What an amazing crew that not only takes care of the family but cars too! Knew I had something wrong with my car, came here to CB to have a second opinion, and they truly went above and beyond. Not only do they offer shuttle service to and from your home, but when they took a look at my car they not only found the problem, fixed other extremely dangerous issues that were caused by a different place, and had my vehicle safe and running the same day. Truly this place is top notch with extraordinary people. Thanks CB crew!

Fare and honest. I brought my truck in and when the inspection was complete I was informed of work needed now and work to be completed later. I felt like the staff cared and Cliff was very helpful during the process. I would recommend the Berthoud location to anyone.

First time to CBA. We usually go to a different local shop that we've been going to for the past 7 years, however, in a pinch they weren't able to get us in for another week and we had an urgent vehicle need so I looked around. We lile being faithful to the auto shop that's been good to us and it's hard to find a shop to trust that provides good and honest services. CBA was great. They were able to get us in right away and did a lot of work in a fairly short amount of time. They did 6 services and 1 major repair in less than 48hrs! The price was fair given the amount of work and it didn't vary greatly from the original estimate. It increased by about $400, after the initial estimate. That is a lot, but it was a lot of work and we anticipated it may go up by some. They did call ahead of time to give us the increased estimate price after getting into the engine. They have a courtesy car to give you a ride home, it was clean and the driver was very nice. If you're waiting there's a comfy seating area, reading material, a nicely stocked mini fridge with a variety of drinks and also some snacks. There's also an old school arcade game with different game options, Mrs. Pacman, Galactica, etc. If I had a quarter I would have played! They should give you a couple free plays if you're waiting. At least if you have a kiddo with you, because who carries around quarters anymore. Bathrooms were clean! Yay! That's always a huge plus. From the online appointment, to the daily communication and pick up arrangement, everything was great from start to finish. Cliff was our point of contact and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. Would recommend to anyone looking for auto services in Berthoud or surrounding area.

Everything was fast and efficient, there was no shaming in any way about the fact that we hadn t had an oil change in far too long.They also did a free inspection report and despite several things we probably need to do for normal wear and tear, at no point did they pressure me to do any extra work or guilt me for not getting something done like I have experienced at most car repair places.I will happily do business with them again!

Great experience with this shop. Very clean, professional, and unquestionable expertise. But the part I liked most is they were very honest. I had taken my vehicle in for something that would ve cost me $1,000 and this shop informed me that the task wasn t needed at this time. I respect that kind of honesty and will take my vehicle there again when necessary.

We have always had our Chevy Cruze serviced at the dealership and after receiving a quote from them for repairs, we decided to get a second opinion with Christian Brothers. I explained to Cliff that the car had 210k miles on it and the quote we received was more than the value of the car and they agreed to take a look for us at no charge. Even though their quote came in 30% lower than the dealer, we decided not to do the repairs and will most likely donate the vehicle. I really appreciated the time they spent and the detailed estimate with photos of all the parts and pieces that needed attention. They were very thorough and friendly and it was a pleasure to work with Cliff. Many thanks for your help!

Very nice staff, highly responsive, did precisely what they said that they would do in a timely manner. Well documented what work was done, and pictures were offered! Shady mechanics don t actually show what they did. Well done CBA-Berthoud.

Absolutely amazing customer service. My fianc� and I were driving to the airport for our wedding and got a flat. We ran over a screw on the interstate. Christian Brothers got us in immediately, patched our tire and had us back in the road in under an hour so we could make our flight. I highly recommend them!

Over the past two weeks, I ve had the pleasure of taking two cars in for maintenance. The service is professional, communication is very prompt and clear, and I have been treated with honesty and respect. I appreciated the digital vehicle inspection with photos and videos to review, as well - helpful to reference when talking about recommendations. Always liked Christian brothers as a franchise in general and been to several over the yrs. These guys in Berthoud are in a league of their own on the customer service front. From the greeting at the front desk, to the quick turnaround, to the cleaning lady who helped me figure out the coffee machine just felt like old friends. My first time at this branch I happened to be installing some HVAC up the street, but it felt like I d been coming here for years. Can t say enough about the staff at the Berthoud CB. Thanks guys I ll see you next time!

