This place is the best. My car went in with hail damage and wrecked side from a lady side swiping me. I picked up my car today and it looks brand new. They even detailed the inside. If there were 10 I would give it to them. I highly recommend them. They guys that work there are so nice and professional. Especially Eric. Would not recommend. Not only did they not fix my car, they actually made the damage worse. After fixing part of the damage they told me it would an extra 1000 dollars to make it look correct. After i declined to pay more they said they would finish the work for the agreed price without fixing cosmetic damage. When driving the car home after picking it up, all the parts of my undercarriage guard fell off. After having another company look at it, they said the parts were never even reattached! When I went back ABC refused to fix it and told me it would cost $400 for there mistake. Safe to say I would not recommend or return for service. I selected ABC due to the lower cost of the service. It s clear that the cost of service reflected the work done. ABC clearly has no experience or customer service skills and has no idea what they are doing. Next time I ll select the company that is a little more expensive with people that actually know what they are doing.

I had the absolute best experience with ABC Auto. They were very professional and did a great job fixing my car. The front of my car was hit my shrapnel, they replaced all the broken bits with new ones, the car looked great when it was finished, and they also gave it a deep inside clean. I would highly recommend using ABC for your auto detailing needs. Great team, very fair and honest.Services: Electrical, Auto detailing

I took my brand new car (BMW iX) here after my son opened his grandfather's car door right into the side of mine (sigh). I was distraught. First of all, Trevor helped buff out the dark paint and made it look 80% better right there and then (free of charge). Then, they gave me a few options on fixing the small dent, and were honest about which they thought I should go with--not just the more expensive option. I'd happily bring my car back here for repair in a heart beat.

After an unfortunate incident with a cement pole, I called ABC to get an estimate on fixing my car. To be clear, I didn't have a lot of money and I needed to be able to fix the car quickly and for as little expense as possible.The team at ABC helped me to find the parts from a used lot, and we're able to repair my car for a fraction of the cost of the estimates that other shops. They scheduled the work to be done quickly, and the customer service was excellent.The car looks great, almost as if the whole thing never happened.

Ok, I feel compelled to write a review after picking up my car from ABC. First off, the car is squeaky clean inside and out. The repair made the car look 10 years newer than it was. Eric is pleasant, peaceful, and knowledgeable his customer service was top notch, keeping me informed throughout the two weeks and delivering my car 3 days earlier than previously promised. The sweet dog in the front office and everyone greets you warmly. Highly recommend without hesitation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The absolute best in town! I have used ABC three times now, and each experience was easy, insanely fast, and their customer service is excellent. No one wants to deal with car repairs, but they make it as pleasant an experience as possible. So today crossed the line. Found out leaking from sun roof was because they failed to install the drain tube back properly. But let's just say it slipped off since the car is 4 years old. Still doesn't make me happy when I got my car back that my c pillars were not reinstalled correctly, rain gaurds were not reinstalled properly, my driver side sun blocker now falls off of I pull it down and turn it to the side, there was paint over spray which I had to acetone off glass, they broke off clips that held the bumper and grill together and broke another small plastic piece in my trunk.... the guys were nice to work with I guess since I they also didn't reinstall a seal under my hood correctly they got me fixed up for that issue, but don't really wanna go back from Denver to boulder for stuff I fixed my self because they can't reinstall stuff

