Came in to buy a simple mirror for my Tacoma. Asked in the beginning if they had any with turn signal. They looked them up and said they had one. They asked if I wanted the cheaper one after I had clarified my needs. I said yes because I had clarified what was needed. I even asked once more at the end to verify it was the one with a blinker. They special ordered and charged me freight which was expected.A week later the part shows up. I open the box and no blinker. They wouldn't even pay me back the freight they charged me for the wrong. All they said is " you said you wanted the cheaper one" even though I explicitly said with the blinker. They never even had the correct part so they litterally just sold me what ever they had.Jon and Martin. Take responsibility for the mistake and make it right! I will never go here again.

JON is the man!! I am a local and a regular and every time I come in I get the best customer service. Everyone is great at this location but I try and get helped from Jon every time! Exceptional service, great attitude he is a golden example of fantastic service especially at a auto part store where service is extremely vidal in the success of basic maintenance and upkeep. When you have an employee like this it keeps customers coming back and loyal to the brand!!! Thank you JON and thank you advanced auto parts.

Great store, awesome service. Sean S. and Erik are top-notch, easy to work with and helpful as can be! I had a tricky multi-part repair with core charges and other craziness, but it got handled perfectly! I'd give the guys at Advanced on 30th in Boulder six stars if I could!

The best Advance Auto Parts hands down!I have been doing business with this storefront for over three years now - the team here is always dependable, incredibly knowledgeable, and will help you with whatever issue you may be facing.I have learned so much about my car from this team - specifically Sean, John, and Erik are amazing.I will definitely keep coming back - the customer service is top notch!

Went to O Reillys who were not open despite store sign saying they were open an hour ago. Hopped over to Advance. The manager helped me out, found the exact part despite the computer saying they didn t have the right one. Helped me on a quick installation and saved me a couple hundred bucks at the dealership. Top notch service, well done and thank you! Will be my first stop next time I need parts and support.

Shout out to Nate who helped my daughter, at student at CU Boulder, find the right part at the right price to fix her headlights. He was professional, respectful and helpful in replacing both bulbs. The staff go the extra mile to take care of their customers, and I experienced this in my visit yesterday. I bought a new battery for my car keys, and the cashier went ahead and changed it out for me on the spot (without me even asking him to do so)!I also bought a part of windshield wipers, which ended up being incorrect for my car. Sean went truly above and beyond to ensure that I not only could return the windshield wipers in exchange for the proper pair (Initially, I hadn't asked for a receipt, which was a bad idea!), he also took the time to explain to me why they were incorrect. He then installed the new pair for me!Fantastic service; I will be relying on this store for all future auto part needs.

Super helpful and great customer service! I had to replace a gas cap to pass emissions, and Nate was friendly on the phone to confirm they had the part, and Erik was awesome and helped me swap it out and made sure it fit. Really fast service and was able to get emissions dones quickly after. Thank you!

Everyone was super helpful and Eric was so kind and patient as he put new batteries into both of my key pods for me. Great service from when I first called to see if they had the car battery I needed, install of that, and then the key pod batteries which were a pain!

I don t know much about cars which I understand can be frustrating for auto store staff. Sean was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt a lot more confident when I left as to how I should proceed. He got me all of the parts I needed, helped me locate and clean my MAF sensor, and was just overall pleasant to be around. Definitely will be returning!

I went into Advanced Auto parts to get some windshield wipers for a car, I spoke with Jon and he was extremely helpful and even showed me how to install them. Going to an auto parts store can be intimidating but this was one of the best experiences I've had.

Erick was so awesome and helpful along with the other employees too. They stood outside in 10 degree weather to educate me on the quality and condition of my rotors and brake pads to make sure I wasn t getting ripped off at any repair shops. Best and most honest auto shop in town.

The best customer service I ve ever received at a business. The people who work here truly go the extra mile to make sure you re well taken care of, whether it s installing your new windshield wipers, helping you buy the correct parts for your car, or giving you honest, knowledgeable advice about your vehicle. The manager, Sean, could not have been more kind and helpful when I came in stressed out and confused about how to deal with a failing alternator. So glad I found this place!

I came in for a turn signal malfunction and worked with Manny and the manager, Sean. Manny was helpful and Sean was knowledgeable in helping me fix the problem which went beyond merely needing a new bulb. I appreciate that they went the extra mile to help me out and because of my extremely positive, first time experience I will be returning in the future for my car part needs.

