I had the unfortunate experience of sliding my vehicle off an icy road and into a ditch. However, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Anthony from Shaun s Towing, my baby was quickly and efficiently rescued from its predicament and back on the road. I must admit, tow companies often receive negative reputations, but Shaun's Towing completely shattered those stereotypes. Their professionalism and expertise were truly impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need. AAA, you've made an excellent choice by partnering with these outstanding individuals.

We were very happy to be rescued in Carbondale on a Sunday. We had to call the police to try to find any help at all. The guy that came out had obviously worked a lot of hours and it was Sunday. He begged the dispatcher on the phone to not send him on any more jobs. It was a pretty uncomfortable convo to hear while we were in the truck with him. We were appreciative of being rescued and gave him a good tip for it (basically out of obligation tion since we made his day so bad) However when he put it on the truck it got our radiator some how and it was another part to add onto our broken car.Service: Car towing
