They do not deserve one star. BEWARE! Make sure to read their lengthy contract. First of all, they are not there on week ends when most people move. If you call with a need, forget it. I called on two different occasions left messages and did not hear back til 2 days later on both calls.Being a new facility, they should have checked each unit to make sure they were accessible because the 1st unit I was not able to open because the lock was not lined up with the opening, so the lever was stiff. I tried several times. That was one weekend wasted. Also, there was a huge section of ice by the door to enter the building that they neglected to address. I was concerned about falling.So the next time I came I was all set to move into another unit and when I asked for the equipment, I could not believe what they expected me to use. They had two small, flimsy pieces of equipment that quite honestly I have never seen at any other facility in my lifetime. It was not professional by any standard. I have moved a lot and have stored a lot and never had I seen anything like that. I would have had to make 30 trips. No wonder they are open til 11 pm. So I decided I wanted to cancel after 4 mistakes on their part and they refused to return my $50 when I never even got to move in. The female, who initially tried to come off as friendly and helpful is a phony. She had the nerve to tell me she would not refund my money because I did not move in right away. How lame is that? Yeah, the 1 st week we had sub zero weather. I tried right after it got warmer which was after the first week when I ran into their issues. All of this happened within 3 weeks and she should have refunded my money.It s always a good business practice to refund someone s money when the company does not deliver what is expected.

Owners are super helpful and quick to alleviate any issues you are concerned about. We booked a unit that was too small and Nick to not only get us a bigger one but one accessible to handicapped individuals when he realized my husband was disabled. Highly recommend them!

Great clean and safe facility with options for a variety of storage units from inside and out large and small.Staff is very helpful and they give you that small town customer service.If you need storage this is your place.

Chinese and Nick are very easy to deal with. The storage unit fits my needs perfectly. Plus the monthly rent is less than most places. I like that the storage unit is within mile of my residence.

Great experience! Clean and secure storage in a great location.Scheduled office hours, so you can always have an in person conversation if you'd like. I highly recommend 2ndSt. self storage!

Well, when I first went to go look for a storage. I can't believe the prize. So I went in to make sure it was correct. And it sure was they were terrific about Getting me into a storage great experience wonderful people.

Extremely kind and friendly owners. Worked with us through delays from house. Clean storage unit which is super easy to access. We had a 26 ft truck and it worked out great. Thank you for your great customer service!

Great facility and people! I m very pleased with 2nd St Self Storage. The whole place is clean and nice. Units are spotless and very easy to access. Friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommend.

The location is close to the freeway and easy to navigate in and out of, especially important if you're in a loaded moving truck. The facilities are new, clean, and spacious. Prices are competitive and the customer service from Chineze & Nick were outstanding! End your storage search here!

Incredibly clean place, highly recommend the climate controlled units. It s nice knowing your belongings are safe without worrying about your things deteriorating due to heat, dirt, or snow that can get into other types of storage facilities.

Clean. Private. Everything is new and ready to go. Gate is straight forward. Owners are very polite. Paperwork was fairly simple.
