My car had terrible hail damage from storms this summer. Greg, Victoria and their team did a great job with the repairs. My car looks brand new!

Called to schedule a vehicle to get repaired, Victoria who was nice transfered me over to a person named Greg, he was extremely rude and did not listen to the situation and made his own assumptions. This type of person would gouge you for everything you got. Avoid speaking with him.

Great family owned and operated collision repair shop! After my truck was damaged by a bird strike, I brought it here for repairs. The owner was super friendly and I felt like we'd known each other for years even though we just met. He worked everything through my insurance company and his daughter gave me a ride to Aurora to pick up a rental car while my truck was being repaired, then she drove back to Aurora to pick me up when the truck was done! I can't even tell where the damage was done and the paint is a 100% perfect match!My experiences with body shops in the past have been so bad that I actually put off getting my truck fixed for 3 weeks. But I had such a good experience here that I almost want to wreck my truck again! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing body work done!

Great crew, Greg does all he can to take care of cars repairs!! Insurance claims and adjusters are always an issue with car repairs, and Greg does all he can to help that process move forward.

Guess Corridor Collision gray has gotten to big for customer service. Was told to file a insurance claim before they'll do anything. So I guess I don't want any business anymore. They're too big for her britches. The first time I went there they were great. But now I called them again and was told she s to Busy for me to come in on my day off. I say stay away and let them start bagging for people to come back.

I just used this shop. I will not go anywhere else but here if I need work done in the future. Honest, fair and caring staff. I have used a number of shops over the years and no one in the Denver region compares!

Extremely easy process. I had been rear ended. Corridor Collision handled virtually everything. My truck looks great and it didn't take them long to do the repairs.

I've been to this business once before and had no problems. Did a decent job. So we went back when we needed their services again. After 10 weeks without a car, the job was done, but we had some problems with the car once we got it home. When we informed them of the problems, they inspected the job, said the problem had nothing to do with their repairs, accused us of causing the problem and wanted to charge more. My wife voice her complaint about the extra charge to one of the workers. Soon after, she received a call from the owner where he yelled and cussed at her until she cried. She cried for an hour after. I went in and said "I need to know what's going on", and he proceeded to do the same to me.I don't care what you think of a customer but this is no way to treat anyone. Especially from a business owner. We will never return and I will tell anyone I can to do the same.

I want to start off by saying how nice Victoria was with her customer service.I was less than pleased with dropping my car off for hail damage on October 18th and I knew it would be about 4 weeks. 7 weeks later I now have my car back. I called after the first week to see how things were going because I had not seen the car move from the lot all week. They told me they were waiting to hear back from the insurance company. On October 25th the insurance company asked me what we had decided to do with the car, I told them we dropped it off with Corridor Collision. The insurance company had no idea. My insurance company reached out to Corridor, only for them to say they just got the car. So I was less than pleased that I had been lied to. Lord only knows how long it would have sat before they actually started working on it. 5 weeks go by and I call to check in and Greg was seemingly annoyed that I was calling about my car and told me a week. I called a week later and Victoria was very nice and that Greg would call me back. He never did, so I called him. He once again was very annoyed that I was calling.So after 7 weeks, I have the car. I would say if you enjoy paying for a rental care for 3 weeks longer than you should have, and paying insurance on a car you don t get to drive for almost 2 months, and being lied to about what s being done with your car, then have at it.

Corridor collision did such a fantastic job on the repairs to my vehicle. The owner was extremely helpful and answered every question I had clearly and quickly. They were very accommodating in assisting in the drop off of my rental vehicle, which Hertz was extremely NOT helpful with. It was definitely not their job at all to assist in dropping off my rental vehicle but they did so with no questions asked. They even cleaned the inside out and vacuumed, which was greatly appreciated when I picked it up! I appreciated them so much and would absolutely use them for any repairs in the future.

They did the best the could to get my insurance to cover everything, prompt in fixing and getting parts quickish given the supply chain issues. All mainly undercarriage work, fairly in depth repair but has been solid, no problems, so far, two weeks in. Car was returned washed and all personal items intact. Kind staff and helped me stay organized thx! Will return

This place is TERRIBLE. The owner is the most disrespectful rude person I have ever come across in my life, my truck was at their shop for 2 weeks and they did nothing to it. They ordered me a bumper when the damage was on the BED AND MIRROR ONLY and told me it was my problem when he ordered something I never even wanted (nor did I ever once mention one thing about a bumper), plus the bumper he decided he would order for my truck doesn t even fit the year of my truck. So unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED! I will never go here again and everybody will hear about our terrible experience.

I have a 2008 Convertible Bug...my drivers window would only go up half way..took it in at 830am..finished by 11am...awesome job!! Fantastic service and price!
