Do not use this company.I bought an $8000 jacuzzi that was installed in May. They broke the drain on installation and I was told it would be up to 6 months to get a replacement. Then they told me "I was lucky" they had a replacement at their shop. Since then I've had sub par service despite paying for weekly cleaning. My tub constantly loses water due to an ill-fitting $1500 cover that they upsold me on. They flat out didn't believe me when I said nobody is using it but it still losing water.They're supposed to drain and clean once every 3 months but they just told me it hasn't been done since may, that's why it's getting so dirty after use.I'm still trying to get them to fix my faulty tub while I itch rashes from getting in for 15 minutes yesterdayEdit 3/6. After 2 months of $2000 utility bills we've elected to turn it off for the winter until the cover is fixed. Have not been contacted by any cover technicians.. And no our tub has never seen 'heavy use'.

Ajax Pool & Spa has since that COVID-19 thing given me a quality of life that is immeasurable.I m a local disabled firefighter and these folks at Ajax help me.I appreciate the way I have and continue to be treated at this business.2 plus years =New hot tub and Jesse helped guide me and my wife through entire process.Everyone from the owner to the folks that help with some of my maintenance have been very helpful and nice.Thanks everyone Service: Spa & hot tub installation

They are the greatest. Another company in the valley said I had to replace my entire spa. Hired Ajax, they were able to evaluate the spa and fix our problem. Saved us a lot of money. I will never use another company to service our spa in the Roaring Fork Valley again. I have used Ajax pool and spa for over twenty years at two locations. They installed a new Spa at our Country Club Townhome where we spent sixteen years and now manage our large swim spa with a hot tub attached for the past four years in our current home. They have rebuilt the entire systems and supplied a new auto top for the pool/ spa. Jesse is a stand up guy and a pleasure to work with.

There's no other way to say it, I love jacuzzi Julie. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of all things jacuzzi, which ensures that you will receive all the pertinent information you need to get the perfect spa. She visited my home and helped me to locate my jacuzzi in the best location (which left to me, I would have messed up). She and her crew are professional and attentive. Most important, Julie is fun! Buying, and using a spa should be fun, and Julie has cornered the market on fun. Do yourself a favor, and buy your spa from Julie, she and her crew will exceed your expectations.

The selection and purchasing process from beginning to end was one of the most pleasant business experiences that we have ever had. The knowledge of Jacuzzi Spas that Julie Phelps and her staff possess is second to none. This can be said of every product they sell. In our situation selecting the right spa for my husband's medical needs was critical.Julie and her staff are not just professional, they are personable and friendly. They have a no-pressure business attitude and they allow the customer to make decisions at their own pace. The entire process for us took approximately 3 years. My husband is a disabled retired police officer and much work had to be done to support a medical hydro-therapy unit for him. Julie worked with my husband's police agency and Workmen's Comp.carrier (in Miami Florida) every step of the way.Our relationship with Ajax Pool & Spa did not end with the purchase of the spa but continues with weekly maintenance and care. Their service is unequalled. We know we will have many, many, years of carefree therapy from our spa.In addition to spas, Ajax Pool & Spa has an outstanding selection of lawn furniture and accessories. The quality of the furniture is as good as it gets. We know because we purchased an entire patio ensemble.Check out the competition, we did. Ajax Pool and Spa sold us a wonderful hut tub and they have maintained it and have kept it in beautiful condition. They service it bi-weekly and advise us when extra service is required. They are totally trustworthy and very reliable. I do not have to worry about anything concerning the hot tub. I am very happy with their service!

This place is great. Between the luxury tubs, outdoor furniture and kitchen equipment, Big Green Egg barbecues, fire tables, and the HOLY AWESOME massage chair, their showroom is impressive. You could make your backyard into a paradise easily from what they have. Julie even offers to help design and install anything you buy, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Ajax Pool & Spa.

Great buying experience from Juliets site visit to the showroom selection of hot tubs available, the staff were able to answer all our questions and were very thorough and knowledgeable on every model we were considering. Am looking forward to the delivery and setup and my first long soak of the skiing season. Thanks for the great service.

Worst pool and spa company, it seems like there is no communication within the company. I schedule an appointment with a worker and tells me he'll contact the technician and I never here from anyone. I order a part and no one can tell when the part will be delivered and once it is there, no one can communicate to inform. There no real good way of scheduling appointments with the office, calls go directly to the technicians and they make their own schedules which are all over the place and claim they are booked for the day.

AJAX POOL OWNER, JESSE, AND HIS TEAM HAVE ZERO COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL GOUGE YOU FOR CHEMICALS AND SERVICE, EVEN IF THEY DON'T CORRECTLY DO THEIR JOB. THEN, THEY WILL CUT OFF YOUR SERVICE, DESPITE BEING PAID IN FULL. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY AND PEOPLE. DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!