The primary reason I would not recommend ABC is due to the poor workmanship in the repair they performed. Joints in the metal paneling that they repaired are uneven and do not line up, and the paint job has several obvious bubbles and bumps. When I pointed out the paint issues the service rep told me "we don't have a sterile environment for painting", which I interpret to mean other customers can expect similar results.Aside from the actual repair job, ABC did not review the insurance quote thoroughly enough to notice it did not cover all the repairs that were needed. This was only noticed a month after they received the quote, after they had taken apart my car at the shop, so the car sat in the shop for a week without them working on it, because ABC would not even order parts before settling the matter with the insurance company.Lastly, ABC cleaned the car before I picked it up, but the amount of excess cleaner (vinyl conditioner?) inside the car that was not wiped up is crazy. There are pools of it in places, and many surfaces that were sprayed but not wiped so it looks worse than when I dropped it off. All the windows have a heavy film of cleaner residue on them too. I honestly wish they didn't try to clean the interior, it would have saved me time.There must be a better body shop in town. The cleaning and the delay from the estimate oversight are annoying but the low quality of workmanship in the actual bodywork is something you should be aware of.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Thank you, Trevor! Working with ABC Auto Body was the bright spot in dealing with insurance delays for some relatively minor repairs after a small fender bender. From the first time I called until the day I picked up my car, Trevor was always helpful, friendly, and understanding. My car is not only repaired but totally clean! Customer service is a rarity now and I am so grateful to have experienced with this transaction.

We had an amazing experience with ABC. Customer service was exceptional and we were kept in the loop every step of the way with a complicated claim that involved two insurance companies. The owner handled everything and made the entire process effortless. Given todays supply line issues,, the repair was done on time as promised. Just got my Ford Escape back from the shop, and I am so thankful for the amazing job they did. My car was hit by the hailstorm in May and needed a lot of work. Thankfully ABC Auto Body was able to get my car in at a decent time and do amazing work! My car looks brand new! They were very friendly, and they were honest about the time it would take to get done. I m so glad I took my car here. I would highly recommend this company.

I took my car there after getting hit in a parking lot. Trevor was amazing throughout the whole experience. I had kind of a time constraint and he worked with me to make sure it was done when I needed it. When I went to pick it up, the whole car had been detailed inside and out on top of fixing what needed to be fixed! I would hands down recommend this place to anyone!

Anti-masker alert: No one in the office or shop is wearing a mask. I wish that was the only reason for leaving a poor review. My vehicle was brought to them for repair after an accident. I understand they cannot control parts being delayed and some human error. However, Darin was a master gaslighter and treated me horribly throughout the experience. Two days after getting my vehicle back, I had to take the vehicle back to them because they did not properly reinstall the visors. They just fell out when I tried to use them. Never once was there an acknowledgement of their mistake or any apologies for the sloppy work or the inconvenience of the time. I had just gotten the vehicle back earlier that week and had to sanitize every surface since they are not wearing masks or doing any surface cleaning. So I had to yet again sanitize every surface today when I brought it back in to fix their mistake. Again, I understand the delays in parts, however, for the 2nd month they had my vehicle, no matter how many times I asked for a realistic estimate, I kept being told it would be done by the end of that week. I spent hours having to make phone calls because of their old school sleezy used car salesman tactics. Perhaps they only treat women this way. Aside from the lazy improper installation of the visors, the actual work itself seems okay for now, but I just got the vehicle back, so who knows. I could list more harmful and unprofessional interactions, but this should provide a broad enough scope of why anyone should avoid going here.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

Initial estimate for a repair of back bumper and one tail light was 3-4 days.I delivered the car on Tuesday morning and was expecting it ready before the weekend.When I had not heard anything on Friday I called them. They told me they needed to take a look at it and they would call back. They never did. I called them again in the afternoon and got the same answer. This time they did call back to say it would not be ready before the weekend.The following Tuesday (7 days) I call them again and then I hear that there is hidden damage that they will have to clear with my insurance.Nothing for the rest of the week until they call me on Friday to tell me it will be ready on Monday. I should wait for their call. Monday I was traveling in the afternoon and my wife picked up the car - 13 days after we dropped it off.Their process is obviously broken, they do a bad job of keeping the customer up to date and did not seem to check for additional damage until very late in the game.The work seems to be good and thats why I give them two stars.