Love this store! Sean helped me with a diagnostic that saved me alot of money. Also sold me the part that holds my hood up, AND he installed it for me. He said the dealership would have charged $40 for a 3 minute install, and that "he couldn't let me pay that." These people are the best!!

I got an oil change at Jiffy Lube. They checked my air filter and said it needed replacing but they didn't have one. They sent me to Advance Auto Parts. THANK YOU FOR THAT JIFFY LUBE!Jon was right there to look up the correct product for my car make model and year. The one that showed up looked different than the one that Jiffy Lube showed us - the one they removed from my car and then reinstalled so that I could go pick up a new one.It was confusing because the "wrong" one (the one for the S model) looked like the one that was in the car. Jon asked if we could get it out of the car and show him. Problem: It required some tools we didn't have. Jon came right outside in the heat of the day (at least in the mid 90s) and proceeded to remove all the bolts from the cover of the air filter. We took the old one in and compared it in shape and size to the one that they had for the S model. It was identical. Turns out the other one had a little handle that helped to remove it but otherwise the parts were identical. He then came out and reinstalled it for us.We were astonished at this level of service and we want to tell Jon's supervisors that he is a total keeper. He has made a new customer for Advance Auto Parts. Thanks Jon. You are a really great guy.

Almost always have the part i need... Customer service could be improved, please wash your hands also. Auto places hire grease monkeys, but they also sell a plethora of hand cleaners!

I needed a battery tested (ended up needing a new battery). When the test initially wouldn't run, the staff was very helpful in explaining why. After I purchased the battery, despite the pouring rain, the staff were extremely helpful in installing the new battery and ensuring everything worked as expected before I left.They also do a very good job organizing the store and ensuring all the isles are clean when they aren't busy with a customer.Overall extremely satisfied.

Very helpful and reasonable. My car requires two different wiper blade lengths and they were able to mix and match so I was only charged for one pair instead of two. Free installation took <5 min.

I was able to take advantage of a free diagnostic reading. I apologize for not getting the salesperson s name. However, the store was busy, and the salesman with the darker peppered beard could not have been more helpful and kind forwards my son and I, who know nothing about cars. Thank you for making time for us. You were right about the spark plugs and coils, and we were able to get the car fixed under warranty this weekend. We will be back.

The other location is much closer to me but the service here is leagues above the other. Staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Store is well stocked and clean

Twice my engine misfired, same symptom different problem. First it was an engine coil, then it was the o2 sensors. Advanced Auto does free code scans, and this has saved me so much time and money. Kent has given me solid advice to fix it myself, not once, but both times. He's a very insightful individual, who's kind and eager to help. He informed me about the loaner tools which saved me another $50. I know I can get parts cheaper online, but with how much money I saved through Advanced Auto I think it's appropriate to support this business. The customer service of all individuals at this location is top notch. I drive the 50min it takes to get there, compared to the 20min to get to the nearest shop simply because I know that the service I will get here will not disappoint or confuse matters. I highly recommend this location as the staff is absolutely excellent.

Went in to get some windshield wipers. Asked if they would match the price that they were advertising online (on the Advanced Auto Parts website). After mulling it over and wasting my time for 5 minutes the employee told me they do not match their online prices. If I wanted to get the cheaper online price, I would have to order it online and select store pickup, in which case, after the computer system process it in 10+ minutes, they claimed they would honor that price. Classic bait-and-switch advertising. My time is valuable and I m happy taking my business elsewhere.

My biggest take away from this location is slow service. I have been to many auto parts stores and I have never waited so long to purchase a single item. Half the time there is only one person near the counter and most of the time they are on the phone ignoring the mounting line that is forming. Yes the staff is friendly and helpful but they should not be ignoring the customers in their brick and mortar stores. The only reason I frequent this place is because it is conveniently close. I will have to consider going elsewhere as being ignored when I'm giving you my money is not okay.

Super helpful staff, let me borrow tools very knowledgeable. Was there for over an hour cleaning my max air flow sensor and they helped whenever possible. Well run, well staffed, check em out if you need anything for your car

Ordered a battery online, was ready to pick up in 30 minutes and they installed it for free! Hooked my car to a charger so I didn't lose any settings from disconnecting the battery and installed wipers that I had bought elsewhere. I tipped the guy $20 and highly recommend!
