In the past I have had the worst experience with mechanics but these guys are the best and, most importantly, they are honest. They always do a thorough job, are up front about the work and the cost.I have had them do numerous services on my old car that range from oil changes, brake pads, spark plugs, to straight piping the exhaust. Everything has been done well, thanks to Jon and Dwayne.I highly recommend to anyone who cares about their vehicle. In fact, it is only Brian s Automotive that I let work on my car out of the entire Conifer/Pine/Bailey area. So grateful they are here.

My truck lost 4-wheel drive...so I took it in for repairs. It had to be 6-7 months ago, they replaced the shaft to my transfer case. Turns out that the shaft went out again and they replaced it. There was no charge to me. Point being that a less honorable shop could've told me something in the case broke and needed extensive repairs, and I probably would've had it done. I've dealt with Brian, DeWayne and their guys for years and have total trust in their skills and honesty - I recommend Brian's Automotive 100%!

Brian s went over and above to find out what was going on with my car. They fit me in at the last minute and made sure to check all the possible issues that could be causing the problem. Yeah, I ll be honest they did not work in my car but my issue was just a customer service. I tried to schedule a power steering flush. I understand they couldn t do it within the same day of my request, but even then the gentleman who I spoke with, wasn t even willing to get me down on the calendar for that week or that month. I ve honestly never worked with a shop that s done that. So if you re in the Colorado area don t bother go make your way to Grant Automotive

Brian's Automotive has always provided my family with the best service in the area. If they give you a quote, that's what you pay. If they tell you your vehicle will be ready in "X" amount of days, it's ready at that time or sooner. They are an outstanding automotive repair service that you can trust. I had a recommendation from another local shop that Brian's would be a good place to look at the wobble problem on my 2013 Jeep JKU. Boy, were they right! The folks a Brian's did a thorough analysis of the problem and pinpointed the worn parts that were causing the problems. I have to say, with 150K miles on my car, it has NEVER driven better.

TOP NOTCH best automotive service I've ever had! EVER! Professional, honest, caring, conscientious and they know everything automotive. I had an engine check light (due to my not clicking the gas cap twice) on my new/leased vehicle, and didn't want to go down the hill to the dealership - no problem - they took care of it for me. Separate time, had a wheel & tire blow-out and they were fast, reasonably priced, explained things to me. Thank you Brian's Automotive and Diesel! While camping, our 2002 Toyota Landcruiser dropped out of gear. After playing around with it, we figured out we could drive it with the center differential locked, but not without it. We limped to Brian's Automotive with the hope that they could help us diagnose it and let us know if it was safe to drive to North Denver. I had visions of our transmission blowing up on some hill with a line of angry drivers behind us.Jon and Dwayne figured out what was wrong in about 5 minutes - a stripped CV axle that had lost connection with the wheel. They advised us against driving it like that and while I thought we'd be spending the night in a hotel in Bailey, they got the part in a 1/2 hour and had the repair completed an hour later.Our heartfelt thanks to everyone there at Brian's automotive. An honest and friendly mechanic! What more could you ask for?I've been going to Brian's Automotive for years now and they are always honest and kind. I am so glad I found a team I could trust to keep my family safely on the road. They also understand vehicle care pertaining to driving these back mountain roads and higher elevations. I've used Brian's for a few years now. They always do a good job at a fair price. Even when the cost is much less than their estimate, they charge me the lower, cheaper amount. Had an oil and filter change done. Also wanted to have front suspension checked because of some shimmying especially on curves and rough roads. The cause was found to be sidewall damage to a front tire. Appreciate the honesty and not having to pay for any front end work. I will be using them in the future.

At every turn Dwayne and the whole team treat me like family.. I had a tierod (sp?) Go bad and because the previous owner had done a trailer trash repair when front end was thrashed they spend 2 days and NUMEROUS hours of frustration to find a match...then with kindness were apologetic and thanked me for MY PATIENCE...they ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my crazy life and keep me safe ...THANK YOU FOR all you do for me ...Annie Bekuhrs

Formerly Marcy's auto: this place is great, well priced the staff is efficient and friendly. They are busy a lot so call ahead of can. They do good work and care about the community. I wouldn't being my car anywhere else.

My truck sat there all day and never got the work that it was supposed to. I had to initiate the phone call to figure out what was going on. I'm sorry, but usually a business will do that and/or figure out when my truck would be ready. My appointment was held over two weeks in advance. Sorry this is just unacceptable.

It was a maintenance. They always send me a notification for service and their work always meets my expectation. Dwayne is easy to get a hold of and he always calls back.