I was sideswiped on the freeway recently and the passenger side of my 2015 Ford was gouged from bumper to bumper. I initially called Caliber Collision because it was closest to me but they informed me they don't work on aluminum.My next call was to ABC Autobody and I spoke with Trevor. Immediately he walked through the process of the insurance claims/counter claims etc. and was very informative of the process. In addition he was very upfront and honest with the timelines of the repair.He organized a pickup from the shop to get me situated with a rental car both when I dropped the truck off for repairs and picked it up. The truck came out good as new. The running board replacement was on backorder but he assured me that it would be a quick and easy install once the part gets in. I understand bodywork is a timely endeavor but they completed the repairs on my truck in a very timely fashion.Will hopefully not have to utilize their services again but would definitely recommend them if you get into a fender bender. 11/10Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Quality of repairs and attention to detail were abysmal. My vehicle was returned with new scratches that ABC refused to claim responsibility for. After scheduling over a month out, minor repairs took well over two-weeks due to poor scheduling & communication with Progressive Insurance and ABC ordering the wrong parts for my vehicle. No apology or reply was ever received after taking the time to send a written letter voicing my concerns to management. The shop over-promised and under-delivered on multiple occasions. I cannot recommend enough that you steer clear of this place and take your vehicle elsewhere. If Google gave me the option, I would give zero stars instead of one.

This was one of the worst car related experiences I've ever had. The staff I dealt with on the phone was great - really helpful, responsive, friendly. However the actual work was terrible. It was like a high schooler did it. When I picked my car up the first time (after about a month) they had done an awful job on every aspect of the repair (bumper didn't fit, hail had not been fixed, door was not aligned correct) and I had to haggle with them to properly fix it and actually use OEM parts. Then about another 2 months of back and forth, where they ultimately never fixed the car properly. I'm also still finding random bolts popping off the interior and my taillight screws were loose causing the taillight to pop off. Go to a better quality company, don't be tricked but their friendly phone staff.

I'm late in submitting this review but must as the experience was exceptional. In September of last year, our teenage daughter was rear-ended while driving around town. Our SUV sustained quite a bit of damage in the rear resulting in the need for auto body repair. The insurance of the driver at fault recommended ABC Auto Body and so happy they did. Not only are the repairs top notch, the customer service went above and beyond. Trevor was such a pleasure to work with - friendly, professional and always in communication. Our car was not only repaired but cleaned. And, even on a subsequent visit in which one additional piece needed to be added... our car was cleaned again! I would highly recommend ABC Auto Body to anyone in need of this service!

I accidentally scratched the front left side of my car and thought that I needed to replace the entire front bumper of my car. To my surprise, like 90% of the scratch came off with a small dab of paint thinner and the repair was no longer necessary. Daren was very helpful and although I didn't need to use their services, I would definitely recommend.

I can't speak to price as thankfully insurance covered all of it but I could not have been more grateful for the help Darren and Trevor provided. Darren kept me up to date and informed me what the damages were and Trevor was helpful on the pick-up. This is the first time i ever had to do any body work on my car, these guys were great. Worked great with the insurance because they are so well known around here. The work was done in a decent amount of time, even though it was -10 outside most of that week. The work looked amazing. I am very very pleased. Go here! :)

My daughter is attending CU and I (her father) live out-of-state. She cracked up her SUV and I needed to choose a shop without being there or knowing people who had any experience with this in Boulder. I made my decision soley off of the reviews on line. This was a little scarey and I could not believe Bernie was as good as so many say. Bottom line, Bernie was fast, efficient and always gave me status calls without me asking. I have no idea if the price was the lowest I could have received, but I will pay for top quality service and being able to trust a person like I do with Bernie. When he overlooked something in the estimate, he called me and was frank and apologetic. We had a small thing that needed to be addressed after I paid and the truck was returned and Bernie handled this in the most amazing way. He actually had a mechanic from across the road address the issue because that mechanic had better knowledge. He did not charge a dime for this and treated my daughter like she was his own. I could not more highly recommend a body shop than ABC.