Christian Brothers Automotive in Berthoud replaced the engine on our SUV. The quote was competitive and their professionalism inspired so much confidence that we opted to have them do it, rather than our local dealer in Fort Collins.Chris provided a clear timeline and communicated regularly. Chris and his mechanics did a great job of the engine replacement and delivered on time. All in all, a great experience!

I took my 4Runner here last year. They overcharged and the problems only got worse. I'm only just now getting around to posting a review because I have been so frustrated. This shop is horrible. Don't waste your money. By the way I'm writing this while sitting in a real mechanics shop having the repairs done correctly this time.

Repair front wheel drive transfer case or maybe it's called front differential. I was very disappointed in how the whole process was handled. My expectations were completely different than what happened. What was explained to me as needing to be replaced, ie the whole unit, ended up being "no we were just going to replace some parts", now we have to replace everything. I paid them to check it out and see what was wrong, ahead of time. They did and then come to find out they really didn't open it up to look at it until they started to fix it. At least that's how I feel about it. If I had known I had to do the whole thing like for that final price I would have just sold the truck and got a new one. That's enough I don't need to say anymore.

Great team, really helped get my car to where it mechanically needed to be. The retro tabletop video game is clutch. Robert was very personable and fun to chat with, and he really understood what I needed to get my idle dialed in. Whenever I can I try to support local businesses. That's why I recently took my vehicle to Berthoud Christian Brothers Automotive (BCBA) for some repair work. The moment I walked through the door I knew this was a first class operation run by the owner Chris T. The automotive shop, lobby, waiting area, & restroom were the cleanest I've ever seen for this type of business thereby demonstrating a great deal of organizational pride. After technician Dylan C. completed the courtesy inspection it confirmed the repairs I knew my vehicle needed (new front brake pads & rotors, a brake flush, a new drive belt, & a battery terminal service to clean some corrosion). BCBA quoted me a very fair price for these repairs which included a cost free alignment check. The BCBA mechanics did a great job completing this repair work in a timely manner & I was able to pick up my vehicle the same day. The repair work was so thorough they also discovered a loose drain plug they snugged back down & cleaned which undoubtedly saved me some future problems. The BCBA Team is top notch especially service advisor Bob F. who provided me with excellent customer service by keeping me updated, thoroughly answering my questions, & addressing related concerns regarding my vehicle. In the future I will certainly highly recommend BCBA to anyone in need of comprehensive & professional vehicle repair work at a very fair & competitive price. Thanks again to the entire BCBA Team for doing a great job & being so easy to work with!James

Super service once again! Had a dead battery, the guys came to pick up my car, took it back to the shop, replaced the battery and brought it back .all within a hour, possibly less! Impressive to say the least. Thank you Christian Brothers!

Had an 11am appointment to align my Silverado. When I got there they had my truck on the rack in minutes and were finished within an hour. No pressure up sales, just did what I asked for. I also thought the price was reasonable.

Be careful with this place. We brought our car that was working well in for an oil change, and came home with a long list of expensive things we needed to fix. Even though we know it needs some work, some of the things that have not been a problem with this car, are all of sudden broken. We have a check engine light on, no power steering and no reasonable response about how all of sudden it is not working. By the way, this is my son's car and was scheduled under his name. He brought his car in, in good faith, hoping to get a nice oil change. Now it is parked in our driveway because this place did not offer to even look at what might have happened when we called, they just kept saying they would send us their reports. We just wanted an oil change.

Worked with Bob, the automotive manager, on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. It originally needed full fluid service and I had to have it towed from Greeley to Berthoud because my electrical failed. His Team was able to determine that my alternator needed replacement, and found other leaks and issues that were critical, if not fixed. Because of complications it took three days to complete, but given the required work, that was necessary and worth it. Christian Brothers is cheaper than an authorized dealer on both parts and labor. I would recommend them. You have an option to choose the work you want done and your work remains on a tally for later jobs if you disapprove anything for your list. This allows you to keep updated with your Maintanence due. Very satisfied with the CHRS. BRO S in Berthoud!

Great service. I called ahead and asked if they could replace my wiper blades. I came in and within 15 minutes I was out with new blades installed. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Very attentive staff with thorough knowledge of vehicles. I asked for a tire rotation and was told it was not necessary, actually tried to save me money. We will be back!!
