I have used B-town multiple times for automotive repairs. Everyone at B-town is honest, friendly and reliable. They provided upfront pricing and repairs were made in a timely manner. They have earned a lifetime customer, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about my awesome experience with B-town automotive.

The team at B-Town Automotive are my heroes! They were able to diagnose an issue with my Toyota Sienna that even the dealership could not figure out! Such helpful, friendly folks, knowledgeable, hard-working, thorough, and a clean facility.The best part? They are pet-friendly! The Canine Staff offer a friendly welcome and are the perfect company for while you are waiting! If only more businesses would follow suit!Thank you for everything, B-Town Automotive! B-town Automotive is amazing!! We read reviews and decided to check them out. They do have that small town family feel. They got us in for both out cars on short notice. They have worked with us, have been extremely understanding and didn t pressure us when we couldn t fix one of the vehicles. They have gone above and beyond. I couldn t be happier with the service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Having taken my car here multiple times, these guys are always honest and forthright with their estimates and work needed. Have never had to leave my vehicle there for more than a day and the repair costs have always been competitive to shops in larger markets. I have been a very happy customer with them for over 3 years now. I recently had some work done that had some issues after I got my car back. When I went to them to help me resolve it they went far above and beyond to make it right. The owner called me and she and I had an extensive conversation. She s taking every measure to ensure it doesn t happen again and that my trust is earned back and maintained in addition to doing so much more to make it right. I ve never experienced any other business work as hard as they have to correct their mistakes and protect their customer relationship. The staff is awesome! They are very family friendly, honest, and do quality work. We did have a bit of an issue with our A/C after they fixed it. They got it right in, owned up to making a VERY minor mistake and made it right! I highly recommend them!

Went to B-town cause a coworker talked very highly about them! After two weeks of trying to figure out what s wrong with my car, after going to the dealership and a tire shop. B-town figured it out in just hours! They were very fast and very helpful! They gave details of exactly what was wrong and how their gonna fix it! Now I talk super highly about them! Even sent a friend their!

B-Town Automotive is trustworthy! When I am in need of car repairs, the very thought, in the past, would give me a stomachache and fear of someone taking advantage of my automotive ignorance. My age and gender seems like a beacon to crooks. However, I have no fear now that my children told me about B-Town! I have had need of their services several times and have found them knowledgeable, helpful, kind and prompt. I have actually called around to other service shops and every time was told a much bigger number than I was quoted at B-Town. They are honest and fair. I highly, highly recommend B-Town!

We took our Jeep in to B-Town. They took care of us very quickly. We needed a lot of work. They got it fixed quickly & the total was less than the the top estimate price & just a little over the bottom estimate. We will definitely go there again when we need work on our Jeep.

B-Town came through for me once again! As usual, they made a detailed diagnosis, explained all the options and then gave me a firm price for the repair. Their estimated completion date was met, even though I mentioned there was no rush on my end.To sum it up, there's simply no BS at B-Town!

We had both our vehicles worked on by Btown. Mine last year in 2022 and my husband's today. Btown is nothing but the best. Fast, friendly, professional services. They are by far the best automotive business. The prices are reasonable, and they do it in a timely manner. They greet you with a smile and you leave a happy customer. I LOVE B-TOWN!!! Jim and Karen always treat us like family; they treat all of their customers like family! I never have to worry that they are going to treat me differently because I am a woman. They always call with an estimate before they start any work. They give me options for the repairs, i.e. you can fix a,b, and c OR just a for now and we'll keep b & c in mind for later. I never feel like they are trying to up-sell me and that they truly have their customer's best interests at heart. And lastly, I love that they are not a part of a large chain. They are local! They live local and buy local and my family likes to try to keep our business local whenever it is possible. Thank you, B-Town!

If you want great customer service and honest, quality care then bring your cars to B-town. Seriously. I have been a customer at B-town for a few years and with a few different cars. I know close to nothing about cars especially when it comes to repairs and sadly I have been taken advantage of in the past at other shops. B-town is the first and only shop that has made me feel 100% comfortable and completely confident that not only are they providing the best service but they are doing it honestly. Not only are they doing it honestly, they have always found the most cost effective ways to help as well. There is NEVER any pressure or rushing you into service. I will ever only go to and recommend B-town.

I am so impressed with B-Town Automotive. Their customer service is second to none. Sam, in particular, has great etiquette when it comes to professionalism. They did great work on my aging car, hopefully extending its usefulness for many more thousands of miles. I can't believe how smooth she's running after getting new fuel injectors. I'm also very pleased with the warranty on the work they did, guaranteeing it for 36 months or 36,000 miles. They're always very clear and transparent about explaining the repairs they do. We thought we were having a problem with our brakes and we needed our car looked at as quickly as possible. The folks at B Town were awesome. They got our car in to look at our brakes promptly. Provided us with a ride home and got back to us with the diagnosis quickly. The cost was beyond fair and they have definitely won our future business.Service: Brakes

I appreciate that I feel heard as a customer (even though I know nothing about cars) and they really have my best interest in mind. I manage a fleet of 15 vehicles for Jim and Dave's Appliance. We use B-Town Automotive for everything we can and will use them for any expanded service they get as they grow. The pricing is fair and the work is reliable. They communicate everything very quickly! Even when things don't go perfect, which is rare here, they always take care of us and make it right. If you have hundreds or only 1 vehicle they will keep your wheels on the road.

Great customer service and friendly staff. My car was done quickly and properly. I even had an old repair from another shop that they advised I get them to correct it so I would get charged for something that should be covered. I appreciate their honest approach! I will be back.

Driving to work at 5 am I had several warning lights turn on for my Subaru outback. My husband called btown auto and made an appointment for the next day. We dropped it off there a day early at about 9 am just so we wouldn't end up stranded or not able to get it to the shop. They went above and beyond and got it fixed PLUS an oil change the same day we dropped it off. Love working with this place and can't imagine going anywhere else!! Btown went far beyond "Good Service". I took my truck in for a check engine light and ended up needing a major service. They gave me a fair quote for the work that needed to be done and finished it in a timely manner. I then had another problem right after, they went above and beyond anything any other shop has ever done, to help me out.
