rang up Audi Boulder Service and spoke with Eli Buchanan and explained my situation. He had the parts ordered and delivered to his shop in less then 24 hours. Once the order was in, he was free to install them for me within 30 minutes of his call. A woman like me, with an incredibly busy schedule, was beyond impressed! Once I arrived Eli and Cole graciously installed the struts in minutes. They were professional, friendly, and fast! These guys are top notch! I highly recommend this business. Thanks again crew!

When I arrived for vehicle service everything was waiting for me.Loaner car, my service advisor ( Ian) was there and explained what the service was for that day.I was sent updates on progress throughout the day.my car was ready for pickup when they said it would be.

My son and I were headed to Boulder to see Prime and my Buffs early on a Saturday morning. On the way the dashboard of my Audi lit up like a Christmas Tree. I limped into Audi Boulder right when they opened without an appointment. Matt checked me in, diagnosed the problem and promptly gave me a loaner so we could get to the game. The issue was a fairly known warranty item, which Audi addressed promptly and professionally. Audi Boulder could not have done a better job, it saved our weekend and the entire process was seamless. Truly 5 Star - this is how Service should work. Very much appreciated and thank you so much.

Do not take your car here under any circumstances. Terrible experience on both our cars. Audi is supposedly a luxury brand but this is hands down the worst auto-shop I have ever dealt with.My partner had an Audi RS5 which had a coolant issue that ended up destroying the transmission. He had the coolant system replaced at Audi Boulder for $8k and the transmission replaced at another shop ($11k). Four months later the coolant system deteriorated to the point where there was likely coolant in the transmission again, effectively negating $20k worth of work on the car. When we brought it up to Audi Boulder, they claimed they informed my partner that the $8k of work they did was just to get it on the road and get it sold because the car wasn't going to last long term with damage like that. This is an outright lie and they never told us this. There's no way we would've spent $20k on repairs if they had given us the information that the car would not last long term, even with the repairs. On an additional note, I would never trust a shop that advises me to fix a car just so I could offload the problem to an unsuspecting buyer. This is totally unethical behavior. Audi ended up repurchasing the car from my partner for $2k which was basically theft after charging him $8k for work that failed and taking no responsibility for it.Audi Boulder also screwed up on my car (Audi SQ5) in that I ordered work to return the suspension to factory spec because my tires were wearing too fast with the previous owners custom parts. In September they told me to wait a few weeks before confirming the work because the parts would only take 3-4 days to arrive and they could do the suspension at the same time as switching over to my winter tires once the weather cooled down. I did as they advised and when I authorized the work in October, they gave me a 6 week back-order timeframe for parts. After 6 weeks I called back and they told me the parts would arrive by the end of November. In early December I called back and they said it should arrive around Xmas time. At Xmas I called back and they told me December 29th. In the first week of January I called back and they told me 'the part was just not be had at this time'. It has been 4 months since I originally took the car in and I've worn through an entire set of tires waiting for this part which they kept promising would arrive 'soon'. But every time they gave me a date and told me it had shipped from Audi in Germany....that was simply not true.Both of us were huge fans of the Audi brand and have owned Audis for years, but after this experience my partner has gone to BMW and I am in the process of trading in my car and neither of us will ever go near any Audis ever again.
