I took my car to get fixed here after hitting a deer on i70. (The deer we hit was about 2 miles before the central Vail exit). The damage to my Mazda CX-5 was extensive. Some of the damage that this auto body shop repaired included: grille, fender, bumper, headlamps, and front hood assembly and replacement, radiator removal to fix mechanical components of the cooling system, AC recharge, pre-repair scan and post-repair scan done, recalibration of all of my electrical/computer systems including the PCM (Powertrain Control Module), ECU (Electronic Control Unit), and collision avoidance system.Parts took a while to get in (likely due to part shortages nationwide) but I don't blame the shop. They had great communication and kept me informed when the parts were ordered, came in, were being installed, etc. Mostly worked with someone named Doug who was super friendly and had great customer service. He even offered me a free interior detail service since the parts for my vehicle had taken so long to arrive. THANK YOU!When my car was returned, it still had a check engine light on. I waited for it to turn off after a few driving cycles, but it didn't go away. On top of that, I had moved and no longer lived in the area. I contacted MidValley Auto and the owner, Milton, worked with me to contact a dealership in my area, diagnose the check engine light, and fix the remaining issue (which was found to be a coolant control valve that was stuck open). He worked to make things right. I've never been to an auto-shop and received this good of service.Would highly recommend this place for repairing your vehicle! Great customer service, good communication, and friendly staff.Also, we hit a good sized, medium to large deer and my Mazda-CX5 did awesome! My fianc� sped up slightly (to approximately 70 mph) when it was inevitable that we were going to hit it; he had read somewhere that breaking would make the front of the car dip lower which could cause the animal to go over the car and possibly hit the windshield, which is not desirable because a wind shield would sustain way more damage than a grille from a collision with a large animal, where as maintaining speed or increasing it would keep the impact centered on the grille and in our case it went right under our car after we hit it. Our dog was in the back seat sleeping and didn't even wake up from the impact. It was amazing.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Very pleasant to work with but not the best work. I was guaranteed that my car would be as good as new after being rear-ended, but the fit of my rear hatch is gappy and ill-aligned. The door does not open or close properly and the plastic around the latch has fractured b/c of this. The seams of the door are not at all congruent, and you can see from my photos that the gap expands further toward the lights. I have already brought it back in once because there was an even more pronounced misalignment after I first picked it up. They do not seem to see that the lights don t align nor does the bottom edging around the TSI label. I m pretty disappointed they allowed my car to leave the shop like this twice, especially since they had it for over a month.

I just picked my car up from here and it looks amazing inside and out! After a mediocre experience at another shop in the valley, I decided to give this place a try and I will never go anywhere else! They were very communicative the entire time, and my car looks practically new! They also detailed the inside, which after a long winter, I never thought I was going to get the floor mats clean again but they also look brand new. Thank you to the team at Mid Valley, I hope I don t need your services anytime soon but if I do, I know you all will do a great job!Service: Body & Trim

What a terrific experience. I m up here in Eagle Vail for several weeks a year. I just shipped my 20 year old Landcruiser up here and discovered a problem with my glovebox. Long story short - AJ was great. He said is was a two hr job and good fit me in that afternoon. In exactly 2 hrs it was done and the price was super reasonable. Great work. Good communication. Reasonable price. What more could you ask for. Two thumbs up!!

Unfortunately we rear-ended another vehicle on an icy surface road in Frisco. GEICO recommended Mid-Valley Auto Body and we couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism. They were patient with us through the long wait to get parts, and when we picked the car up it looked better than when we bought it new last year! Midvalley is THE BEST! I had such an amazing experience with these great mechanics and great people. My car was done on time and they made my experience so great. If you are on the fence of whether you should work with Midvalley, I highly recommend that you do. My auto body work was a breeze and I felt genuinely cared about.

Doug was amazing and so kind! Very professional. Honest. Hard-working. And the same goes for all the shop guys. Upon return of my car they made sure it was sparkling clean. They even helped me locate and set up mechanical work with a local shop called Vail Auto Repair. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Midvalley Auto Body!Service: Body & Trim

Said they had replaced a bumper on an insurance claim but they didn't. When this was brought to their attention they proceeded to replace it with a "new" one but that also had a broken end tab. Don't trust this shop! They cut corners!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Told us they d have my car done in a week and had my car over a month. No one called to update us once. They lied 3 times about having all the parts in. Manager said he would personally reach out if there were any other hiccups (which there were) and never heard a word from him. They tried to blame everything on covid shortages, but when I dropped my car off they told me they get their parts same day from Denver. Lie after lie!! DO NOT USE THEM

Great repair but no commitment to completion on time. A 1 week quote turned into 1.5 then 2 then 2.5 then 3 weeks. They kept saying there were delays and kept giving me a new completion date.

Dinged my car / got it scraped up, and had to get my driver s side mirror replaced, and the guys at MidValley Auto Body helped me find a solution within my budget. Incredibly friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job of making me feel up to date from start to finish. Would 100% recommend this business to anyone looking for auto body services.

After a fender bender that could have been a huge ordeal, Milton and his team offered not only the best price but the quickest turn around to get my wife's 4Runner fixed better than before the accident. They went above and beyond to paint the rear trunk hatch, and detail the whole car. WE are EXTREMELY PLEASED. Thank you so much!
