Went over and asked for an oil change and ended up being charged $127. Bit of a step up from the $40 I used to pay in NY. Service was good but I definitely should have called and got a quote first, that s on me.

I ve been coming to Paul at Quick Lube since I was 16 I m (30 now lol) and I m a customer for life! They always take amazing care of me and my car and I can t recommend them enough!!! Definitely use them if you need tires, oil change, ect! They are the best!!!

Owner Paul and office manager susan- are both awesome- first rate in knowledge and honesty and integrity- if something goes wrong. They're all over it and take care of it and make you feel respected and listened to.For 20 years my wife and I used to go to hightown- John was the owner and was amazing- when he sold it a few years ago. We were a little lost- fortunately our roommate Christine turned us on to Paul at basalt quick lube.We've been with them for the last 5 years- thank you, Christine!

These guys are amazing, the girl behind the counter has a son whos a firefighter so when my crew came to her for our air filter she was extremely helpful, and did everything she possibly could. These are really good people. 10/10 will come here personally.

Had a great first experience here this week. I thought I needed more work than I did! They are honest and want to have your car as a customer for its life. They explained costs and repairs that could/will be up coming. As a female that s newer to the area I was very nervous I was going to get hosed on car repairs. They came on great recommendation from a lovely lady friend of mine and delivered on the service she raves about.

If you want your tires changed VERY early or VERY late in the season, this company is great. If you want this work done in season, this business is a chaotic mess. No reservations, cars parked everywhere, no systems in place AND yet they don't open early (8:00am) and they don't stay open late (closes at 5:00pm SHARP). I would call this bad customer service. If they are that busy, why not expand their hours during peak time? I STRONGLY recommend going to a more professionally run business that takes reservations and has more customer-friendly hours and is easier to do business with.Service: Tires

Every single time i ve been in a hurry or had something pop up out of the blue they were the quickest ones to get us in and get everything taken care of! They re always very professional and personable. They don t lie to us or swindle us and they always take care of us. I wouldn t go anywhere else. Excellent experience here.. came for oil change & tire rotation. Super organized,.. manager is on it.. staff is hustling, proficient, good guys.. didn t try to up-sell me anything.. in & out in less than an hour.. fair pricing.. I like these guys..

They allowed me to bring my own oil and filter, charged me a reasonable rate AND came back to me with a list of repairs they discovered and pinpointed for me to share with a mechanic!!...... And no, they weren't trying to make a sale.... They don't do repairs, so toss that idea aside. Friendly, personable service that included a tire rotation. Quite pleased! Thanks guys, you did service the right way, right from the start

I had a good experience with them. I needed to change some segments on my wheels, but it is impossible because I have no the proper tools. So I just went there and for half and hour everything was done and the price was really cheap according to me. I am so pleased and for sure I`ll be your customer in the future.All best.

Jun 02, 2013 by Shirley Davis,I use them to get new tires. Recently I driving too much because of my new job. It is far away where I living and I need to drive few hours per day. So that`s why I decided to invest some money in my bijou. Now I can say that the situation is different with them. Thanks to that shop everything is great now.

I showed up 15 minutes before close on a Friday with a flat tire (while I was on vacation). They quickly got me in and fixed the flat immediately. Courteous and great service.

Quick Lube is so accommodating and kind. The car is always ready when they say and the price isn't astronomical. I won't go anywhere else.

The employees sound like they don't know what they're doing when asked a simple question, their boss is worse. He's got a short temper and not very nice when you talk to him. They will never have my business and need to learn how to treat customers with respect.

This place is over-priced and the workers have terrible attitudes. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I overheard the manager belittling his workers and using derogatory language in front of everyone. I was charged for six quarts of oil when I should have only been charged for five. Overall, the customer service is horrible. I will never do business with this place again.
